Really good session this morning pump was awesome body feels great no sides and libido is strong

On my cut right now and I feel lethargic and sore. I never get sore anymore lol
Cutting cals and everything else will do that but its all worth it in the end

Good session this morning legs are tight and pumped knee is a lil sore from muy tai last night but other then that no complaints more to come

Pump was incredible trying to find that Good mix of volume and rest ive been crazy busy with work so im hoping this routine will be thr ticket strength is up no sides to speak of and libido is good here is a progress pic from last night

Ill probly get flack for this but Depends on how the cycle goes they sent me a bottle of alpha pct just they're otc pct if im not shut down ill run that but if i get shut down it will be 4 weeks of nolva

Pump was excellent went back to my old school method of training it was awesome tomorrow will be shoulders and arms more to come

Ive been really busy with work some days i get home and my boys are crashed so when he comes in the garage saying daddy daddy play how can i resist
