Yea i will... At the moment im rather unsatisfied.. due to my unit project back a couple weeks ago it off set training, focus and energy BIGTIME!! Diet was right on par (maybe high at times), but the exams and project threw me off of my set program... up until that point i was looking shredded as all get out, but after screwing with my sleep...big problems occurred!! DAM DAM DAM!!! At the moment i've decided to go back on a recomp rather than cut...
Who gives a rat's @$$ if you're unsatisfied with the before pics? That's why they're called 'before' pics. Suck it up and do it... I did. ;) None of this, "Well I'll post some ripped before pics... then I'll get even more ripped in the afters!" No judgement here at AM, just stop bein a b!tch.

The whole idea is for people to see where you're at NOW, then blow them away with your progress, not after the fact..

Box, you better not be backing outta this show. Nothing you have done recently has hurt your progress or "blown your chances". I think all guys go thru that mindset at some point in their life during precomp, this isn't nothing new. I know your diet has been right on, and your supp stack is off the freakin hook, so whatever it is you think you've done, stop thinking that sh!t and knock this out man! Trust me on this -- don't be a quitter.

Haha we'll see what happens at the chess tourney lol... each player gets around 2 1/2 hours per game so.. protein bars will be my choice of food... hmmm this might get intersting! Oh and FOG watch your liver with all those diet sodas :toofunny: you are on cycle....You wouldn't wanna get to trashed..now would you??!!!

Fricken phenylalanine. Hahaha. Good luck with the chess tournament! If you wanna save urself from fatgain and muscle loss, drop the bars and pick up some Ostrim instead and make natty PB sandwiches on some Ezekiel bread.

hmmmm might have to do that... i'll see what i can find...it's a t a beachside hotel so.... nonetheless If i dont pack anything I'll end up cheating BIG TIME... ANyhow that's why I opted for the 2 day(sat,sun tourney as opposed to the 3 day (fri,sat,sun) so that I can minimize everything...

As much as I enjoyed my run with AP/P-Slin, I'm done messing with insulin/blood sugar. The LG Sciences product Slin, which I think is nice anyways, was making me too hypo and I did eat a good deal of carbs with it. When I mess with blood sugar, I just get tired.

Trying to transition into my routine will go into effect soon....
For the past few days i've had the pace in the gym slightly low.. Kinda on a lean bulk at the moment.. getting everything properly set up! I actually began to get puffy nips from havoc therefore I've began pct! Cabergoline and Nolva, I also decided to begin MMV2 today....
Cant wait to use Hemodraulix on Wednesday!(chest and bi's baby!!)

Rather boring.. just need to pull out some of my old log books from a while back to see what kinda cardio training (times, paces, distances,etc.) I was doing...
