FINAL REVIEW
Hey thanks all around guys, appreciate the words. I certainly didn't get to where I aimed for (best all-time condition), but truly felt I could've with more time. I just got bored with the gig.. Also, I wanted to switch things up (diet & training-wise) and come off all supps for awhile, till I begin another cut-mode. Tennis will be starting soon, so I'll have to stay light for that, don't want any more calf tears going on.. I figured these next 4 weeks would be good timing for a lean-gain phase, less strict diet, before I dial it in again to leanness come April..
It's been a great ride (and a lengthy one, haha); I got some
awesome synergy from my chosen supplements, I really liked most everything I ran. The most disappointed I was in the supps was the NxLabs Ripped System (Lean/Ripped/Dry). I thought for a minute the Lean (nighttime formula) might be helping, but nothing really progressed there. The Ripped just sucked, period. Felt nothing from it. And the Dry -- the one thing I actually thought was okay (diuretic for the end of things) -- ended up having a missing cap out of it (wasn't me 'losing it' either, trust me). I know these things happen in mass production, but when you have a large bottle and there's 29 out of 30 pills there for something that you only use for 3 days, it kinda pisses ya off, nah what I mean? Saving grace was I got the Ripped System dirt cheap (like $12.50 or something w/ my GNC discount).
The Plasmavol was cool stuff, I liked this.. problem is, I can't get anymore of it now! Enjoyed it tho..
I ran Diesel Test Hardcore for the first three weeks of this log; I liked it alot, def felt it. This was the only true 'test booster' I used thru the entire time.
Anabolic Switch (MRI) was cool at the beginning, solid product if used smartly; I dropped the NO2 Black probably halfway thru this log. It is what it is -- an overpriced & overhyped supp imo.. but it was included in a 'package' deal, so I used it.
I also dropped Ashwagandha around the midway point I think, just ran out of it & didn't replace. I love this stuff tho..
All the BCAA's I used, were good I felt; I really didn't notice any difference between mass-BCAA dosing w/ standard 2:1:1 ratio, and raising the leucine content. I probably wouldn't use the Leucine XT again, not a fan of the caffeine (or malto) in it. Leutor-70 was cool. PurpleWraath remains my fav in this segment (altho like I said, Density is top-notch, and I still like Xtend & Core ABC as well)..
The Resveratrol/DIM combo, well I s'pose it had some synergism going on. There were periods I went thru where I was drier than others, but I have to attribute that to diet more than anything. I really can't attribute much of an 'anti-E' effect to this combo. Perhaps the Res boosted my test..
The big synergism was, quite honestly, in the Prime/PowerFULL stack (and utilizing AP & Pslin along with solid food/powders). I've been on Prime enough to know how I feel when that comes into play -- the alpha-male feeeling/mentality I get from that stuff is off the chain, as is strength and recovery. So this feeling that I can't quite describe, it's the same thing I went thru last yr in my prep, with the same combo of supps. SuperCissusRx did it's job as usual -- I once again feel my tendons & joints are sheathed in steel, despite beating the hell outta myself; I've also had no issues whatsoever with my calf (torn last yr) or shoulder/pec area. I noticed this alpha-male (for lack of a better word) feeling rise when I started experimenting with heightened doses of Prime toward the end; this last week, I have felt very God-like (no blasphemy intended).. The USP stack has once again aided my efforts to produce notable results.
As for 'final crunch-time' dialing it all in, I wish I would've started the Beverly products a week earlier than I did. I noticed rapid changes immediately upon implemeting the Lean Out and MuscLean, and I def feel the Density is a unique & quality amino. As always, Ultra-40 Liver tabs remain a staple for me. This is like food -- can't do w/o it.
So, if I had it to do over again, I'd have run Recreate all the way thru, and added the Bev products for the last 3 weeks or so -- as well as running this for the 10-12 weeks that I should've been had I done a 'for real' contest prep mode. I always have a tendency to short-cut things..

I also loved Jack3d (gotta spell this differently now I guess), it was great all the way thru. Tried a couple things in it's place on occasions and things just weren't the same.
And that wraps up the Storm. Thanks to everyone for rolling with me, appreciate all the feedback & support. And hopefully I've shown you guys some insight into a few things you'll try out for yourselves..
BIGGER..FASTER..STRONGER.. and out. :usa2:
