Body is feeling excellent nothing at all to complain about wight this morning was 286.2
So almost a 12 lb gain so far! It looks like you've kept it a dry gain as well. ;) Nice....very nice!!

Can't wait to do my chemical 4 run in a few months. Just thinking what to stack it with? Either chemical 1 or X plus epiandro

My shoulders are always my weak point. Next run I will hit then extra hard. Been natty all year and only did a osta and a 1 cycle prior

Try an hit them twice a week you will see a huge difference when i got my 1st tat it was on my right shoulder so i really pushed my shoulders hard now it seems they grow so fast with little effort but i do traps often tho

If I would watch a Brian Shaw or Halfthor Bjornsson video (or any strongman videos for that matter) before each lifting session, I would be a lot better off! Those days always turn into 2 - 2 1/2 hours of just RAHHHHHHHHH!!!! and I leave the weight room super pumped and feeling like a monster.......... until I see myself in the mirror. Lol!

I tried to get an IG account set up but every time I did, I kept getting a message saying that my profile was deactivated because I had violated their legal policy. I hadn't even finished going through the start-up process. I was still trying to get a username set up. Didn't matter what name I used, I was blocked. Not sure how I could violate their policy when I couldn't even finish setting up an account???????

Way to keep motivated man. Never fun to have to workout when your sleep gets interrupted. But in this instance, probably worth it!
