Not planned, just happened (didn't get out of bed) :(

Nonetheless, diet is still intact! I am actually starting to hear form people how lean i am looking. THATS GREAT!

Going to see the Dark Knight this afternoon with my older boy. Should be tons of fun! NO POPCORN OR CANDY FOR ME, THOUGH! :(

I am increasing sets to 3 of each exercise this week. Next week will be 4, then 5.

ANOTHER NOTE:
I have FINALLY started SDNG. This has been one of our supplements that i actually ahve kinda stayed away form for quite awhile. Well, actually, i have just never taken it.

For what it is.....ITS GREAT FOR CUTTING. sweat my A$$ off. I stopped the Leviathan Reloaded and switched over to the SDNG. One of our guys says that he loves it for cutting, so I figured I would FINALLY give it a try. I take 2 pre-workout on empty and then 2 more later in the afternoon on empty.

30 mins cardio (10% incline, 3mph)

xtend and NO Synthesize (received 2 free bottles at the 08 AC) during workout
 
30 mins HIIT cardio this morning.

10% incline whole time
alternating: 1 min 4mph, 1 min 3mph (15 minutes total)
15 mins 3mph
 
leg extension - 100x10, 100x10, 100x10
leg curl - 60x10, 60x10, 60x10

*woke up late today, didn't get as much done as i wanted.

30 mins steady state cardio - 10% incline, 3mph

It took incredibly long to do 5 sets of each of these, LOL! I will finish the workout tonight.
All in all, i think it was successful. I have only been doing deads for about the last 6 months or so. I'm happy to have pulled 185. My next goal is to work up to 225.

I am trying to break into the visible abs category then slowly switch to bulk. I think i can FINALLY do it this year and still come in pretty SWOLE for the AC in 09.

OFF DAY!
I was supposed to do HIIT cardio, but i have some sort of stomach bug, so i called off all training today. Can't seem to keep anything down. I'm not sure if i went too extreme with the dieting or what. But, hopefully, this clears up soon.
 
When I go real low on diet (mainly cals).. I add in some acidophilus and bifidobacterium....extra Glut.

Hope you feel better! Actually that bug my get you down to 13% :blink:
 
Took a few days off. I am MUCH better now. I splurged a little today. But its back on track tomorrow. Early morning workout followed by cardio. Stay tuned........

I splurged a little this morning. The county fair is in town and i picked up a little 8 inch Strawberry/Rhubarb pie last night. So, I saved it all night and then ate half this morning for my carb up. HEHE! I know not the best thing, but ya gotta live a little, right? Its gonna be awful hard to be at that fair this week and eat the good stuff, but i know i can do it!

I had originally planned to hit 225 by the Arnold. But, i think that i will hit 225 by the end or the year. So, I will re-evaluate that goal once I hit 225.
 
I bought myself a digital food scale mace, 1g sensitivity, 3kg capacity. so i'm seriously measuring everything to the gram for my current cut :)
 
yeah, food scales are AWESOME! i have one that goes to the tenth of the gram. LOVE IT! My wife even uses it.

Cut? Did you say cut? Thought you were done with cutting for 08.
 
I changed my mind :) my bulk reached 204, while even seeing slightly greater definition, so i figured i'd do another cut between now + mid november, then bulk again from thanksgiving thru christmas. easiest time of the year to bulk :D

i think sometimes i am addicted.........lol! my father-in-law makes fun of my wife, too. one day she was making a turkey sandwich and was measruing out 2oz of meat and he couldn't believe that we weighed our food! that is why we are lean and he is not! lol! :trout:
 
no its a horrible thing, as the actual portions to eat are so small ;)

So true. The wife went for a total personal training session today. She tapped out at 18% BF with a great overall total body assesment. The scale is working though!!! :)
