Thanks, man. If my core's getting stronger from Squats, Deads, etc., I'm assuming they're growing. I don't really know, though. Beyond if I can see them or not, I don't really pay attention.

Thanks to all for the encouraging words! These kinds of comments are what keeps me motivated and dedicated. It keeps me driven; driven to make new strides.. new improvements.. set new goals !

Both you and Irish are looking real good.. in a non gayness way:thumbsup:

Irish.....I'm diggin' those 2 new photos bro. Lookin' good. You may be the only other guy I have seen that's as "white" as I am!! I am so freakin' white, that I glow in the dark!! Man, I need a tan.

Haha! Ya, man, I'm pretty white...fortunately it's a natural white rather than a pasty white. I don't tan too well. That's okay, though. I'll have good skin when I'm older so I'm fine with it.

I have spent very little time in the sunshine. Even though I'm a daywalker/vampire, I just don't like the hot ass sun beating down on me. It drains me. So my skin is fine. Just very, very white!
I've never even tanned in a tanning bed before. For those last pics, I used some cheap sunless tanning lotion. Jergen's Natural Glow. Doesn't look too natural though. LOL Unless being an orange looks natural.

Tanning beds are bad. I've had very horriible experiences with them.... :/ right before my wedding I decided to use a free week coupon to a salon, and by the end of the 3rd day I'd fried myself. I was only in for 10 minutes max each day, yet somehow I burnt myself badly! I didn't know till the day afterward, when I was itching like crazy and couldn't do anything!

Honestly, I was running around the house naked screaming at the top of my lungs cause it hurt so bad. :run:

I will never step foot in a tanning salon again.

I hear you. I got an uneven tan from those tanning beds. My chest and abs were splotchy. It only fixed itself when the tan left and I was finally one color again.

It's amazing what a little glycogen-depletion from HIIT will do to you. I seriously haven't felt this good after a workout in a loooooong time. :head:

Your quads piss me off. I'm just kidding, great development bro, as usual, your wheels are quite impressive. The serratus ads to the whole, I'm a Roman Statue... but Irish.

Just like any weight equipment, you have to know how to use the machine first..

Tanning beds are actually less harmful than actual sun UV rays. They increase levels of melatonin, which play a part in a number of bodily functions; is also an antioxidant; and has been shown to play a part in a healthy immune system..

Like anything else, you have to know how to use them: some ppl with very fair skin need to start out very slow. If you burn in the sun easily, then you will burn in the tanning bed the same.

Also, another factor in there is the bed itself: how old are the bulbs? If they are brand new, or it's a high output bed, and you have fair skin, and you haven't tanned much.. then yeah, you're gonna get LIT up..

Anyway, just some clarification. I hate to see such a broad statement like that. Kinda reminds me of someone who has never done an energy pill, and jumps in with a large dose, and happens to be unknowingly sensitive to stimulants, and says: 'Oh, that stuff is death waiting to happen, I was shaky, jittery, felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I was nervous, couldn't focus, and felt horrible all day'..

You are absolutely right, it is important to know how to use equipment. I gave a salon consultant an idea of what my skin is like, and how long I should stay in for, and I followed her advice, but apparently something went wrong. :/

A Salon Consultant? You mean one of those 27yo chicks that looks 53yo because her skin is so leathery? DEFINITELY take advice from her! :p - I'm a smart-butt, I know.

Back when I worked at Gold's Gym we had a tanning bed and I talked the guy I worked with into putting on a bunch of that tingly-hot lotion stuff and going in for the full time on his first attempt. He came out looking like a lobster! Hahahah! I'm so bad.

Day 18

Pre-wo: 1 scoop GreenMAG, 5 BlueGENE, 8 WF (supposed to be 10, but I forgot I bumped the dosage up), 2 Recreate (Yes, I started it early), 1 Anabolic Pump, 1.6g 1-C

Intra-wo: 6 scoops GlycerGROW, 40g BCAAs

Post-wo: 200mg P-Slin, 1 heaping-scoop LP, 30g WMS, 1/2cup ground oats

Workout: Day 1- Back/Bis (Fasted, Supersets)

Bent Over BB Row: 145x23,20, 150x18,15,15,14,13,13
Rope Hammer Curl: 65x22,20,19, 70x15,15,15,13,13

Straight Arm Pulldown: 40x23,21, 50x18,17,17, 55x14,14,12
CG EZ Bar Curl: 55x23,19, 60x16,15,13,13,13,13

All-around it was a great workout. Finished in about 50mins. I had a nice sweat going, consistent heart-rate, strength was up, and pump was phenomenal. It's about 45mins after my workout and my pump is still going. I was quite spent come the last few sets, but I pushed through it rather well. I'll definitely be ready to eat in another 30mins or so.

Looks perfect! In response to the fasted training your body will immediately began to synthesize Glycogen [Glycogenesis] in response to the high Post-WO Glucose levels [from your meal]. Your body is already primed for this response because of the fasted-training, and the P-Slin facilitates a greater storage of this natural process by increasing GLUT4 translocation and mRNA expression!

You forgot to mention the $8/hr. that there Salon Consultant makes too bro, the expert in her field..

I know, I'm generalizing, there are some knowledgeable & helpful ppl out there, but I'd say this is the exception rather than the rule..

Babywifey, I would have never recommended you to tan 3 straight days when you have never utilized a bed before, especially if you are fair-skinned..

Ya, that was bad news...I definitely believe that they're safe when used correctly, but I don't touch them anymore. I'm pretty certain that us fair-skinned people should stay out of the light...Natural or artificial.

Snagency, believe me, I will NEVER go into a tanning salon again- like I said before. :) Even if I didn't tan for 3 days straight I'd be afraid that I'd burn again. I learned my lesson- my vanity put me in a baddddd position!

Damn, dude.. enough stims for ya in one serving ?

2 ReCreate + 1AP + 8 WF + 5 BG ..

2.5mg Y? Am I overdosing myself with 12mg? because that's how I've always dosed it whenever I add Y to anything.

more coffee, after 8 cups? IC, you're killing yourself! :(
No, no. I haven't had any coffee yet today. Since I train in the morning now, I don't get to sit around and drink coffee until mid-Day, or sometimes not even until after Meal 4...sometimes not at all. The new semester starts in T-minus 3.5hrs, so things will start to be hectic. I like to sit down and relax with my coffee, so if I don't get the chance to sit down, I usually don't drink it.

2.5mg Y? Am I overdosing myself with 12mg? because that's how I've always dosed it whenever I add Y to anything.

Doubtful. I only take a small amount because (a) I don't need a lot to notice the thermogenic effects, and (b) I don't have much Y left in my stash. I'm a big fan of the "just enough" practice, even though I tend to mega-dose a lot of stuff. I don't need to do that with Y-hcl.

Anyways, I just dosed 1 Recreate, 1 Y-RD, and 1g 1-C. I cut out the E and Y...I don't feel I need them in the 2nd stim-dose of the day...If you guys didn't know, I started taking 1-C 3xdaily. I'm testing out the effects of this as I haven't seen many people do it. I've got 400g of 1-C sitting around, and I'm dosing it @ 1.6g/800mg-1,000mg/1.6g.

How are you enjoying this fasted workout with the AP/Pslin deal? It's a $90 opinion.

I can't speak too much for the AP/Recreate yet, as today was my FIRST day using the combo...

BUT, I've enjoyed the P-Slin ever since I started using it. If you get the bulk, you can make it stretch pretty far. I'm only taking 200mg with my PWO shake (30g P / 60g C) and it seems to be doing the trick.

Dude, I have to say, if you have the money (and by have the money I mean you wouldn't have to worry about the $60 either way) get the Sixpack Stack. It's too good of a deal to pass up. Chances are that you're probably going to try it sometime anyways, so it may as well be when a killer deal is around. That's how I see it...it was GOING to happen sooner or later, and considering the reduction in cost, now is the time to do it. Even if I don't think it was that great, at $60, it's no skin off my hide. If you're only taking AP once daily (before fasted training), then that's 90 workouts worth! $0.33c/workout. Not bad. That means I'm only spending $2/week on AP.

very true. $60 is no skin off my hide, however, $60 on top of what I've already spent is. Oh man, I need to stop spending. I may or may not miss out on the deal, but the AP is still in deep contemplation.

I'm listening to Sean Hannity and he just said the most awesome Winston Churchill quote I've ever heard...

"A country trying to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up from the handle."

Haha! Nice.

Do you guys feel it's okay to up UnsatFat/SatFat a bit since I'm cutting carbs down? I just realized how good a little 4-cheese blend tastes on my beef/broccoli meal as well as the broccoli in my chicken/broccoli meal. Some of it is fat-free mozzarella, but some is the 4-cheese 2%. I don't load it on by any means, but it probably totals 1-1.5 servings for both meals.

No worries here bro. SatFat's are somewhat misunderstood..

I could give you numerous diets (used by myself) that include generous amounts of heavy whipping cream (makes a protein shake taste unfreakingbelievable!), as well as lots of red meat (even 96% contains some satfat), and you can still lean out. Now, carbs have to be somewhat-to-very low in this approach, but the factor here is your current leanness.

In actuality, some satfat might harden you up, believe it or not!

They (sat-fats) increase testosterone levels and that's always a good thing! I love my extra virgin coconut oil. :food:

I added a little of that cheese to my meals tonight and it tasted incredible! I love me some cheese...not too much, though.

I'm going to change around my stims a little for the a while. Since I've got two bottles of Basic Cuts that expire in March, I'm going to be using those instead of the bottle of Y-RD that I've got.

Post-wo: 200mg P-Slin, 1 scoop LP, 30g WMS, 1/2cup Oats

Weight - ?

Damn Thomas! I don't feel so bad with my voluminous exercise count anymore. I'm considering this form of DC myself. I started some HIT for the first time, and it has worked for me in the past, but I'm willing to try something new.

How's this routine treating you? How do you feel it is effecting differently then you're 30 reps on everything and every set days?

Oh, nevermind, I noticed with closer examination you went with a traditional progressive, rather then your DC routine.

upon further examination, I'm not quite sure whats going on.... I think the "working set" has me thrown for a loop, because you're still progressing in weight.
