Weight 175.2 (+.7)
Went in and hit a 10-12 rep range back workout. Superset some wide pulldowns with close underhand pull-ups. Also hit a lot of high rep secondary work with abs superset along side. Feeling incredible so far and headaches have been completely under control.
Pinned the cocktail today. 2ml to right quad. Wasn't a scheduled pin day but between falling short in a few compounds throughout the week and my new found pinning addiction I went ahead and pinned. Tomorrow will be a 3ml pin which will complete the week at 5 pins adding up to

Well diet is incredibly definitely on point. I did finally have a cheat meal last night but it was somewhat strategic. Nice little carb up the night before chest day and with how low my carb intake has been I needed a refeed. In any case you are correct it doesn't matter what I add at this point because I'm bound to kill this shît no matter what!many old schoolers would preach about deca + winny to get shredded. ive personally beena advised that a few times from people that know their ****. any steroid should get u shredded with the according diet. winny will just add on top of the mix.

Winny will not only harden you up but it binds SHGB which gets higher and higher the longer a cycle goes on so adding it in on the second half is the way to go. There are some concerns with Winny making the tendons a little brittle but the NPP will combat that and if you aren't going for PR's but doing more energy expending pump type workouts by then it will be just what you are looking for.
Also yes you should be able to get lean faster on any steroid but the more androgenic bind to the AR receptors in fat better causing them to release fat for energy.

Day 7 continued
Pinned the cocktail with a 22g 1 inch needle. I was actually quite surprised how much harder it was to penetrate from just the jump from 23g to 22g. It was completely painless though and felt much more comfortable. Those 1.5s make me feel a bit anxious.
Off day from the gym. Will be hitting legs and biceps tomorrow.

Some day I would love to run a cycle that puts my knowledge to use. I can't even imagine how big I could actually get pinning a serious 12-14 week cycle... Weight 178.2 +3.7
Hit legs and arms today. Had to cut legs short because I tweaked my right hammy. Had a solid pump today but energy was insane. It was my first time using alphamine in a month and a half and I jumped straight to 2 scoops! PIP had been a bit worse today being I've pinned 3 spots in 3 days haha. To me it seems the PIP with the short eaters isn't as strong as the long but it lasts longer. Nice jump in weight but the surprising part was how lean I'm getting while adding weight. Really looking forward to the next few weeks!
What sites are you rotating?
I've done right glute once and each quad twice. The glute PIP was the worse so far but not too bad. I'm thinking of trying delt but I've heard that is bad for pip with short esters.
Delts and tris seem to have the least pip for me biceps are rough
3ml in delt just seems like a lot though! May just give it a go though. Was going to wait until I have just long esters but who knows.
