thats the one i was referring to! You have done GREAT WORK since then, though and thats something to be proud of.

I was 215 with a 42 inch waist at my heaviest

my waist was probably 42 inches, the largest I hit pantswise was 38 tho. at that size you don't really measure with a tape, you try to avoid that

Yeah, it's actually fun to watch, too. Because they "think" they're females, they don't bother to wear a cup. It's great. Imagine Boy George doing a bicycle kick to score a goal, and then Ms. Priscilla on the other team ghetto stomping dat hoe with soccer cleats on. At times, this sh*t's better than UFC.

Fasted cardio this morning for 30 minutes.....
speed - 3.0
incline - 8.0
I plan on increasing this to 45 minutes next week and then increasing speed and incline after that.

Pop 3 adrenalean and 1 Lean Xtreme pre-cardio.

pushed the incline to 10 on the final 10 minutes. Really got the fatburn burning! 45 minutes next week.

I am trying to figure out a good full body-type split that is pretty quick that will hit the major muscle groups and is quick, but still induce hypertrophy/growth. My limited schedule really sucks right now.

One step at a time, right!?!?!?!?!? :hammer:

for real...........no really! :toofunny: Lets get this thing rolling again! I am STILL cutting. Gained back some of the fat i lost going into the AC. :( Been REALLY busy with soccer and baseball. Tournaments are over and its time to get back on track! LETS DO IT!

IT WILL! :hammer: I'm sure you know how difficult it is with a family, E! :thumbsup: I have resolved to getting up at 5am to get my sh1t done! lifting followed by 30 minutes of cardio. Breakfast afterwards.

Lifting is M,T,TH,F
HIIT cardio on Wed and Sat.

I figure 6-8 weeks of cutting should get me where i want to be. THEN BULK, BULK, BULK! the right way though! ;)

exactly what I'm doing...

Trying to cut the fat and start with a great base to do a very clean bulk through the months of Sept - Feb.

Another successful morning. Got up at 6am. workout done, cardio done! Feel great. I just love the DOMS when you start back up lifting. :head:

BB curl - 85x10, 85x10
close grip bench - 60x10, 60x10 (can do much more than this)
DB curl - 30x10, 30x10
skull crushers - 60x10, 60x10

The only problem with starting back up is the fact that i don't know where my lifts/strength is, so the first few are messed up just trying to see where i SHOULD be lifting. OH WELL!
 
Still looking pretty good. Can't wait to see how all the sups work out for you
 
10% incline the whole time
15 seconds all out (8mph) then 45 seconds rest (3.0 mph)
do this for 15 minutes then 15 minutes at 3.0 mph.

Fortunately, my treadmill has quick speed buttons, so all i have to do is hit the 8 button or the 3 button, rather than hitting the up or down arrow a bazillion times
 
That is fortunate. I really hate having to press the up/down buttons. Especially when they go in increments of 0.1 mph. :rolleyes: :frustrate: :smileybeatingtreadmillwithbaseballbat:

Stiff Leg Deads - 95x10, 145x10

These will go up for next week.
30 minutes cardio afterwards.
 
i'm wavering around 200lbs right now, but i'll be doing a long slow cut in a few months. not really sure where i'm headed with this (end weight goal)
