For real though thanks live. I was shocked at how lean my back looked. Surprised me to see I actually look a bit bloated in my abs though. I don't like taking pics at my gym though. Had it been at home they would have looked way different.

You are cleaning up a lot and looking thick! Good job! I like how you say 250x7 is working light weight on the way up to heavy. Lots of guys would love to lift those numbers at your weight.

Thanks Kleen! Progression haulted a bit and of course in my worst critic. Trying not to sacrifice size and strength for abs. Reason I say went light was because last cycle I hit 5 at 275 and I hate showing updates with less than my best. My body comp is much more desirable right now though so I will save the beastly lifts for this fall. Thanks again love your feedback Kleen.

Weight 178.5 +4

Pinned 3.25 ml in left quad. Tricky to pull more than 3 in a 3 ml syringe but I'm managing it.

Absolutely destroyed a leg/back split tonight. I have never sweat so much in my life as I have the last few months. Makes me feel the fat just melt off. Had a great pump and energy was high. Felt leaner today than I have in a long time. Things are still going great!

Well guys, vacation has started. We shutdown a week in July every year and this is my week. :) I'm pumped to be able to spend so much time with the family. Woke up today even more lean than yesterday which was a huge surprise as I had a forced rush lunch at work last night that consisted of chicken nuggets and a sausage mcmuffin from McD's. Also had oatmeal with whey and pb. However I was due up for a carb load and in all honesty I don't think I even had more than 200 carbs for the day even with the cheats.

I may be off the gym a few days this week for the holiday and just for family time but I will stay on track and keep killing it.

Thanks. Leaning came quick this week. Didn't really change much. Did add erase again and shift. It has been incredibly easy to fight food temptation though which has been beneficial no doubt.

As mentioned in an earlier post today was the leanest I felt and looked in almost a year I'd say. Had a great shoulder workout capped with 20 minutes of abs. Carbs finished a little out of my range today but it was from a dinner out with the wife. I had salmon and steamed veggies but got lured into drinking and some blooming onion as well... :) Truthfully though even with that my macros were barely out of range for today as it was a scheduled higher carb day.

Pinned 3.25 ml of the cocktail in right glute. Down to just a few injects on NPP.

Heading up to the cherry festival in Michigan. Staying with family in TC where I spent my my childhood years. Didn't make it to the gym today but it was a much needed rest day.

Woke up after a night of catching up with family (which included just a few drinks) and killed the gym at 6AM. Had to burn off the alcohol cals and that's just what I did. Was severely limited because where I'm staying there is just a fitness center. DBS no higher than 50 and mainly just cardio equipment. I made the most of it and really focused on a burn workout. Now we will be getting ready to head to the bay and festival after. Fun day planned.

Fitness centers aren't the best but for an bicep/cardio day it worked fine. Actually burned over 400 cals in cardio alone.
