Yea, amazing taste. First dose was nasty to me, then all of a sudden it rocked from 2nd dose on. I stocked up during the vasocharge deal and sold the vaso to all my buds for 30 a pop.

185*8, 225*6,275*3 Im just gonna call 275 my PR because i dont remember the last time I've done Barbell Decline. I'll destroy it more next week :devil:

Military Barbell Press-205*8, 225*6, 255*3
I was actually very surprised to get this up, felt absolutely awesome. Shoulder is feeling real good.

Close Grip Bench-195*8, 225*5, 235*3
Triceps were feeling these. NICE!!

T-Bar Rows-
145*8 (Too F*cking light :head:), 195*5, 245*3
The last set was absolutely awesome. Perfect form, my back is feeling brawlic right now. Im getting alot of compliments around my work section, too many looks at the gym. Had this chick grilling me hard today. Real hard.

Close Grip Pullups-BW+25 *8, BW+35*5, BW+45*3, BW+45*8, BW+35*5, BW+25*3, BW*30. I was feeling ridiculous today. Those BW pullups were STRAIGHT after a minute rest.

Front Pulldown-
150*8, 190*5, 230*3
Complete Beast mode. My Music kept me focused today, was problaby one of the best workouts I've had.

DC training is awesome. The stretches are really helping recovery and I'm feeling better overall the next day. Still getting my specific body work, even though it doesn't feel like it. Core days are good, I haven't worked my core specifically in a while.

Im thinking of getting some Glycobol and stacking that with Stoked. Let me know what you guys think.

F*cking trainers. Thing about being over here right now, there are people who think they are trainers. I gave 2 guys some advice on Skulls and they brushed me off. Flared elbows and 10 minutes and they were hurt.

I had some guy giving me sh*t about my tricep stretches. Looking, looking. When you stare at me I say one thing "Can i help you".
 
Are you doing your Military in a seat? Behind the neck? Or collarbone?

I feel like I want to incorporate these, but its another one I would likely want a spotter on - hence my HammerStrength routine.

Do not do those. I did them for years, got pretty heavy with them, and i am paying for it now, im tellin ya, not worth it. My shoulders were huge, but ya know what, the're still pretty big, in front of the face is the way to go.

That's the general consensus... That's why I dig the Hammer too, because it allows me to take the weight down by my ears (i.e. through my head)... best of both worlds - just no stabalization work, which I feel is of the utmost importance. but it does allow me to go heavy!!!

I usually rep 185-205 for sets in front of face. I dont bring it to my collar bone either, about at my chin or slightly lower, you dont need to chest it. Involves too much rotator cuff, and when that goes, its bye-bye gym for 6 monthes.
 
I'm going to start designing a maintenence program eventually. I don't think I'll ever need to push 225, but I'm sure that looks gnarly in the gym.

I'm starting to feel comfortable at the size I'm at... I've had a couple girls tell me I'm getting too big, which in girl means you're spot on. :lol: Female haters.
 
TL, how about doing the free weights for shoulders first and then the finish work with the Hammers? Best of both worlds..

Can do that too, but then its hard to gauge strength increase without a point to point comparison. You guys wouldn't realize this from chatting with me on here, but I'm very math oriented. :lol:

same here. down to my chin is it.

SERIOUS numbers MRBigPR! wow. that's all i got to say. my joints don't seem keen on doing pulldowns with more than i weight, but i can do weighted pullups - WTF over? you're rocking.

Did Sunny get you into DC stretches Big? That is about the only thing that keeps my old arse hanging around....
 
Yea, i had a visualization but he sent a link to some that were really in depth.

I would look like an 80 year old man if it weren't for the stretches. I've got DOMS from the pullups, slightly in my tri's and a little in my chest.
 
They are painfull but effective

weighted chins are the rocks. My wife thinks i need to cool it on the size gain as well. She wants the "brad pitt in fight club" look, not the "arnold shwarzeneger in predator" look.
 
I've got the Brad Pitt in fight club look right now, but in the summer it may be "The Rock". I dunno yet :lol:
