A honky tonk (also called a honkatonk, honkey-tonk, or tonk) is a type of bar with musical entertainment that is common in the Southwestern and Southern United States. The term has also been attached to various styles of 20th-century American music.

Yeeeehawwww!
When I was trapped in Tyler, TX due to some bad weather, I was at the Enterprise about to rent a car at the airport and there was a real cute chick working. She said if I had to stay in town that night she'd take me to a honky tonk...I rented a car and drove for 12hrs instead. - She was cute, but there was NO WAY I was going to a 'tonk.
...For a long time I was quite self conscious of my weight. That was when I weighed 160 at 28% BF though. Once I started body building it seemed like my fat started falling off and was replaced with muscle. I could care less about how much I weight now. I'm still pretty big though.
You already know that it's NOT about the weight. And you have NO reason to be self conscious; you are in good shape, and only going to get BETTER! And sometimes it's more about how PROPORTIONATE you look as well (since sometimes when a female is too lean she doesn't actually look that good); sometimes that little bit of fat is necessary to give and make your curves look sexy.
Dead-on.
I am very leery when browsing say match or some of those sites and the description says "curvy", typically followed by only head shots. How do you defend this?

Bahahaha! Ya, it can be dangerous. I'd just go by the height to weight ratio, I guess. Never had that problem. Can't you just say "send mor teh pix plz k thks"
Arrgh! I wish we could have bonfires on the beaches here!
Florida seriously doesn't allow them? :jaw:
Nah, they will ruin our white-sand beaches. You guys have skank-sand. - I'm sure they could set something up in designated areas, but I doubt they will ever allow it.
Finally joining up for this log. I wish you the best in your continued quest for success!
That's a lot of stuff to keep up with everyday. Good luck, I'm sure the big ape will keep you on top of everything. Recomping should be no problem for you two.
It's not for her, but for an endo like me it's a never ending oddysey it seems...

Today's workout was crazy. I did not end up doing Deadlifts, but I did end up setting a PR and pushing myself very hard with all of my movements
4x10 Circuit:
DB Bench Press: 35, 40, 45, 50 lb DBs < PR
DB Squats: 30 lb DBs
BB Supinated Rows: 60 lb
Body Weight Leg Bridges: 10 to each leg
4x13
BB Bicep Curls: 30 lb
Cable Rope Tricep Extensions: 30 lb
Last week I was Benching 35 lb DBs for every set. The most I have ever DB Benched was 55 lb DBs for 3 reps. I would call this an incredible improvement and strength increase.I could only make my last set 9 reps, cause those 50 lb DBs were killing me!
I had an incredible arm pump after working out. The combination of GlycerGrow with a high carb breakfast and high rep workout made my arms incredibly huge and tight. Throughout the entire circuit my lower back had a great pump too, due to the Leg Bridges.
I popped 2 caps of X-Force an hour before lifting. I was feeling kinda sluggish after the big breakfast I had this morning, but the X-Force really knocked the sleepiness out of me. It helped prep me for my crazy lifting session.![]()
Rather impressive! Good job! I always frown when i cant do Deadlifts, but considering what you did it was a good replacement. You are really killing it out there. Keep it up!
I love Deadlifts, I will be doing them on Monday. After doing Clean and Presses on Wed, I was too sore to do Deads yesterday. It made me sad.
I know what you mean. Im not worried though, I know you are going to rock.
:dl:
Nice, i never even see girls actually lift other than fluffy weights. Her current PR is 230 for 3, BTW...

A lot of times women don't lift heavy because they are too scared that they will look "manly". I think Rosie and I both prove that you can be strong and feminine at the same time.![]()
Without coming off like a perv....You and Rosie make female bodybuilders look hot.

Too many females (and males) are ignorant of what it actually takes for a female to "look like a man"; and that training hard and heavy (withOUT hormonal use) will make one look BETTER than cardio or endless reps or ridiculously light weights. Which is why I wrote my article (Breaking the Myth: "If I lift heavy I'll end up looking like a man") last year.
