You deserve a recess from your diet on occasion. All diet no play makes IC a dull boy. Me on the other hand, have taken it beyond recess and have played hooky for a few days, so I need to clamp it down.

Distilled Water Beatdown Schedule - 8 weeks out
Today marks the start of Week 1. My cals have increased by roughly 600-1k (depending on if it's an off day or training day). Goals ahead...
Weight should be ~190-192lbs by the end of Week 4.
Dieting down:
Week 5: Drop dairy and intra-wo carbs
Week 6: Get rid of carbs past Meal 2
Week 7: Start carb cycling (~50/100/150)
Week 8: Show time.![]()

I've done that too... no fun. But recently I've been gradually reducing CHO and the slow shift has had no negative impact on my performance or mental function; as far as I can tell anyway. :nervous:

I somehow, uncharacteristic of me at the time, approached her and just said, "no offense to your boyfriend, but I think your the hottest girl in here." and then my face heated up in shock & embarrassment that I just said that, she replies, "thanks, but I don't have a boyfriend" and smiles.

You have great delts. I don't know if it's your bone structure or if it's simply muscle awesomeness, but your medial heads really extend out, and on top of that, your traps seem to be quite lengthy, (your clavicle is pretty long, too), yet your shoulders still appear to be wide & broad, in spite of such a long clavicle. There's a landscape issue that your shoulders have to overcome to appear broad, yet they still do.

Day 5 on Hemo
Crushed a great workout today.
I'm not going to go through everything as it hurts to type (busted my finger a little today) but I took 10 caps of Hemo pre-workout, and didn't notice anything different from 8, so I'll stick to 8. I spoke with Met and he said to leave it at 8 until I actually feel the NEED to bump to 10, so I will follow that advice.

I participated in IC's TUT routine today and I can't lie, it's no joke. My delts were burning after 2 sets. It takes some getting used to since I forgot about that pauses and slow raising/lowering a few times but it burns for sure!
I appreciate IC letting me barge in on him. I'm down here at my condo and usually don't get the opportunity to throw a workout in so this is nice. And for real, this man is serious business on some leg work...made me feel puny. Hurt back or not, he has some real man quads/hams.
I remember why I workout alone now, I talk too much,lol. Sorry about that IC, but it's not often I get to wo/talk with someone about fitness or supps so I probably unloaded on you, lol.
