Biceps Preacher Curls-120*8+6+4 Honestly, I never do preacher curls. They just feel different.
Reverse Grip Cable Curls-57.5*8+6+3 My wrist is feeling kind of buggy.
Seated Calf Raises- 90*10 minutes. I did not know how long to go for, I was doing the negative and all that holding. Calves were on fire. I couldn't put my boots on when i was getting ready for work at first.
Seated Leg Curls-170*8+5+3.
Hack Squat +Widow- 360*12, 225*20.<---PR. I've never done 225 that many times. Felt pretty damn good.
Legs are getting more cut, vascular as hell. I've noticed 2 pimples on each of my traps. Higher Test:dunno:?
My wrist is feeling a little sore, problaby from all the heavy lifting. Ill incorporate some wrist straps my brother sent me from a gym he works at.
Afterwards some cardio, about 2 miles at 13 minutes and did some incline walking at 15 incline and 4mph.
Tuesday-Core day.
Cardio-3 miles
