Ya to say the least! Hard to see this kid blow up in 3yrs standing at 6'1! He started out exactly like me at 6'1, 140pds! Well cept he hit the 220pd club in 3yrs and i never hit the 180pds club in 3yrs :(

His very first comp. is tomarrow. Im excited to see how he does! At 200lbs i would love to look that big!
 
weighted chins are the rocks. My wife thinks i need to cool it on the size gain as well. She wants the "brad pitt in fight club" look, not the "arnold shwarzeneger in predator" look.

Every girl I have dated while I've been bodybuilding has said the same thing.

"Don't get any bigger"

But the second they get a little tipsy/horny they can't keep their hands off the muscles.

Arnold is my freaking hero. Nuts to predator though, I'm talking Arnold in "pumping iron".
 
Today was a light core day with about 4 miles of Cardio.

Tommorrow is an off day. Thanks for everyone following.
 
How many calories do you get down a day to do that much cardio?
 
Usually eat between 4-6K. I do cardio because it's natural to me. 80 lb rucksacks in 110 degree weather and former track star will do that.

Any lower in Cals and I simply lose weight. I usually listen to my body and adjust what I need from there. Sometimes it depends on food from the chow hall too.

Thinking of getting some Glycobol and Stoked to stack together. IF enough of you convince me i may give it a run :dunno:
 
I don't have any experience with either but, everything written on Stoked has been great and the Glycobol is looking positive as well. Sounds like log material to me broham.

I don't feel comfortable without cardio. I'm going to try running again tomorrow. Some of the swelling is leaving my shin and lower calve area... I was in some pain yesterday after the leg workout... damn nerve regeneration.

I'm sure you know a ton about abrasions dude, but last night I was walking around the city getting some dinner, and I swear I thought my leg was f*cking broken.
 
That f*cking sucks. I've had some good scrapes in my time. I used to play Baseball until i broke my ankle sliding into home. I was a master on crutches after that sh*t though. Still F*ckin too :hump:

JK, excellent stats. I'm highly impressed by the +300 lb bench press for reps! Especially seeing it's 100 more pounds than you weigh and you're all natural.
 
Thanks bro. Ive been lifting for nearly half my life with 11 of those serious. My uncle was a bodybuilder and i grew up around weights.

me too. man, i didn't do anything in high school, and even in service i never hit the weight room. bleh. live and learn i guess.

Biceps Preacher Curls-120*8+6+4 Honestly, I never do preacher curls. They just feel different.

Reverse Grip Cable Curls-57.5*8+6+3 My wrist is feeling kind of buggy.

Seated Calf Raises- 90*10 minutes. I did not know how long to go for, I was doing the negative and all that holding. Calves were on fire. I couldn't put my boots on when i was getting ready for work at first.

Seated Leg Curls-170*8+5+3.

Hack Squat +Widow- 360*12, 225*20.<---PR. I've never done 225 that many times. Felt pretty damn good.

Legs are getting more cut, vascular as hell. I've noticed 2 pimples on each of my traps. Higher Test:dunno:?

My wrist is feeling a little sore, problaby from all the heavy lifting. Ill incorporate some wrist straps my brother sent me from a gym he works at.

Afterwards some cardio, about 2 miles at 13 minutes and did some incline walking at 15 incline and 4mph.

Tuesday-Core day.

Cardio-3 miles

Great w/o Big! You hit biceps/forearms on leg days as well. I agree with you about the preachers. I just can't get a comfortable angle or whatever it is that makes it feel weird. The arm angle for me needs to be a little more vertical. Like the Hacks too. That is one machine I am saving my pennies to buy. I love the isolation you can get with it. Keep it in the BLUE big man!!

My flat bench is going to suck tommorrow. I know I won't be able to post a PR on that. Having a log is actually pushing me through some of my workouts and getting me to go up faster on weights than I thought I could. Muscle memory is a sweet thing.
