The Last Apocalypse of Winter Mass-1Andro style(Sponsored)

Off days are about 150 fats carbs 150-200 protein 300
Workout days are about 300-500 carbs 300 protein and fats are about 70-100(probably more like 70)
 
Keep track of the # of calories you add to your daily and watch for the gain. Add say 500 clean cals for a couple days and watch the scale. If nothing...add more. You say you are between 3000-4000, well which one is it? Stick it at 4000 and watch the scale...nothing, then go to 4500 for a few days...etc Lets get this going H!!

Today was not so good. I had to get a cavity filled today and it kept me from eating for 4 hours so the energy wasn't there today

Yeah i try to keep it on the upper end I would say. It is hard sometimes to with the dukes cooking dinner. Sometimes I just add stuff.

still stuck on "honey bunches of oats with almonds". found an organic version at the grocery store. IMO, there has never been a better tasting cereal.

Honestly, I buy whatever is on sale. Cereal is so expensive in the city - if I see something for less than 4 bucks, I'm stocking up 4 or 5 boxes. I have Honey Nut Cheerios and Raisin Bran as staples.

Upped my carbs alot today and we will see how it goes. I already feel much more full and pumped and I haven't even gone to the gym today.
Breakfast- protein shake 2 cups milk, packet oatmeal, bannana
meal 2 chicken and broccoli, 2 peices ezekiel with flax butter, one pack oatmeal

Holy crap. I just tried to order some powder to reload some bullets and every place is completely sold out. I just stumbled upon some interesting info too. A company called liberty arms(largest bullet manufacture in usa) is a 4,000 acre plant. I heard that they are working 24 hours a day making 4 million .223 bullets a day. Can you believe that? Just thought I would let your guys know in case any of you shoot.

Well obama isn't the guy for bearing arms. Thats for sure. He is trying to tax all arms and you will have to have stamps for all guns and taxes on each one.

the 223 is a recent addition, and its a bolt action, so I never felt the need to pick up mass volume for it. 762x39 i have a bit of :) actually i could use some more 12ga too

True yeah I have a couple AR's,mini 14,, remington 700 heavy barrel 223. and thats it for the 223. Lots more others.

Whatever, he is a hell of a lot better than Hillary about gun control. If Hilldawg had it her way, we would be like Europe where nobody has the right to bear arms, even the cops (which would be kind of interesting).

There will always be gun tax, and I think regulation is a good thing, being that there are so many weapons in the hands of idiots and children. I repect the right to bear arms, I bear my own, but with that comes extreme responsibility.

Yeah it all comes down to. The right to be responsible not the right to bear arms. You have to have respect for the gun and keep it in a safe place and make sur it is out of the reach of children. Guns don't kill people people kill people. I just hope he doesn't try to get to wild with his sh1t. I have heard he wants to rid them all together. I just hope that doesn't happen. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Yeah sure it is. I will have to show my heavy barrel ar whe it gets done. I have a bipod, new front reciever and 4 rails and a millen dot scope. It will look kinda like this one but with better rails and butt.

It's pretty damn hard to change anything in the first 10 amendments to the constitution. Won't happen, not in this country at least.

Hell yea! That's what is gonna be shooting back at them when the Chinese invade! (Which is my #1 worry btw... not the middle east) We better stop giving those commies all our money and start keeping a closer eye on their military...
 
this has a goofy rail, its not a standard one. I cant recall what they call it, but i couldnt get a generic universal bipod to fit. Its I think a german style rail.

its a "Anschutz type T-rail"

they are so damn heavy tho, and you are looking at $5-10 per round. The price of the rifle itself I could cope with, but i'd have no fun at the range at that sort of price.

is more fun than a barrell of monkeys as its a 22 cal, with 30 rd banana clips jungle taped together, so you can rip thru 500 rounds of ammo for less than $5. Thats a fun full day of shooting :)

I'll stick with my Romanian WASR-10(ak-47), Bersa .38 concealed carry, and Kel-Tec Sub-2000 Collapsible 9mm Rifle(this 1 is THE most fun to shoot. It's like a fckn toy.)

It's probably a good thing you don't have a handgun.

Buy a mossberg 590 tactical shotgun, you'll probably be much better protected, and much less likely to blast yourself or someone else on accident.

Plus if you buy slugs you don't even need to be in the same room as an intruder, just blast a hole through the wall.

The military uses it... good enough for my home.
