First time pulsing, but I've run probably about 6 regular ph/ps cycles over the past 4 yrs. The only real thing I've changed would be consumer more carbs than normal.
I'm mostly clean bulking w/ the cheat here and there. The only questionable meals would be Chipotle burritos on workout days. Usually I'll work out in the morning, hit up a shake, then get some Chipotle to go.
It's a wealth of calories and macros, and I figure white rice, etc. is ok within an hr. or two of a workout. Other than that, it's been oatmeal (Sturm's packaged is the best I've found, as it contains flax and plant sterols as well as oats and cranberries or blueberries), whole grain pasta, South Beach and Kashi frozen meals, Zone and South Beach bars.
I'm trying to make a conscious effort to include quality carbs, and enough of them, in pretty much every meal.
