d.b press-80 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b shrugs-60 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b raises-50 lbs.-4 sets of 10.
d.b millitary-60 lbs.4 sets of 4.
grub-sausage,eggs,rice,toast,O.J.
1)2-turkey sandwiches,toss green salad,whey shake.
2)pork chops,rice,mashed potatoes.
note:still going great,i know the numbers arent' that great,but this is my first day of doing straight d.b's....thank you for all of the support.

kalua pig and cabbage,rice,O.J!
note: personal issues had made me take day 11 off!..im back on track though,and everything is fine!..thank you all!

note:things are looking good, concidering...thank you all,very much for the support and encouragement....cardio is going up,so is strenght,noticeably!..
