I'll third the db fly, particularly incline db fly. Somehow its the exercise I always nail the mind muscle connection perfectly on.Out of all the exercises I enjoy doing dumbbell fly's and behind the neck presses the most.

I know, right? Not sure way no one brought up push-ups, we should all due them. Don't worry about the eye shanking, we all know you're just kinding. :laugh2:Guys way did no one say Push-ups, All the big fu$$ers in the clink due push-ups in their 6 by 9's. You never see guys that big naturally aside from in the penn, you have to shank em in the eye ball just to see blood.
By the way I am totally kinding about the eye ball, neck is better.lol
