You know it man. I play it at my gym and people come up to me at the desk and are like, "wtf is this stuff?"... I'm like, "why? you don't like it?"... they're like, "no, it's good stuff. I never heard anything like it."

Today's feature bands included: Front Line Assembly, Funker Vogt, Massiv in Mensch, Fictional, Re/Work, Assemblage 23, Chineseblack, and more!

Great freaking PR's today! Tried the WO without taking the T-911 pre-wo and didn't like it....will definately continue to take it pre-wo!
I'm up 6 lbs in a week after not changing weight in 3 months. I haven't changed my diet or anything like that so I will completely attribute the weight gain to the T-911....and obvisouly its not just water weight.
Now that i've stopped taking the creatine I have noticed my skin getting tighter in certain areas such as my outer pec, forearms, and neck....i'm assuming the creatine helped to prevent stretch marks with the quick strength gains there in this first week. I am going to stay away from the neovar for the next couple weeks and maybe add it back in the final week.

Lookn good man. 6lbs in a week! Keep killn it bro!

6lbs has to be noticeable. Lets see the 6lb increase brosef

ouch. compared like that i don't like whats happening to my abs lol....guess i wasn't flexing abs in the picture a minute ago

Your shoulders seem to have grown substantially in a week. Is that first pic from a week ago?

same as usual.
2k-2.5k calories 40/40/20 approx
i have cut my in between meals out though....that would be the only difference. have been really busy with work and school this last week

You are gaining on 2k/day?! damn son you respond well to low cals!

maybe its stress weight? lol.
the only thing i can think of is with me eating 3-4 meals instead of eating 6 meals my metabolism is slowing down enough to gain on 2k a day.

Put dem numbers up so I can start a thread in the anonymous section "Drummaboyz raping the t911 log!". jk

oh and just to put it out there, because i don't have a spotter typically i use this for my heavy squats. i know that it helps keep form but i don't know if it makes much difference towards the free-weight BB?

Was concerned whether or not I would be able to hit my maxes today with my back being injured a few days ago....but I payed real close attention to my form and was able to pull through.
I wanted to video my WO so my numbers wouldn't be questioned but my brother had soccer....hopefully Austin will come home for the weekend and I can get him to record for me. Will also check free-weight BB squat max next time as well.
*I don't have much definition in my legs....thats something I would really like to see though. Any pointers?

Just an FYI, the power squat machine gives you much better leverages so you are going to be able to push a lot more weight on that then a normal squat. If you go to do a barbell back squat make sure you keep your weight light and build up to a max/ working set so that you don't hurt yourself. Also if you want leg definition start doing some front squats, zercher squats, lunges, and TKE's. Finally if you want to compete in powerlifting in the spring like I seen in some of your other post I highly recommend you start actually doing the lifts as you would in a competition so that you can train your CNS and learn the movement patterns.

kk. i'll work my BB squat up to the same level then. not going to complain about what i have accomplished so far though. fast twitch muscles will probably be lacking other than that i've got the muscle to put the weight up obviously

For better leg definition? Just don't overtrain and maybe set aside a day and dedicate it to isolated movements like leg extensions, leg curls, etc.

Doing your squats on a macine will definitely NOT translate over to free-weight BB squats. For one, you can cheat on a machine (i.e. form doesn't need to be as strict), whereas, if you were going that heavy with only the BB in a power rack your form would have to be perfect, so not to induce injury.

As for getting leg definition/bringing 'out' the muscle: Front squats, forward and backward lunges, romanian deadlifts, calf raises, plometric box jumps...(remembering also, that definition will depend on the amount of muscle that you have and your BF levels).

yeah- BB squats are going to do more for you than any machine that you use in the gym. They are way harder too!

Yeah, ok, whatever. All good. Just trying to help you get the best results possible. No point in wasting all that hard work and getting nowhere...And the gaining on 2000 cal/day; weird.

I agree. very weird gaining on only 2k...:donut:
anyway...
hope all that info I gave you helped out.

I wish I could gain on 2k Id be much heavier than I am now with the way I eat!:burger::burg::pizza:

Dang if i only took in 2k per day I would loose 2lbs a day..lol I stay in the 4000 range and go as high as 5800 during bulking.

well i'm tempted to sit in the sauna for a bit and see how much water weight i can lose...i'm curious as to how much of this 6 lbs so far is muscle, fat, and water
