Your all time favorite exercise?

Deadlift and then walking lunges. Legs feel like tree trunks after long sessions of lunges.

x3 for Squats. I'd vote deadlifts but I've hurt my back doing them so its squats.

the feeling of waking up the next morning and my upper back is so stiff i cant even shrug and my traps are still tense and sore as hell... deadlifts with a long pause at lockout on the last rep of my last set. nothing else makes me feel like king kong. seriously. next time take a moment at the top to let the blood leave ur brain :)

Probably deadlifts for me as well, although I also quite like seated DB Press and incline DB Press.

i like your style, nice and red. I would rep you but I am not sure if you would rather be in the red or green. Which would you prefer?

i dont think it matters, ive gotten a good bit of rep points but my display never seems to change...lol

Toss up between Romanian deadlifts and box squats holding a 35 lb. plate. Both great compound moves that pay attention to my derriere.

cable curls with forearms... sit in a chair and put the cable setting as low as you can get it and then just hammer away... do sets till the burn then once you bicep is burning rest your bicep and do forearm curls... your arms will explode veins just everywhere... awesome awesome workout..

Guys way did no one say Push-ups, All the big fu$$ers in the clink due push-ups in their 6 by 9's. You never see guys that big naturally aside from in the penn, you have to shank em in the eye ball just to see blood.

By the way I am totally kinding about the eye ball, neck is better.lol

I know, right? Not sure way no one brought up push-ups, we should all due them. Don't worry about the eye shanking, we all know you're just kinding. :laugh2:

What are these "abs" you speak of? :dunno:

:food:

I think i heard the term "abs" on the Ab King Pro infomercial!!!!

Probably just a new fad that'll never catch on.:toofunny:

Anyway,

My exercise choices. Press Behind Neck for moderate weights, dumbell rows for heavy. I have lower back issues otherwise i would have put deadlifts.

Have you seen the gyms in these prisons? The guys in the "clink" don't get big doing pushups.

Back on topic, it would be a tie between squats and bb bench.
