Felt incredible today. The carbs definitely helped a lot. Hit chest/tris/abs and even after an hour I was still pretty energized. Carbs will stay a bit higher today then will go back to 100-150 tomorrow.

Your mid-section has really tightened up man, and it makes that chest look even more massive. Excellent work since your last pics. You are well on your way to crossing that threshold that puts your physique on another level. I must warn you though, once you get into single digit bodyfat IT'S ADDICTIVE.....and every ounce of bodyfat you gain when trying to gain messes with your head (I'm going through it right now actually). I was planning on bulking up another 3-4 weeks, but I don't know if I can hold out that long, especially seeing stuff like your progress here. I'm up to about 9% bodyfat now, and its bothering me enough...lol

As always I appreciate your input. When I started on here it was when your huge transformation went down and it motivated and pushed me to go your route. This winter bulk obviously worked better than I had planned because I'm close to last years bf at +14. Going for that rickrock shred! I'm close very close!

Pinned the 2.75 cocktail in left glute

Leg day with bicep work for supersets. Had a good day overall in the gym. Strength was pretty good but still keeping to the high rep work so I never went too heavy that I couldn't complete my 12-15 rep range. It's been very difficult doing this style workout because I typically go to a 5 rep max for my heavy set. Really seeing the toning up coming with the added reps though.

Cycle update

Well this has been amazing so far. Really fun cycle that has retaught me the fundamentals. At the start I was expecting huge weight gains from the short esters. I jumped to +8 pretty quickly but put more bloat on than what was acceptable for me this time of year. Spent the first three weeks trying to break my bulk diet with high carbs. Finally mastered my diet goal near mid week 4 and have been able to fun the perfect medium of where I can completely sculpt the muscles while still throw on lean mass. I will be sticking to the 2 moderate carb days followed by 2 low carb days followed by a carb up right before picture day then a low carb to follow. Then repeat. This has worked perfectly these last few weeks and really seems to be close to perfect for summer and the build I'm looking for. Of course this isn't set in stone because life happens but I intend on keeping it pretty constant.

Legend-
Low carb is 100-150 with calories around 1800
Moderate is 175-225 with cals around 2k-2200
Carb up 250-300 cals at 2500-3000

As far as strength goes I can't say I've seen much gain here but my routine format is completely different then I'm use to. I'm utilizing a 10-20 rep range depending on set and stamina. I have been keeping to supersets and trisets in a close to circuit layout. The pump and fullness I would say has been a lot of the npp's play result but also the workout structure. Vascularity has been incredible as usual plus which has been extremely fun from the mast. Overall the gym has been fun.

Sides. Estrogen has been completely under control. I have been on low dose exem and low dose Nolva and added caber just recently. I was using 1 cap erase but quit in week 2 due to a libido drop. Problem solve and now the test and caver has me right back in action. ;) I am completely convinced that mast has a strong part in keeping my estro sides under control and would recommend its use to anyone who is estro prone, or anyone who likes to be lean vascular and ripped! I did finally get the acne issue on my shoulders and arms with a few on my forehead. I do believe my acne is completely test based as right after it showed my body showed true signs of test taking over. Being extreme alpha feeling in gym with a finish those last few reps you normally would quit at mentality.

Also finished with 20 minutes of weighted ab and oblique work. Diet still going great and I could really feel the boost overall from the test today.

Planned on taking a day off the gym but after carbing up watching man of steel I feel ready to kill the weights. I'm thinking chest/biceps sounds fun.

Flat db fly with db curl

Decline fly with straight bar cable curl

Seated incline cable fly with weighted AB/oblique rope pulldowns

More AB work and done!

Oh now you've gone and made me blush. Love the support thanks bros!

Tomorrow is a planned off day finally but it's going to be difficult. Already stoked to hit the gym again! I kept macros right on target today even with snacks at the movies and eating at olive garden. Everyone orders carb fest qualifying meals and I had salmon with broccoli. I did slam down a top shelf margarita which threw my carbs back up slightly.

Thanks fu! Not my first vid. I had a few in my last pct but quit for a bit. These workouts have been incredibly intense! The superset work is so much fun and going in with no emphasis on PRs has made the experience fun again. I often get caught up in strength increases and I don't see them it can kill a workout quick. This high rep work concentrating on pump and substance never gets me frustrated. It's easy to wear out quick though.
