Your all time favorite exercise?

Shoulder press for me, hence my name ;)
My fave exercise for other bodyparts are:

Chest - incline bench
Triceps - extensions
Biceps - curls + like doing the ol reverse curls
Back - Pull downs (wish I had a pull up bar in my gym)
Legs - lunges
Abs - situps

pull ups and variations thereof , like the roid monsters that can curl 135 but can't do a pull-up haha get lost

My favorite exercise has to be dips! I can do more full range of motion dips than almost everyone else that frequents my city's local gyms. Or from what I've seen anyway! ;)

Wide grip, dead hang pull ups
(palms facing away with 3-6 second negatives. w/ or w/o weight)

then it'd be Smith Machine squats or DL's at a tie for 2nd.

T-Bar rows (old school) not the machine, using T-Bar that slides over from Max Muscle.. 5-7 plates then into shrugs using same set-up...saving time, absolutely destroying both back and traps in one shot..

I love heavy deads, but my lower back and hips are really pi$$ing me off lately. I also love really heavy 20 rep leg presses. Again, though, nothing like 405+ for static reps.

I'm surprised only one person has said Bench press!
1. Super setting curls, almost orgasmic when your arms feel like theyre about to explode, and veins are popping out everywhere!
2. Bench is a close second
3. All Leg Lifts ie, Squat, Dead, Cleans etc.

barbell bench ! nothing else makes me feel like more of a beast when im the only small guy putting up 200 +. squats are second, i love the soreness for like 4 days after.

When I was able to do them and In my prime

dead lifts, nothing better...damn I miss those

Leg presses were a close 2nd

Squats were 3rd....

Nothing else was close.

Front DB raises currently are my favorite. Even though it's a rotary exercise I like to go heavy with them. Gettin 65's for reps on my last set.

Chin ups. Chins and deadlifts are the only two exercises I couldn't train without.

bench or deadlifts,

i love the high and mighty feel i get right after doing a heavy set of deadlifts, it makes me have to take in deep breaths and expell the carbondioxide out quickly. really gets me high.
