You deserve a recess from your diet on occasion. All diet no play makes IC a dull boy. Me on the other hand, have taken it beyond recess and have played hooky for a few days, so I need to clamp it down.

I can't even remember when is the last time I've cheated! :ntome:

Further Diet Update

Distilled Water Beatdown Schedule - 8 weeks out

Today marks the start of Week 1. My cals have increased by roughly 600-1k (depending on if it's an off day or training day). Goals ahead...

Weight should be ~190-192lbs by the end of Week 4.

Dieting down:

Week 5: Drop dairy and intra-wo carbs
Week 6: Get rid of carbs past Meal 2
Week 7: Start carb cycling (~50/100/150)
Week 8: Show time.

I've done that too... no fun. But recently I've been gradually reducing CHO and the slow shift has had no negative impact on my performance or mental function; as far as I can tell anyway. :nervous:

I was googling over this waitress one night, she was effing gorgeous, and I couldn't help but stare and admire like crazy. I somehow, uncharacteristic of me at the time, approached her and just said, "no offense to your boyfriend, but I think your the hottest girl in here." and then my face heated up in shock & embarrassment that I just said that, she replies, "thanks, but I don't have a boyfriend" and smiles.

Day 5 on Hemo

Crushed a great workout today.

I'm not going to go through everything as it hurts to type (busted my finger a little today) but I took 10 caps of Hemo pre-workout, and didn't notice anything different from 8, so I'll stick to 8. I spoke with Met and he said to leave it at 8 until I actually feel the NEED to bump to 10, so I will follow that advice.

Feeling thick and frothy tonight. :)

I've also got some LG Sciences I-GH-1 that I cannot wait to try! Unfortunately, this won't start until I am dieting down. I've got a load of supplement goodies planned for the cut. :)

I don't know if it's your bone structure or if it's simply muscle awesomeness, but your medial heads really extend out, and on top of that, your traps seem to be quite lengthy, (your clavicle is pretty long, too), yet your shoulders still appear to be wide & broad, in spite of such a long clavicle. There's a landscape issue that your shoulders have to overcome to appear broad, yet they still do.

You think that last paragraph would have worked better on that waitress?

thank you for the t-911 recommendation. day 2, and i like it. stim effect is slim to none at 1 tab, and just right at 2 tabs. will let you know how libido, strength, etc etc are effected a little bit later, but so far, me likey.

I participated in IC's TUT routine today and I can't lie, it's no joke. My delts were burning after 2 sets. It takes some getting used to since I forgot about that pauses and slow raising/lowering a few times but it burns for sure!

I appreciate IC letting me barge in on him. I'm down here at my condo and usually don't get the opportunity to throw a workout in so this is nice. And for real, this man is serious business on some leg work...made me feel puny. Hurt back or not, he has some real man quads/hams.

I remember why I workout alone now, I talk too much,lol. Sorry about that IC, but it's not often I get to wo/talk with someone about fitness or supps so I probably unloaded on you, lol.

When I first asked what we were going to work, and you said legs, I thought to myself "Son of a B!T%@." Ha.

Ya, it was a good workout. My back is in some pain right now, but I'll get through it. I only wish I could have showed you are REAL leg day. :twisted: - Unfortunately, I don't know how long it will be until I'm ready for one. This back needs to heal before I can hit them too hard.

It was a good workout for sure, dude. Hopefully we'll get to do it again before too long.

So, that was our workout. It was a pretty solid one, and I had a nice delt pump going until we hit legs. I felt pretty good on the BB Hacks, and probably could have bumped the weight up some, but I just didn't want to further strain my back. I'm still disappointed it's this sore after just that little bit of work. Maybe it was good for it? :dunno:

Diet was weird today after my post-workout meal. I had to run some errands so...

Meal 3: 12" Subway Oven-Roasted Chicken Breast on wheat w/dbl meat (lettuce, cucumbers, black olives, jalapenos, salt+peppa)

Meal 4: New York Strip steak, lots of brown rice, some asparagus, a scoop of lipotropic protein...and a Sam Adams Summer Ale :D

Those were my two different meals. About to get back on track with Meals 5 and 6.

Me too, man. I'll post the pathetic max-weights from today. These are all utilizing TUT sets, so they're actually not bad at all. I may have not been doing exactly as TUT calls for on BB Hacks or Leg Press, but I was going pretty slow...If I were to guess...Maybe a 3-1-3 count on those.
