Cycle update
Well this has been amazing so far. Really fun cycle that has retaught me the fundamentals. At the start I was expecting huge weight gains from the short esters. I jumped to +8 pretty quickly but put more bloat on than what was acceptable for me this time of year. Spent the first three weeks trying to break my bulk diet with high carbs. Finally mastered my diet goal near mid week 4 and have been able to fun the perfect medium of where I can completely sculpt the muscles while still throw on lean mass. I will be sticking to the 2 moderate carb days followed by 2 low carb days followed by a carb up right before picture day then a low carb to follow. Then repeat. This has worked perfectly these last few weeks and really seems to be close to perfect for summer and the build I'm looking for. Of course this isn't set in stone because life happens but I intend on keeping it pretty constant.
Legend-
Low carb is 100-150 with calories around 1800
Moderate is 175-225 with cals around 2k-2200
Carb up 250-300 cals at 2500-3000
As far as strength goes I can't say I've seen much gain here but my routine format is completely different then I'm use to. I'm utilizing a 10-20 rep range depending on set and stamina. I have been keeping to supersets and trisets in a close to circuit layout. The pump and fullness I would say has been a lot of the npp's play result but also the workout structure. Vascularity has been incredible as usual plus which has been extremely fun from the mast. Overall the gym has been fun.
Sides. Estrogen has been completely under control. I have been on low dose exem and low dose Nolva and added caber just recently. I was using 1 cap erase but quit in week 2 due to a libido drop. Problem solve and now the test and caver has me right back in action.
I am completely convinced that mast has a strong part in keeping my estro sides under control and would recommend its use to anyone who is estro prone, or anyone who likes to be lean vascular and ripped! I did finally get the acne issue on my shoulders and arms with a few on my forehead. I do believe my acne is completely test based as right after it showed my body showed true signs of test taking over. Being extreme alpha feeling in gym with a finish those last few reps you normally would quit at mentality.
