Day 21

Legs

squats: 225*8, 275*8, 315*8, 335*7

hack squats: 225*8, 315*6, 315*4
this was an unusually hard hack squat, the slide felt rough

calve raises: 225*20, 225*20, 225*20
squat form, freeweight 2 plates, put my toes on 25's and repped out

hamstrings: did a couple machines, 3*8 sets​

not a bad workout, a little short but i wasn't able to go to a normal gym so i was a little low on equipment. Was lifting with one of my highschool buddies who's on break, he stayed with me on every set of squats and made them look easy and he hasn't even lifted in half a year. I got a good pump going even with the low volume...

Good news is the both of us can keep lifting there for the rest of the week, so i will have a place to lift afterall :)
 
O/T question for you Unreal. I remember you saying you used to be big but not very lean. Just wondering what kind of diet did you used to lean up (as in keto, low carb, lots of cardio, no cardio etc)?

yo Tnick yeah I was 250 a while back, about this strong but flabby. To get down in weight i used a low carb diet, heavy lifting and started doing regular cardio 2-3 times a week.

Thanks Unreal, how low carb did you go (daily intake)? Did you cycle carbs at all?

Just wondering because I seem to react to calories a similar way to you. I'm 215-220lbs (varies daily) at the moment and I can easily bulk on 3k calories, whereas some people my size/weight cut on more than that. I'm also pretty carb sensitive, and I recently tried dieting on around 200g carbs a day (only morning pre and post w/o) along with regular cardio and seemed to work pretty well. Whenever I go no carb though I get a lot weaker.

BTW hope you dont mind the OT convo. Oh and its 2009 here in the UK so happy 2009 :D
 
Yeah you sound pretty similar to me. I don't need to eat much to maintain or that much to bulk, and i gain fat easily when i bulk.

When i was low-carbing it was probably around 50-80g a day, most of that being in the morning. I'm sure i went up to 100+ on many days though. I never fully carb cycled but i was aware enough of my carb intake to kinda modulate it low for a few days, fill up a bit, then low again.

I lost strength while cutting too, even on Epi (didn't really work). Low carbs helps me lean up a lot, but i find it very difficult to get my body under 10% bodyfat.

After my P-Plex SDrol bridge I'm gonna want to cut real lean and would love a compound (if any) that would allow me to keep or even gain strength while getting shredded under 10%. I'm plan on gaining a solid 10lbs of muscle on cycle ,I Know I'll gain water weight too and would like to keep as much muscle/strength as possible. I'm surprised Epistane didn't work for you. Injected left quad, went flawlessly. Feel good, I think test has kicked in, i feel different. My diet was sloppy yesterday, stupid new-years parties. I had a great time but had chips and junk.

While I feel really strong and hard, i also feel fat. I just gained weight too easily and def. put on some fat along with the bloat.

Anyway this is entering week 4 so Superdrol is getting kicked to 30mg today

I can't get to my gym, remember, so this was done at a high school gym with really limited equipment, it's a crappy workout but it's better than nothing. I tried to do pullups at the end but had such a bicep pump that I could only do limited range of motion.
 
Day 23 243 (+23)

I feel a little less fat. I just got back from doing core training and cardio with my friend. Nothing too intense but the workout made me feel good.

I'm into the 4th week now and test is definitely kicking in, i don't feel "on top of the world" yet but i feel something and it feels like a kind of inner calm, mental focus and confidence.
 
Nice log. How long did that last workout take? They dont have any good equipment in the gym? My high school gym is decked out. Prob as good as the college one.

23 pounds is a lot of weight. Congrats on all the gain. Do you think a lot is bloat right now or no?

No our high schools have **** equipment. I don't remember the time. There's a bit of bloat with the weight gain but i was flexing last night and looking my biggest ever so i'm pretty happy with results so far. About another week and i'll get pictures.
 
hey unreal.. have u been hitting up an anti-e lately.. i see uv dropped a few pounds.. would u say this is strictly water weight?
 
when i curl with the EZ bar I prefer the close grip, but I can grip it on the slanty part too. With close grip bench though yeah they just can't take those angles
Try using an EZ-bar for close grip bench. It's kind of a bitch to set up, but it's MUCH easier on your wrists.
 
I would just run the clomid for a week and the nolva tapered more 40/30/20/10 clomid 200-250- 1day 150 -next 2days 100 -2days 50-2days
 
Hey. Still planning PCT and all. I have been hitting up an anti-e, .25mg of letro ed to deal with the puffy nips i was getting. Problem is now under control. Prolly dropped some water weight, i'm still bloated but hell i'm up so much weight, whatdya expect lol.

man ozarka the ez curl bar must look funny loaded up with 2 and a half plates per side, hehe. But yeah that would fix my problem with my wrist angles. IDK i'll hit tri's tomorrow, what i'm really looking forward to is weighted dips.
 
which company makes a good superdrol product? which company did u use when you gained the 15lbs in 3 weeks?

I have to ask, do you feel like you have to ingest more carbs on superdrol? I've heard about hypoglycemia related to SDrol and I'm the same way you are as far as trying to keep off any excess bloat even if it's during cycle. I'll eat my maintenance carbs like my steel cut oats but I was hoping I could keep it to pre- and post workout only. Do I have a prayer? Cheers, angel77

Ok Day 26 is today. I did good in the gym but slowed down because I was getting really bad acid indigestion, don't know why.

Test is definitely kicked in now. I feel a calm mental focus. Getting into the nitty-gritty details, it's reminiscent of that feeling you get after an orgasm, just that im still horny. Also the other thing I feel is confidence, i think it's best described as fearlessness. Not afraid of too many things right now :)

Not bad workout, wish i would have kept going but the acid made me feel like crap. I feel a lot better now anyway. On the flat bench that was just a repout, a good repout I think because my chest gets killed when I do chest flys, they make me really sore. I started doing bent over barbell rows but didn't feel good doing them.

Whatever, it's arms tomorrow.

Pretty good I feel. Sides? not really. I got backpumps twice but i haven't gotten them again. I do feel a little tired and sometimes it's hard to eat, but really i blame that more on my bloated bulking stage than on SD. I'm up all kinds of weight, i'm always full, i'm always thirsty so i'm always drinking water... just makes it hard for me to do anything, i'm tied down always eating and drinking.

I feel like SD is good for loading carbs, but this has been misinterpreted to say that SD "needs" carbs. That i'm not so sure about. I haven't noticed any hypoglycemia, but i've only gone as low as maybe 100g of carbs for a couple of the days on cycle. I just think that SD helps you load carbs into your muscles, as opposed to fat storage, but excess carbs will lead to fat storage. I have put on noticable fat in my midsection, probably from thinking "Oh i'm on SD i'll pig out on carbs." I'd advise against that... i have a bodytype that tends to get fat on carbs, and SD lets me handle more carbs but not that much more.

Thanks guys. I can't wait to start doing incline sets at 275. My incline lags way behind my flat bench and my military lags behind my incline, it's weak shoulders I guess, but it's time for me to plow through all my weak spots.

I been going a little easier on the carbs, that explains the weight

I felt strong in my workout today, got a big pump, got a lot of pressure in my elbows from the tricep exercises... cissus will be here soon.

amazing how close those two exercises are in weight, 155*5 is a PR on skulls

weighted dips: (bw+115)*6, (bw+100)*10, (bw+100)*10

reverse grip preacher curls: 65*8*3

tricep cable pushdowns: (maxed out)*15,15,20

standing dumbell curls: 65*8, 70*6​

i showed the PR in red, doing 155*5 for skulls. Dips weren't bad either, i can rep it out with the 100 pounder dumbell without difficulty.

May be because your getting towards the end of your sdrol run things should pick up when it's just the test. happens to me also.
 
thanks papapump, haven't had any acid since then so i feel it's better.

Yeah i feel being on 30mg of SD might make me feel a little worn out, that and the grinding workouts. Man 345*8 was pretty hard for me required some real exertion. My legs have never been good at squats, increasing it is a real bitch.

Anyway i think i'm going to run the SD a few extra days like 3-4 just because I feel like my gains are so awesome right now, i wanna sustain it a little longer.
 
Day 30 240 (+20)

no lifting today just cardio and core training

Still feeling tired. Tomorrow is the last day on Superdrol. I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow for a 30 day update.

Muscles have been feeling tight and strong. Vascularity looks like it's on the rise. Oya, pinned my left delt today. It's becoming a bit faster and more routine now... i always look forward to my shots too. Haven't had any problems. The pain/soreness feeling in the muscles has been negligible... in fact the second shot in each muscle was way less noticeable than the first shot.

Decided to do back and biceps today. I don't know if it was the pump, or just my joints, but my elbows (felt like the tendons around the joint, not the joint) were killing me. So I lost a lot of momentum after I did the wide grip pullups. I'm attributing it to the Superdrol and i'm glad this is my last day.

I felt exactly the same, when I came off from Anavar. Flat bench bench, dips etc. were done through immense pain. Wrapped my elbows with elastic bands. Can't wait to start Test E cycle as well. Good luck!
 
Day 32 235 (+15)

this is updated late. What happened on day 32 is basically this, my workout went to **** because i got such bad forearm/elbow pain that I couldn't lift. The pain was so bad my grip strength was weak and my hands were shaky.

I don't know what's wrong but i haven't lifted since (yet)

I did get 275*3 on incline bench before i had to stop lifting.

Oh and my low weight. I didn't eat much on the previous night. My appetite has been nonexistent. Even with weed I can't eat enough.

Didn't lift cuz of my elbow tendons. Not sure what the problem is exactly. Feels kinda like tendonitis... like after hitting bi's or tri's my elbows feel inflamed like there's strain on the tendons... the excessive pump may have something to do with this.

Been trying to eat more to get my weight back up... but i'm not TOO concerned because what i lost was obviously water weight. I look slightly drier now.

Maybe everything is caused by the Superdrol... didn't happen like this at ALL last time I ran it...

I'm not lifting today either on account of my previous elbow pain.

I'm trying to get my diet as dialed-in as possible. I hit 350g of protein yesterday and I need to meet or exceed that today.


About the weightloss, don't worry too much. First of all it's mostly water weight. Second i came off Superdrol so i'm going to lose a few more pounds.

Anyway now the test should be pretty fully kicked in, don't notice it as much as before though... felt more "ON" from Superdrol to be honest. Pinned right delt this morning. i'm getting good at this, it's damn easy.




Here's the plan guys, I'm on week 5 so I have 5 weeks to add on 10 lean pounds, taking me back to 245 pounds. Then I have 4 weeks where i'll be high-dosing a 19-nor "Tren" DS in which i'll recomp. Hopefully I can meet my initial goal of ending this cycle at 245 pounds and about the same BF% as when I started. Everything is actually pretty on-track, because in the first 4 weeks I was expecting 15 pounds from the SD and that is what I ended up with.... I was higher but as i've said, there was a good amount of bloat.
 
Don't know if this protocol can help with SD-induced elbow pain, but here's what I do:

1) High dose fish oil
2) Elbow sleeves (keeps the joint warm and tight, like a vagina)
3) Aspercreme (prefer over Ben Gay, Icy Hot, etc)
4) Specific warm-ups for your forearms, whose muscles the elbow tendons attach to. Reverse curls, wrist curls, static stretches, use them all
5) Avoid all push-down and skull-crusher type movements.
6) Ice post-WO.

every cycle is different...dont worry about the weight...your not gonna lose muscle....i would take a week of doing light workouts just go in and get a pump and do cardio...as the effects of the super wears off your appetite should come back....you could also get some of those tennis elbow bands....its a band that goes around your forearm and holds the tendon on the bone...very effective...they should sell them at any sporting goods store...

Oh and yeah the reason for my late updates is... I've just been busier now, way busier, but i'll figure things out, starting with getting my diet tuned in and my elbow problems worked out...

not sure if anyone mentioned this, but u ever thought about getting some kind of elbow brace? one thats tight and made out of that wet-suit stuff.

What is your weight up to? Do you think that superdrol was better, worse, or as good as dbol, for a test-e jumpstart. Check out elbow the sleeves from prowriststraps.com. I get really bad flare ups in my right elbow, but I started using elbow sleeves and it kept it tight so the pain wasn't as noticable.

It looks like test is doing a poor ass job of maintaining gains from Superdrol. SD > Test. I hope the next couple weeks will prove me wrong.

Good news is i feel a bit drier and definitely more vascular. I worked out today and had no problems with my elbow/forearms but that's to be expected since i avoided biceps and triceps

Nos i want to get pictures soon but i need to get my lifting buddy to take them so it has to be in a couple days... also my schedule is ****ing crazy right now, i don't even know when i'm going to be able to lift for the next 2 days.

Day 35 Shoulders/Abs

military press: 105*8, 155*8, 175*8, 195*4
i know i suck at military press, but I will say that every rep touches my chest.

dumbell deltoid raises
front: 35*20, 40*18
lateral: 35*18, 30*12

upright rows: 155*8, 155*8, 155*8
won't complain here

I started doing shrugs on the smithpress but then chicks jacked it to do that one legged squat/lunge bullshit with no weight and i was too nice to kick them off

abs: i did 6 sets of various exercises to hit several angles​

strength was sucky on military but it always is... front raises and upright rows went pretty well. Feel a lot better now that I've dropped a lot of the bloat weight but not happy that my military is down 2 reps, test should be fully kicked in but it's just not so apparent right now. My muscles look full and they're pretty hard, i can tell by flexing that I'm on something, but it's not as much of an ON as say Superdrol. Kinda disappointing right now. I'm looking forward to jacking the test to 900mg.

unreal dont be discouraged by the weight drop. when i got off dbol i lost about 5lbs and then about 2-3 weeks later i put on about 10-15 more pounds. i definitely see weight gain in ur future
