Now we've all seen and heard of the post with companies being overrated or products being most useless. In other words, the guys who are getting too much credit for half-ass products/development. But what about the guys who work, deliver better than ever but yet still recieve sub-par, at best average, claim for their work...the underrated guys.

i was gonna put them on but it woulda taken me wayy too long, so i just on the immediate forum comps

Scivation/Primaforce. They make excellent products that just plain work. They never get the credit the deserve!.
Except for Xtend, very little of their products get a lot of press.

My underrated supplements are as follows:
Forskolin-great for cutting, lean bulking, and BP
Ecdy-increases cardio endurance, vascularity, and nitrogen retention
Calcium/Magnesium-electrolytes, help with muscle contraction, and sleep
Rhodiola-potent adaptogen, increases ATP, and great sleep promoter
Banaba-potent insulin mimicker

We have had all of those in various products over the years - but you know this, man! ;)

I agree with Scivation.

I vote IBE, I think their epistane product is probably equal to Havoc, but no one talks about Epistane...they just refer to Havoc.

I voted Controlled Labs, just for the Green Mag.

I use it for just about everything and anything. If I need to flavour some BCAA's and Leucine, in goes the GM. If I just want a refreshing drink on a cold day, in goes the GM. If I'm looking a bit pale and need a tan... oh wait no that wasn't it.

I like Scivation/Primaforce (Great prices on the Primaforce line)

i said MST... they have great formulations and science to back it up...

da bomb diggity...

cool log by the way...

I prefer Ephedra, Coffee, Donuts, and Yoplait.
slow-mun, you are a coffee freak. ever try the blue pot at speedway? that stuff is bitter as hell, but it will wake you up!:hammer:

Its a byproduct of being a former NCO while in the Army. Community coffee has a monopoly on the gas station market here and I detest that stuff. I usually have to go to specialty place if I want good beans or variety. I usually brew Mello Joy at home. Its a reasonably priced New Orleans brand. On topic-Mello Joy is an underrated brand:dance:.

I think NOW makes a lot of good products... cheap basic stuff.

Millenium makes inexpensive and effective supplements. Definitely underrated. Primordial Performance deserves some recognition here as well. Alot of good companies on this list.

Agree. And NutraPlanet, too!

I went with Get Diesel. Chuck doesn't mess around with his formulas, and he doesn't hype his **** out to be something amazing. He lets the products and results speak for themselves.

NOW imo is a great company. anything Nutra bulk deff deserves some recognition. i have saved a lot of money buying with those 2. and both are companies i trust, and dont feel bad about giving my money to.

I think a lot of those companies on there have a very nice following. I would vote for nimbus but then i might be biased :p

With that said i don't think MST gets enough love and while those who use AEN products know how great they are those on the outside really don't appreciate them. The one who i really think doesn't get enough attention is CORE, while i haven't used any of their products yet(Check out my ZAP log starting tomorrow and i should get my CORE MRP from Nutra sometime this week) they use quality ingredients and really no bs in their products.

I will sit and deliberate a lil more before i vote tho :D

I voted for Designer Supplements. They have four great products in their arsenal, and they don't get much praise for that. Consider this praise.

I agree with this guy :D.

I had to go with LG. people call some of their products "tweaked dhea" but they are effective prohormones, and DSHEA complaint - so going to be moderately difficult for the FDA to make them go away. The whole stanolone and all of its derivatives are their idea, and heck, the 1-Androsterone they came up with (and licensed to AMS) is good enough for Patrick Arnold to steal and put out as new 1-AD......

There are a bunch that are underrated, Word of Mouth is the only way some advertise. Good thing some big names don't rely on word of mouth.

I sure can roll off a list of most overated......well more specifically overated products.

Hey thanks for trying GET DIESEL.

Thanks for serving. Tell everyone over there thanks for using GET DIESEL.

I need to get my products in the BX/PX's over there. When I use to deploy to the middle east and a BX tent would open up.....you know what they sold.......socks, t-shirts, old cd's, and Muscletech......hahaha.

I also have to agree with this. I didn't think of NOW because I was thinking all board sponsers only. Now is clearly the best. No Hype, no extra money because of shiney labels.

If you would get your products bx/px it would work wonders for you. If there is anything we can do let me know.

In this order. not bad prices and I wish all stores carried their goodies. I have my fav's but when I mention these people go

1. controlled labs
2. sci/prima
3. MST
4. Athletic Edge

This is a good thread. It’s interesting to see what people really think.

What is the main thing you guys look for in a company??

A product that does what it says, Doesn't cost a bunch of money, And comes with enough to not have to buy multiple bottle to get it to work.

If you dont mind me asking whats a good price for supps in you eyes??

Cost and effectiveness kinda work off each other.
I like free but If it works it just depends. It is one of the biggest gripes people have with Muscle tech is the price is silly for what you get.
I could go into a long diatribe about how demand and supply and all that stuff. It just comes down to what the average price for something is and what I can get it for online, That is why I won't go to GNC and buy No-Xplode for 71.99. That's just stupid.

I agree 100% you should get what you pay for. If a product is high in price u should get enough of it, and it should give you the results you want.

i hate to admit it but I went into one today for protein. I like their chocolate caramel and cookies + cream, and with buy 1 get one 50% off and gold card time, it comes out to less than $6 a lb, and no shipping charge.

I wouldn't either but there is different view I was just thinking about. If you want the economy to improve in your town, you should spend your money in your town. Really I don't like this fact though because there isn't much in my town I live in. I would like more jobs in my town though and spending money in your own town is a start.

Nutraplanet is in South Atlanta (Fayetteville). Most GNC's are corporate and that isn't local for me.
