My bro sent me some wrist straps from NYSC, some gym he works at. I looked like a female gymnastic whatever you call it :lol:
So anyway this morning my workout partner complained that his stomach hurt so I took the b*tch way out and went to sleep after eating breakfast. Woke up about 2 hours before work and knocked out a mean ass workout.
I used a squat rack to do my benching because I was going for big numbers today. I also didn't trust my workout partner as a spotter and quite frankly there aren't too many people I would when you have 300+ on the bar. People were looking at me like I was crazy, I didn't give a F*CK :lol:
I got eye f*cked by at least 6 females today.
Flat Barbell Bench-315*7+5+3
This was with no warm up set, nothing. On my last failure set I failed all the way to the bottom but promptly pushed that peanut back up finishing for 3 reps. PR is 385 for 5, that was about 3 years ago when i was 243 at 10%.
Deadlift- 335*9,
315*20.
My grip sucked today. Period. I was gonna go for a new PR but no. PR on widows though. After these I could get shot and not care too much. Makes life that much easier.
Front Pulldown-250*8+6+4

Upright Row- FAIL. MotherF*cker.
I did some ghetto Clean and Presses- 155*8+6+3. Haven't done these in forever and I remember why.
Buddy of mine was going to do a cycle but he isn't now. I bought his Stoked, Cycle Support and Prime for 100 bucks. Ill be starting that in about 2 weeks when my Glycobol gets here.
