I'm just lucky enough to have had so much support from fellow AM'ers, but thank you.I was thining the same thing, but best detail I've seen in a log for some time (and short period of time).
Nice Job!
they have been swarming this log.The AX reps have been kicking some major @$$ through the entirety of this log. You guys have been outstanding with the support and generosity. That may have impressed me more then the product itself, and if you've read my reviews, I mean that in a very good way, thank you again.

Cool!I'm still getting in some recovery time from both cardio and lifting and I will be picking it back up in double-time next week, where I'll utilize the Booster in a better rested state.
Thanks for the compliment!they have been swarming this log.
It's awesome, they're definitely a quality company.
I'm super impressed.
Yes, I have tried Lean FX. I've been making it a custom to take Lean FX whenever I take ECA.Volcom, have you by chance used Lean FX? I've been looking into some cortisol control, and Lean FX's profile looks promising. I wondered if you might have tried it?
I always try to have some kind of cort control, even if its just VitC liberally dosed throughout the day - but recently I've been feeling a little stressed. That, for me, is typically an indicator of increasing cortisol, so I'm thinking more help would be a good idea.Yes, I have tried Lean FX. I've been making it a custom to take Lean FX whenever I take ECA.
However, I am not very aware of positive symptoms, sensations or observable effects of cortisol controls, other then a decrease in appetite. I just know it's good for you, and as much stress as I put on my body activity wise, let alone stim wise on occasion, I appreciate cort control.
yeah i've been waitin quietlyAny updates V?
Yes, thanks for asking. I've been using this weekend as down time to recover. I haven't let myself appropriately rest for a bit too long, and I started getting all day lethargy just a few hours after I woke up. I'm picking back up this week, I'll move my dose back up to 2 caps tomorrow morning, then I'll give the booster some more consistent use.Any updates V?
Lethargy...man, I'm with you on that. I just finished eating breakfast, have to leave for the gym in about 10 minutes, but I'm laying in a nice warm bed, with a laptop on my legs...I could sit here all day...I'm about to doze off right now.Yes, thanks for asking. The one and only thing I hate more then lethargy... is worse lethargy. It kills me when I feel like I'm "dragging" myself to the gym to clock in my workout and looking forward to its conclusion from the get go (as oppose to being motivated and excited about hitting it hard).Lethargy...man, I'm with you on that. Ahhhh.....
Exactly how I felt today...but I feel great now. The workout gave me some great energy, and I don't think my stims kicked in until after my workout. I'm pretty cracked out right now. I've had to fix a lot of typos in this small statement. The one and only thing I hate more then lethargy... is worse lethargy. Sounds like my kind of fun.Exactly how I felt today...but I feel great now. The workout gave me some great energy, and I don't think my stims kicked in until after my workout. I'm pretty cracked out right now. I've had to fix a lot of typos in this small statement.
I agree, I don't normally practice short-term stim cycling, but I intended on hitting it doubly hard this week due to some anticipated free-time. If I cycle my stims, I usually like to take around 4 weeks, not 4 days, but this was an "as needed" bases and I'm glad I did so. I felt like hell last week, but I'm feeling pretty good today.Cycling dosage weekly for a potent stim is good idea - gives your body time to "recover" as you point out, and it helps to keep you sensitized to the stimulant's effects when you begin using it again.
Still lookin good bro...You never leave any stones unturned in your reviews WOW!!!!:laugh:Last Wednesday was my last day of any form of exercise. I decided to let myself rest until the weekend, but by the time the weekend came, I could tell I still needed a couple more days to recover. With each passing day, my diet became looser and looser, and one cheat meal turned into two meals and turned into a cheat day, which ultimately progressed into two cheat days.
However, the severity of the cheat began light, so I didn't go all out. It first started with not eating as many meals in the day as I should of, to not eating at the scheduled time, to allowing some simple carbs to pass by, and ended with a bag of chips, a fosters chocolate dipped ice cream cone and two slices of the pizza greasy enough to service a tank.
Prior to my break, I was a steady 189lbs and this was with consistent expenditure of water from cardio and regulated meals, so minimal glycogen withholding.
I weighed myself this morning with the expectation of being around 190-194lbs, not from gained fat, but perhaps extra water retention from all the carbs I ate, but to my pleasant surprise, I was 188.8lbs. I would have been thrilled with 190 and ecstatic at breaking even at 189, but I actually dipped in weight.
I did my morning 60 min interval cardio and I felt as I should following the cardio. Tired, but not incapacitated, which is a good sign that my recovery time was fairly sufficient.
SX
Mood: The mood effect is notably less apparent then it has been up to this point, but it was well enjoyed when that effect was in full bloom. I remember thinking to myself, if SX was not a stimulant, I would still use it for the mood effect alone. The first week was mind boggling, but maybe it has a tail end effect like post MDMA symptoms, but not to that extent of course. There's no dip in mood, I've just experienced a "lack of" sensation, likened to developing tolerance for a stim.
Energy: I took my doses around 7:00am, performed my 60 min interval cardio and by now (12:57pm), though I'm not experiencing symptoms of a crash, the decline in energy is more apparent then it has been, but this is natural in line with a building tolerance to stims. The longevity of the stim is still apparent, but to a lesser degree in general. However, this mid-day energy decline is not as apparent without 60 min of morning cardio, so this of course weighs into the equation.
I'm hoping to hit chest tonight, and I'll see how that goes. I'm projecting a lack of energy by the end of the work day, but I've experienced a lot of dormant energy with SX, where I'll drag myself in, then shortly into the workout, the slight tightness in the head from an active stim returns temporarily, and floats me throughout the workout. However, each time I've had this Phoenix effect and really exploited that stim reawakening to lift hard, I always crash pretty notably by the end of the workout. I can feel that second wind of stim leave as strongly as it came.
AM's top 10, but I don't know about number 1. I'm definitely a Supplement Olympia Qualifier, but I don't think I'll ever break top 3, maybe top 7 if I get a political nod.Well, well. AM's #1 supplement whore is at it again
What's up, Volcom? Down to 190? I remember when you were heavier than me. You cutting up?
Maybe not diced and sliced yet, but a severe rug burn that needs attending to perhaps. He's gettin' diced and sliced!

I usually check for a reply, but yeah I'm not around too much these days. Back in the day, a lot of my research involved the computer so checking AM was natural, but I'm pretty much done with that.AM's top 10, but I don't know about number 1. I'm definitely a Supplement Olympia Qualifier, but I don't think I'll ever break top 3, maybe top 7 if I get a political nod.
I'm right below 190 at the moment and I'm pretty happy with the results so far. Thanks for dropping by, Jas (I don't know why I ever respond to your posts, because you're usually a drive by poster, so I doubt you'll even see this :type
:icon16: good to see you back around man! Damn, it seemed like forever.Hey dude. Back from hiatus. How's the anorexia going?
Awesome, you make me feel so useful. I hope it serves you well, it's definitely a unique product.Well I've definitely enjoyed reading about your experiences Volcom, and I've bit the bullet and added a SX to my order. My one cap sample one leg day was phenomenal, and I'm hoping to pull it off again, although even 14 hours later 1 cap was affecting my sleep. No booster for Steveo
Damn, not as good as yours! Speaking of The Office, it's taken a strange direction in story line.just got caught up. finals, spring break in utah boarding, and a new car.
hows life sam?
Good question IYO do you think this is safer than ephedra?? I've heard of ppl killin over on ephedra...:18:VOlcom how would you compare this against ephedra? My girl really wants ephedra but I am trying to push her towards this instead.
Ephedra, not ephedrine hcl, correct? Either way, I would recommend SX at 1 cap over many types of stims. The stim effect of SX is the cleanest burning stim I've experienced. It's got the mildness of Recreate (but not quite that mild), the mental clarity effects of a Phenadrine (PEA based), some of the mood effects of White Flood, but more euphoric, and whereas, WF's euphoria was experienced primarily post-workout when the endorphins were also part of the equation, the SX can have you feeling good pre-workout and in the complete absence of a workout.VOlcom how would you compare this against ephedra? My girl really wants ephedra but I am trying to push her towards this instead.
interesting. ill have to catch up on that this weekend before my classes actually 'start'.Damn, not as good as yours! Speaking of The Office, it's taken a strange direction in story line.
