Between H-Drol / 1-Andro / Epi...

Epi is definitely up there. If I had some more Nolv tabs, I'd stretch this for a 5th week. Really solid strength gains, nice LEAN mass gains, and really no sides aside from a little bacne / oily skin - and that little estrogen problem we f*cked up last week.

Really had my diet dialed in for this cycle though. Maintenence calories were probably just about +400 daily, with nice lean protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. I don't recall having a cheat meal...

1-Andro gave me complete insomnia.

Epi... nothing noticable of either.

BTW - Irish, I tried some of that sleepy magic (50mg) the other night after the battle with the GF... Nothing...

I'm at a serious toss up, or toss off between MrBig's shot and GMG's. Those twins in MrBig's look like they could db lunge 400 pounds all the way back to their homeland with glutes like that. But the middle chick in GMG's with the back arch? She's talking to me. I may just have to go punch my wife right in the face for no reason after I make my decision.

Torem is down the hatch. Definitely some dank stuff, but had a nice protein shake in my mouth before hand - not so bad.

Kicking it off with 120 for 3 days, then 90 to finish off the week... 60 for a week... then 30 till the bottle is kicked... Unless anyone has a different idea.

I'd do 3 tabs on training days, and 2 tabs on off days. Either take 2 tabs pre-wo, or spread them out evenly throughout the day. I wouldn't recommend taking them pre-bed unless the Yohimbine doesn't effect you.

I always forget that I am immune to yohimbe... Or at least it seems like it. Nowhere near does it effect me the way it does some people.

I was wondering on the pre-bed dose as well because of the Y. Russian dosed it 1 am and 2 pre w/o...said it really had him agro for the w/o. Then he was 1 am and 1 about 6-8 hours later on non w/o days. I will be following that in my PCT as well.

BTW I did crush up some DTH today...pulled out all the little red pieces... but swallowed it. lol! My throat was bothering me so I crushed it up, but it made me think of your log....Damn I shoulda did lines and took a pic for kicks. Next time..
