day 7!..week-1..update.

tri/bar-105 lbs. 4 sets of 20.
dips-4 sets of 10.
millitary d.b's-60 lbs. 4 sets 0f 8.(hammer)
bench/press 255 lbs. 4 sets of 7.

grub-bacon,eggs,toast,rice
1)baked chicken,mashed potatoe's,gravy,whey shake.
2)teriyaki steak,rice,corn

note:started late today,but still had the aggression going on.appetitte is getting up there.all in all, it was a great day for training.thank you all for the support fella's,i really appreciate it my friends!:)

Hahaha When i was goin to primary childerens hospital in Utah i had this nurse named Irish who was built to the hilt! He was always a fav. of mine since,tho he was freakin huge and mean lookin, he was the nicest guy and knew how to make ya feel bigger then him!

d.b raises-50 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b millitary-60 lbs.4 sets of 4.

grub-sausage,eggs,rice,toast,O.J.
1)2-turkey sandwiches,toss green salad,whey shake.
2)pork chops,rice,mashed potatoes.

note:still going great,i know the numbers arent' that great,but this is my first day of doing straight d.b's....thank you for all of the support.

Heres a good comparison of Slick an the Incredible Hulk LOL They look about the same except ones green and ones very nicely tan...LOL

yep DB raises 50x10 is something i can barely do for one set, and this is something you're just starting again and you can do four sets? thats hoss brotha.

shoulders-175.lbs-4-sets of 10(military)
bi's-120.lbs.curls-4-sets of 10(curl bar)..

grub-sausage and eggs,rice,toast.
2-turkey sandwiches,mac salad,fries,whey shake..

note:aggression is rising most def..i feel it!..sorry for the late update!..i had some personal matters to attend to.but everything seems to be fine at the moment.thank you for all of the support and encouragement!

note: personal issues had made me take day 11 off!..im back on track though,and everything is fine!..thank you all!

note:things are looking good, concidering...thank you all,very much for the support and encouragement..:)..cardio is going up,so is strenght,noticeably!..

man, when i was in florida, i was a buck thirty - no way in hell you could convince me to take my shirt off :) running on the beach i hear is great for your calves though.
