This has been working really well for me the last few months. Has helped me lean out and recomp very nicely.
Postworkout = 20g glutamine immediately.
Then I take 50g of truetein protein powder (which is whey, egg, casein mix).
I stopped talking the standard 40-80g waxy , followed by whey. I know that either Poliquin or another top knowledge guru said that 20-30g glutamine replenishes just as well without the extra added carbs from waxy or dextrose, etc.

then eat 8 oz beef, sweet potato, and broccoli with in an hour of my workout.

I chew a bunch of liver tabs into a powder and whash it down with a mixture of 1/2 cup yogert, l cup milk, 1 banana, 2/3 cup out flower, 1 scoop greens powder plus creatine and cissus.

I can take the piss water on a night when im just looking to get drunk and quantity matters, but I cant stand the taste of any of the regular "American" beers. I am a huge craft beer guy. Nothing better than a well brewed beer.
