Cardio - 10% incline, 4.0mph, 20mins

Deadlifts - 205x6, 205x6, 205x6, 205x8, 225x6 (thought WTF, lets try it!)
Db Bench - 60x8, 60x10, 60x10, 60x8 (65's next week)

Cable Flyes - 80x10, 100x4, 90x10, 90x6

225 was my deadlift goal by the end of the year. So, i have no choice but to hit 315 by christmas. I will be starting a bulk within the next month or so, so i think its def possible to hit that 315. Updated stats coming later!

Off day - Cardio today

35mins, 4.0 mph, 10% incline.

I am increasing all my cardio sessions to 35 mins. Gotta get the fat burning furnace revving even more!

Db Flyes - 25x10, 35x10, 35x10

AM Cardio - 35 mins, 10% incline, 3.5mph
PM Cardio - 25 mins, 10% incline, 3.5mph

Thats right, folks! not one, but 2 cardio sessions. This will be continued as I step up my cut.
