It's MegaDeth's "Sweating Bullets". And that is what I'm doing from the Thundergod's Lightening Strike pre-workout drink plus ECA. "I'm chompin' at the bit, and my palms are getting wet, I'm Sweating Bullets!!" I like the way the song begins, "Hello me. Meet the real me!!" Hel Yeah. That's the way I feel. PCT DAY 14 With PRIME!!

WAR REPORT: Oh Yeah!! Now we're talking. This is what it's all about. All-out effort. No holding back. Full frontal attack in a blinding Berzerker Rage!! I'm shaking like a leaf right now, from the ordeal. After I log this, I may even lie down for an hour or so. The Berzerker Rage has left me drained. So here goes. Let's dive into the Stygian depths of darkness! Numbers## CHEST--FLAT BENCH PRESSES: 340 x 8-4-3=15 total reps. Up 5 lbs. but lost 2 reps from 2 weeks ago. This was my intention anyway. To lower my reps somewhat during PCT. DC style sets still going strong here. Rest-pauses with 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. And then some torturous back off sets with insanely high reps. I get the best of both worlds this way. Back off at 225 X 15. And then an immediate drop to 185 X 10. And the pecs were pumped. PEC-DECK FLYES: 225 X 14. Up 5 lbs. and down 1 rep. Very hard set. Back off at 150 X 17. This is a p.r. in regards to the reps. PULLOVERS: 160 X 10. I desperately tried for that eleventh rep but it would not come. Back off at 100 X 17! That'll teach me to fukk with me! Oh Hel, I sound like MegaDeth again. "Hello me. Meet the real me!!" ha ha ONE-ARM LOWER PULLEY CROSSOVERS: 80 X 11. PR!! I had to will it to happen. Back off at 50 X 17. And the burn was intense. Then I did 1 set of standing and facing the pec-deck machine, I grabbed the arms and did some iso-flyes to fry 'em off right! Standing Pec-Deck: 130 X 20!! TRICEPS--SEATED OVERHEAD CABLE 2-HAND BAR EXTENSIONS: 215 X 8-5-3=15 total reps. This sh!t is geting heavy now! Back off at 150 X 17. Just because I was pissed off! STANDING ONE-ARM PUSHDOWNS: 100 X 11. PR. I just had to force out that 1 extra rep. I refuse to accept defeat. Back off at 60 X 15. ONE-ARM BEHIND HEAD CABLE EXTENSIONS: 80 x 11. Very isolated movement. Great for the inner head of the triceps. Intense contractions. I'm glad I wrapped my elbows. Back off at 50 X 15. And done. And spent. LOL I need to rest a little now and recover from this very arduous battle. I dedicate this workout to all my fellow warriors, gods, and goddesses!! FOR GLORY, FOR HONOR, FOR ASGARD!!!

Haha, seriously! If your gym has a plate and 2 benches you are good to go.

That's like saying you can't do squats because there is no rack. USE YOUR NOGGIN!... People back in the day didn't have world class gyms, and they still got big.

Good idea! I use my bench and put my feet up on a chair. Hold a few plates and drop the weight occasionally until Im just working with my BW. Its getto, but it works for me.

If any of you have ever eaten a substantial amount of mushrooms... well, you can imagine how f*cking scary it would have been to have a horde of TRIPPING vikings trying to kill you.

I was getting ready to reply with the same thing. It was said that Hitler would get his "vitamin" shot in the morning to bring him to, and then get his "sleep aid" shot before lying back down. They had to drug him up and then drug him back down. I'll bet it's the only way he could get any fukkin' sleep! It's also what led to his Parkinson's Disease at the end of his life. You can see him shaking the hands of the Hitler Youth, with his left arm hid behind him, but the camera could view it shaking like a leaf in a hurricane. And oh yeah, those Iron Jotnar (giants) stand NO chance up against my uru hammer and the strength of my Odin-created limbs!! :hammer::bb3:

I still feel like I'm early into it at day 15 now. But I'm seeing indications that it is some very good stuff. The euphoria and muscle hardening are already occuring. I've been surprisingly able to hold on to some incredible strength gains coming off the Oral Tren which is the strongest compound there is. So that alone says something for it. I'm beginning to feel like I'm back "on" almost. I will keep updating with only honest and unbiased evaluations.

Iron--I swear By-Odin that I was about to play that very song for this morning. I listened to Helloween for Wednesday's workout. Keeper Of The Seven Keys, Dr. Stein, Mrs. God,....all that good stuff!! You and I have a lot of the same tastes in music. I was listening to Slayer for this morning's workout. Raining Blood, Angel Of Death, all very cool stuff. Rock on my warrior brother!! :head::head: Also, thank you badfish. My neighbor loves the Misfits. He has their logo tattooed on his back. :head:

NUMBERS ## LEGS--LEG EXTENSIONS: 200 X 11. Up 20 lbs.!! Only lost 1 rep too. I threw caution to the wind and went for it. This is a PR on this machine. I've used many others that are much easier. I wrapped my knees and said, "let's go"! Back off at 100 X 22!! Hel, why stop at 20 just because it's a number!! ha ha NOW--MACHINE SQUATS--WIDOWMAKERS: 355 X 21!! Again, why stop at 20??!! 1 extra to grow on. Back off at 225 X 15 for some slow deep ones. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 355 x 10. Now it's getting heavy! Real heavy. And I really like it!! Back off at 225 X 15. Great stretch at the bottom. Hams were very tight after these sets. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 125 X 10. Very heavy for one freakin' leg! Back off at 60 X 20. And the burn was extreme. DB LUNGES SUPERSET WITH SISSY SQUATS: 30 DB's X 12 reps each. I followed up with the DC extreme stretches. SHOULDERS---MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 255 X 9-5-3=16 total reps. Up 5 lbs. from last week. DC rest-pauses utilized here. Heavy stuff indeed. Back off at 150 X 20. I am prioritizing my delts on this blast cycle. I really need to bring out the roundness of my medial deltoids. CABLE BAR FRONT RAISES: 100 X 11. Up 10 lbs. from 2 weeks ago. Back off at 60 X 15. Now the side delts--ONE-ARM BEHIND BACK CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 70 X 9. And oh sh!t, it was hard. I refused to stop and lighten the weight though. Time enough for taking it easy after Ragnarok!! Until then, it's all out training for the ultimate battle to come!! Back off at 50 X 15. I pumped 'em up now!! ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY CABLE REAR LATERALS: 85 X 12. Back off at 50 X 15. And that was a rap! I felt great for this morning's skirmish. I rested well for the last couple of days (off work) and it payed off. I was refreshed and recovered from Wednesday's ordeal. But Halloween is awesome! Just some partying, some pranks, and well of course some candy. I wish I could hand out protein bars to all the little kids, but that would take a small fortune. I guess they'll have to settle for HFCS... lol. That sh*t should be illegal.

I warm up and stretch very well before hand bro. I just don't record my warm-up pyramid sets. But my hamstrings are strong from my powerlifting days of heavy ass deadlifts. You really feel them towards the end of the lift. This set of one-legged curls was excruciating. I had to rest-pause somewhat between reps 8-9-10. Grab a gulp of air and get another one!! :twisted:
 
Standing leg curls are considerably more difficult than lying or seated, are they not?
I think so. I can really grind out some weight on the 2-legged lying curls. 250+ X 10. And decent form too. I'm just focusing on these standing variety these days. I get a better contraction from them. Especially at the top of the movement. Intense contractions. And one must remember, that different brand machines all feel different. I've used some machines that are much, much harder than others.

It's a standing leg curl machine. It is a weight stack going from a cable, but no, no ankle strap. I never tried one of those. It doesn't sound like much fun. Like you said, I think a lot of core muscles would get involved. You obliques and serratus would for sure come into play. Even some lower back maybe. The move I do is very isolated.
