I submitted a support request yesterday. I'm sure I'll hear from them Monday morning. It's just a disappointment as I needed those supps I ordered for a log I'm starting on Monday.

I understand they're overwhelmed, and NP remains my first choice for my supplements; they've just messed up.

I don't think my order has shipped either. I did contact NP and they let me know.. I guess I understand.. It just sucks cos im O/S and now I have to wait another 2 weeks! It was shipped say Thursday Id have it by next week, Now it wont arrive for yonks!

Annoying, but I dont think they messed up! It happens...next time Im sure theyll be better ready for the moment. And Im sure the late packages theyll prob throw in more samples or something..

Right, but remember the price was slashed from $19.95 to $5.00 for the clearance. That definitely spurred demand.

I know some orders have been shipping out at 9AM this morning!

I placed my order on the second (1/2/9), I talked to CS and they told me it should be shipped last week, but the website still says pending? my order number is 55573. i don't want to complain, i just want my order (as everyone says its like Christmas). Anyways Nutra is the best, even though they promote irresponsible financial decisions :D
 
Once again, we apologize for all of the delays.

I am sure that we thought we were stocked adequately enough to meet the demands of this sale, but as Sam said, things kind of got a little crazy. :) This kind of put our supplies and needed inventory in a logistical nightmare trying to get all of the back ordered items in as quickly as possible.

Please understand that no one at NP likes doing business this way. I am sure those of you who have had to wait longer than usual will be taken care of in appropriate measures. ;)
 
UPDATE: DCP should be shipping tomorrow and back in stock by Friday.

Wow, you placed your order a day later than I placed mine and your order # is more than 500 digits higher than mine!

NO WONDER NP IS IN OVERDRIVE AND STILL HAVING DIFFICULTY!!

That is just a huge amount of orders in such a short period, IMO... :jaw:

That is a lot of orders, and i cant imagine they slowed down after the second day either.
 
So today was overdrive with shipping; hopefully most of you got your order shipped out (especially those who ordered on the 1st/2nd, for the people that PMed me I know those got out).

We thank you for your patience, and in a few days once all the stock rolls in, it should be super-fast turnovers as the norm :thumbsup:

Yes, this sale was truly overwhelming, with record breaking numbers! Though, we are doing our best to get every order out the door in the most timely manner possible. We have literally paid every employee substantial over-time and have been working on the weekends, in order to keep the ball rolling.

Just picked up my order from the post office today. I must have been one of the lucky ones that got in early enough as I got the free Y-RD with my USP order :)

No free samples but I am still stoked with the 3 bottles of Y-RD, thanks again NP and USP.
