the tri only has 90 servings in it compared to 120 from the hyperdrol and mass fx, so what i've been doing is taking it with my morning/prework out dose, usually wake up take it with breakfast, wait a half hour and go to the gym and taking it with my night dose and not taking it with the middle dose, this way i'll have it throughout the whole cycle, i only have like 2 weeks left on the cycle
