Nonetheless, diet is still intact! I am actually starting to hear form people how lean i am looking. THATS GREAT!

Cardio - 25 mins, 10% incline, 3.5mph
I splurged a little this morning. The county fair is in town and i picked up a little 8 inch Strawberry/Rhubarb pie last night. So, I saved it all night and then ate half this morning for my carb up. HEHE! I know not the best thing, but ya gotta live a little, right? Its gonna be awful hard to be at that fair this week and eat the good stuff, but i know i can do it!
it was a LITTLE one. SERIOUSLY. Like no more than 8 inches, probably 6.You ate half a pie!! Looks like I'm going to have to start texting your phone the guilt messages!:lol:
i think sometimes i am addicted.........lol! my father-in-law makes fun of my wife, too. one day she was making a turkey sandwich and was measruing out 2oz of meat and he couldn't believe that we weighed our food! that is why we are lean and he is not! lol! :trout:What up mace diggity dog?!
