Day 5-6

Day 5- I hit cardio sprints outside on the track for about an hour, and earlier in the day I did 2 sets per bodypart to failure. I have been very busy lately so it's hard to get detailed updates at the moment. Once the DTH and 2010 are in the mix i'm gonna go more in depth. I just wanted to get the log going before hand :).

JP8- 2 scoops 45 mins pre workout
Sunami- 2 in morning, 2 in evening
Ether tabs- 4 post workout
Diesel fuel- 2 caps 30 mins preworkout

Day 6- (today)- Plan to hit the gym in an hour and do full body; focus will be chest and shoulders. I'm loving that dam JP8 and if anyone reading this is currently using it what is your opinion of it?

I'm down to about 178 now, as I have been dieting rather intense, and the increase in cardio.

Instant favourite, although I get some annoying stomach discomfort! But being able to pump out 2 or 3 reps on every set leaves me feeling sore the next day, and it gives me an awesome kick. Tomorrow morning I'm doing an early morning workout and am looking forward to some JP8 I think.

There's a thread discussing combining Geranium w/ JP8 for an even greater boost!
 
So is this log like a diary? As in you report your daily thoughts?

Or does it get more detail in the style of training, weights used, etc...As well with diet and macro nutrient breakdown?

It is hard to tell what to expect with the main variables undefined.
 
So your girl likes the JP8 huh? Mine is looking for a new preworkout formula...maybe we'll have to give it a try...

It's more like a diary than workout numbers. I don't like writing everything out, it makes it more like a job than fun for me. My workouts are always on the fly anyway, so I never really do the same thing. My overall objective is to use the products and give my honest feedback (side effects,effects). Real world feedback as opposed to just a bunch of numbers.

I have combined AMP v2 with JP8, insane? Yes! Insane workouts? YES!! It was rediculously nice! Now im all out of Ampv2 :-(

What's AMP V2? Who makes it?


Ergopharm makes AMP v2. I hated the original, it made me angry and the "comedown" seemed horrid. The new version though is amazing. As much as i dont care for PA he definately hit this one on the head.

Are you using carbs postworkout? And are you having carb up days or just staying low carb?
Post workout I drink a quart of skim milk, every workout. No carb up days really....just if I hapen to feel like something is all. I do really well with low carbs, so I stick with what works. After a while you almost never want them anyway...strange actually.

Yeah thats how i have been lately. I enjoy it actually. I do like carbs sometimes though and usually have one carb up a week if I want. Thanks for answering tripdog!

Today I did a mostly cardio day. Appetite is rather low for some reason, so it's not easy to eat. Acne seems to be clearing, it must have been a influx of hormones and my body is adjusting now (sunami). The Diesel Fuel added with the JP8 makes me a dam animal when I get to the gym...I frickin love it! I always need a good stim to have a quality workout.

Everything seems to be going rather smooth at the moment.

Next week the DTH and 2010 should be in the mix, so I will make sure to start those as soon as possible, and give my effects/feedback.

Egh you still have a girlfriend?? I like the low carb diets. Like em a lot. For whatever reason I'm still a bigger fan of Trib Test Extreme, but this stack looks fuggin solid.

Well NP will get the DT2010 today, but its not on their site as out of stock so they have to do the webpage and all the blabla....plus they about to probably run out of Sunami.
 
So Trip whats your opinion on any of these supps for me? I'm looking to stay as lean as possible and still be healthy. My las set of pics came in with improvement and I'm out of Var..gasp...
 
JP8 still blows me away. I have a crazy busy university life, but I always get myself into the gym. However when I get there sometimes I`m not as focused as I want to be. JP8 is the closest thing to a turbo button for me. I`ll roll out of bed at 6:30, have 1.5 scoops JP8 straight, wash it down with some water, WPI & WMS. 7:00-8:30 (Class) I`ll be in the gym going crazy.

I usually don`t get some, but on days when I use JP8 I push myself to hard and have such an intense workout I`m actually sore for the next few days. It`s Friday and my Chest and Back are STILL sore from Tuesday!

Crader it should help you push yourself further than you thought possible. Also there`s a new ETHER coming out that looks to be another great option.
 
My wife tried JP8 before a Group Ride a few weeks back... I looked the room while passing on the way to the Body Motion machines, and let me tell you, she was killing everybody in there! After riding for an hour, she came out and was still stoked to do something. So I took her through a pretty rough Core Session... she rocked that, too. She did get a little head-ache a few hours later, but I believe that it's just that she isn't as tolerant to stims like me; plus, she only weighs 115 at 5'4, so she really should have tried a half a scoop, IMO.

Without my anavar I'm loosing a little size and with the contest dieting I can't afford to lose muscle.

I had my girlfriend start on sunami, and made her stop as it made here a complete b*tch. I get the same way when i'm on anything hormonal, so I recognized the symptoms all to well. The JP8 is just unreal though. I have had her on it for the last 2-3 weeks and she loves it.

I would at least give JP8 a shot....it's really that good! .....and get some more var...:lol:

yeah and I notice on NOS ETHER, jp8 or ready4war when ur performace is at "that" level u tend to have some reprecutions post workout like being drained or headaches.

JP8 is straight up a performace product. Other products in its class are NO/stim products. I wanted to make sure the mental clarity and endurance effects of JP8 was on point (more so than pumps and taste and all that).

are u avoiding creatine? You can try ETHER Tabs if you ok swallowing big Tabs because it has directions for people who weigh under 140lbs or so and it does alot for insulin sensitivity and strength. You would probably get stronger while dropping bodyfat and gaining/putting on muscle.....and it doesnt bloat anyone.

thats the reverse effects, she would need to take less like 1tab a day or 1 tab every other day. Did you have her on the "Tripdog" dosage for women of like 3/day? Her free test was probably going up something nice.
