X-forcing my way into smaller pants!

Ummmm completely unacceptable, you should be ashamed of yourself ;). J/K not a problem at all. When you are done with your log completely just give an overall rating of the product or a final analysis. Thanks again :-D

Sorry to hear about your grandfather.

I just saw this log. I was wondering where it was! Looking great, babywifey! Interested to see how things turn out.

In for the rest of it.

Got any new recipes, btw? I made that cobbler as a dessert for my Mom's birthday dinner that I cooked her. It was a big hit!

BW's been messing around with a Creme Brulee Recipe that only has about 5g carbs in it - it's not quite perfect yet, but dang is it tasty. I'll make sure she posts it when it's ready! :)

IC, I've been wondering - what does "Slainte" mean?

Eeeexcellent...

IC, I've been wondering - what does "Slainte" mean?

It's Gaelic, and it roughly translates to, "Good Health", and is mostly used as a toast. Like when an American says, "Cheers", the Irish will often say "Slainte!" - It's pronounced slahn-cha.

Thanks! I figured it was Gaelic, your name being what it is; I just thought it was a cool, unique touch to your sig and wondered what it translated to. The pronunciation of Gaelic is always so different from english, it's a neat language.

So, today I used bcaa's in my workout for the first time. I had 5g shortly before doing my fasted tabata and I sipped on 7.5g throughout my weight-lifting and another 7.5 afterward. They really seemed to help with my concentration and fatigue. They taste like crap, but I think it was worth it.

Today's workout was:

4 sets, 6-10 reps of

Squats
Shoulder press
Single arm pull downs
Step ups

I recently pulled my calf muscle last week so some of my squats and step-ups were not as heavy as normal, unfortunately. :( I'm taking some time to that heal before I go heavy next week when I start x-force.

Here is my x-force before picture. I look a little pissed, but you won't be looking at my face anyways ;)

:pose: Notice a resemblance?

You have a face ? Just kidding , looking good .

I'm glad that you like the pie! :D

I recently made an amazing cheesecake. I'll have to put up that recipe tomorrow. :)

Days 13-17 Of X-force

So, I am finally back! and ready to log once again on X-force! :D

This whole past weekend was surely eventful for me. I continued to take X-force (2Caps a day) and continued to feel the nice flow of energy. I wasn't able to eat as healthy as usual, because of being in a different environment and house hold, but I did do my best and I am still making progress.

On Saturday I skipped a workout. :( I was sad, but today I got to the gym, and boy did I have lots of energy! I think my body needed the break that I gave it over the weekend, because I made some personal records today, and my body was feeling so refreshed!

I did 3 sets of 15-20 of:

Pull downs
supersetted w/ Push presses

Dips
supersetted w/ Leg lifts

Romanian deadlifts
supersetted w/ Calf raises

I went up 15 lbs in my pull downs since last week, I went up 10 lbs in my weight assisted dips since last week, and I went up 20 lbs in my deadlifts since the last time I did a high rep workout.

At the end of my workout I was spotting Resolve for his 3x10 dips, and I decided for the heck of it to try dipping with my full body weight. I completed 2 sets of 3 deep dips! :D I've never been strong enough to dip my whole BW, so for me this was really an accomplishment, especially considering that I had already completed a full workout.

I felt the X-force hit me hard in the gym- just pure energy flowing out of me! it was great. I love it!

I am taking 3 caps today. I have 25 caps left in my bottle, so I'm doing pretty well. Although I am dreading running out! :( maybe IBE can give me another bottle for being the only girl logging X-force? J/K ;) I just REALLY like their product!

That is just simply some awesome progress. I get a GREAT mind muscle connection with it, and it is obviously showing through in your log here.

Outstanding job wifey.

Yeah, the dips you were doing had better ROM than most of the guys in our gym, and I've certainly never seen a girl do dips for bodyweight there either. All the girls ever use is the dinky dbs

You should be proud, babe! :D

Yeah, you go girl! Before you know it you'll be pumping b/w dips out no worries; it doesn't take that long, really.

Day 18 Of X-force

Today I took 4 X-force caps. I took the first at 9am, second at 11:30am, third at 2:30pm and fourth at 5pm. I didn't get as much of a rush as I did the last time I took 4 in one day. It could be because of the difference in the timing of my doses in addition to my body losing some of its sensitivity to X-force. I'm going to try taking 4 tomorrow as well, to see if working out improves X-force's efficacy.

As with any stim, you can start to desensitize over a period of time. Stop the usage for 2-3 days then pick up right where you left off. Things should start going your way once again afterward.

That's what Resolve was saying too, I guess I will try it. :) So tomorrow I will report on my energy in the gym with out X-force. :)

Current Bf%

Okay- so I took my measurements and looks like I have lost yet another percentage in bf! :D I am now at about 20%! I have to say that in all the time I have been into health, nutrition, exercise and weight training I have never been any lower than 21%. I can hardly believe it! :woohoo: I took my measurement 3 times, and had Resolve take it about 4 and I got the same result. I am so happy!

X-force has contributed a lot to my fat loss, and also the fact that I am eating enough to keep my metabolism working hard. :)

First Day Taking A Break

Today's workout:

3 sets of 12 of

Squats

Bent DB Rows
supersetted w/ Bench Press

External Rotations
supersetted w/ Arnold Presses

I finished off with sprints.

Today I took a break from X-force, like I said I would yesterday. Wow did I feel a difference! During my workout I was not as pumped and therefore I wasn't quite as strong as I was earlier this week. While I went up in my squats, my arms felt completely shot during my workout! I really felt the lack of mental stimulus and energy that X-force gives throughout the day... I was more tired when I got back from the gym and all afternoon.

I can't wait to start X-force up again on Saturday. Taking a break really shows how much it does!

Second Day Taking A Break

Today I did my usual Tabada and Sprints. Once again, I didn't have as much energy as when I am on X-force. Blah! I'm much more tired! At least I get to start up on it again tomorrow! :) It will help me out a ton with my workout in the morning.

Day 19 Of X-force

I'm back on X-force and wow, what a difference does it make!!!!

Energy was back up and I was so grateful to be on X-force while I was at the gym, cause it really gave me that extra push. The best part was that my sensitivity is back up, since I only had to take 2 caps today. So this then is my new plan: As I was becoming desensitized to X-force, as will happen when taking any stimulant, I will be taking 2 days off every week to maintain my sensitivity and its efficacy. So far I have dropped 3% BF and set numerous PRs while taking X-force, so keeping it as effective as I can make it is becoming a high priority. Now I am not saying that X-force by itself dropped all that fat and increased my strength. Diet, nutrition and tenacity have attributed as well. But make no mistake, X-force has been a real help!

Today I took my first cap at 9:15am and hit the gym at 10am. I was feeling really groggy, as X-force hadn't kicked in yet, but as time went on and I started my workout, I could feel the energy boost hit me. Glad to have it back!

Today's workout was 4x6 of

Lunges
supersetted w/ Skull Crushers

Cleans
supersetted w/ Hammer Curls

DB Incline Bench
supersetted w/ Reverse Curls

I finished off with Calf Raises and Sprints.

I'm thinking that the 2 days I take off of X-force will be Sunday and Monday, since I don't lift weights on those days. I like having the energy in the gym- it helps me out sooooo much!

Getting about that time for the update pics... see how well things are going for you! :D

I sure hope my progress shows up in pics! I can tell that I have lost fat when I look in the mirror, but you know how fat loss doesn't show as well in pics. Especially when your've gone from 23%- 20%. We will have to see... I will try to get you some pics this week and you can determine that yourself. :D

Yesterday and today I've been off X-force. I'm sleepy, even with a cup of coffee. At least I don't have to work out today!

I have a couple extra random notes to make:

I am going to be doing sprints after my weight lifting. You may have noticed that after my last 2 workouts I have been doing sprints, but I want to let you know post-workout sprints are going to be official for me now. I figure a little HIIT after lifting will benefit me even more. :)

I also have started calculating how much water I drink a day, and I found that on workout days I drink around 1.5-2 gallons! I drink around 3 liters while lifting and I find that it really helps keep me refreshed (along with my X-force, bcaa's, dextrose + maltodextrine).

Talking about bcaa's, They sure have helped me maintain muscle! I have 7g peri-workout and 7g post. I can't believe how much they have helped me out! I don't think I would have kept all my muscle, and gained even more, if I hadn't started taking bcca's. They're some good stuff!

Day 20 Of X-force

Today I took my first dose of X-force at 9am and hit the gym at about 10am.

3 sets of 15-20 of:

Push Presses
supersetted w/ Pull Downs

BB Deadlifts
supersetted w/ Calf Raises

Dips
supersetted w/ Leg Lifts

Sprints

I was sooooo tired after this workout! It think it is because I went up 15 lbs in my BB Push Presses (65 lb) and also I went up 15 lbs in my BB Deadlifts (115 lb) - both being personal records. I just beat myself into the dirt!

At the beginning of the workout I had a lot of energy- but after I finished my Deadlift superset I was drained! It was a very good thing- and to be expected.

I took my second dose at 3pm. Didn't feel a significant energy pump, but I am sure that it kept me going this afternoon. :)

Progress Pic

Here it is, for better or worse. I can tell that a change has occured, but whether or not that will be visible to others via this picture is up to you all.

Day 21 Of X-force

I took two caps of X-force today, and I have felt fairly energetic. I did my sprints this morning just to get them done. They were hard, but it felt good to push myself.

I have about 1 week's supply of X-force left. :( I'm going to continue taking 2 a day this week.

I've been getting a lot done in the mornings since I've been taking X-force. I am not a morning person, so it is nice to have that shove to get me started. Taking it in the afternoon gives me a nice, even boost through the evening. It's not like a kick in the pants, more like a cup of coffee and a glass of wine- I'm relaxed and alert.

Okay- I've got a bit more news to share. :)

I am lowering my calories by 200, so I am now at 2000 a day. I haven't seemed to have lost any fat for a while, so this should help me out.

Also- I've gotten another bottle of X-force! Yay!- I like it too much and it has helped me out so much with fat loss and energy that I feel I can't stop taking it now! ;) I'll also be logging it to give IBE some extra feedback and for everyone else's information. :) I will be starting it as soon as I finish my current bottle.

Being on this forum, logging X-force and my weight loss progress has really given me the accountability that I need. It is great have all of you here watching my progress- it has helped me out at ton! Everyone who has been following my log has been very encouraging towards me. I really appreciate it! Thank you! :D

Reiterating Christine.

That's what we're here for: support and help. Accountability sure can do amazing things.

Just be careful that you don't form a 'dependency' on anything, no matter how great it makes you feel.

But, you're doing well so far, chica :clap2: Just keep giving it your all!!!

Day 21 Of X-force

Yesterday I got to the gym at 9:30am, about an hour after I took my X-force, and it really helped with my workout. I was energized throughout the afternoon until around 3pm, so I popped my second dose. I was tired from 3pm on. I actually went to my brother-in-laws Junior High football game and I wasn't doing much but cheering and sitting, so I didn't really need a whole lot of energy. I also had drank a large Venti coffee from Starbucks around 12, so I'm pretty sure that I had a caffeine crash!

My workout yesterday morning was:

3 sets of 12

Squats

DB Bent Rows
supersetted w/ DB Bench

External Rotations
supersetted w/ Arnold Presses

Tricep Extentions
Sprints

It felt really good to workout yesterday! I went up a bit in my bench, which was nice. :)

Day 22 Of X-force

Today I took my usual two caps, one at 9am, the other at 2pm. I was able to get a lot of work done around the house this morning and early afternoon, and I had a good, steady flow of energy all day. I did my sprints at 5:30 this evening. Since then I've felt pretty drained- those things kick butt!

The last few days I have had hardly any appetite, primarily in the afternoon. Food is just not appealing at all! :( I think I just might be feeling the appetite suppressant of X-force for once. I've been eating when I need to, not quite as much as I should, but I've been getting food in me to keep my metabolism going.

Great improvements BW. Your will is down right amazing. Lookin forward to what is to come. I like to the see those PR going up. Like I said early, that mind muscle connection is amazing. Are you moving to a 5 on, 2 off model?

Adams

Really enjoying your log, and great improvements, just wanted to say how awesome it is you can dip your weight.. ive never seen a girl do that. keep it up, great progress, all the best..and i am following along.

Day 23 of X-force

Yesterday was a good day! :) I took my X-force at 8:30, hit the gym at 9:30 and beat myself into the dirt once more!

I did 5 sets, 6 reps of

DB Lunges
supersetted w/ Skull Crushers

Cleans
supersetted w/ Hammer Curls

DB Incline Press
supersetted w/ Reverse Curls

I finished off with Sprints. (by the way, I only do 4-6 sprints post workout, versus 8 on recovery days. I don't do any more because I want to increase growth hormone secretion, but minimize cortisol.)

I had a really hard time with my Cleans yesterday. I hadn't added any more weight to them, but I did do an extra set of everything. My assumption is that the extra superset of Skull Crushers/ Lunges fatigued me even more, therefore making my following supersets more difficult. For a couple of my DB Incline Press sets I did go up in weight. I only went up 5 lbs all together. :/ But still, 42.5 lb dumbells are more than I've ever used for the bench. Haha- and I was benching more than the guy next to me! :D That part makes me feel good, if you didn't notice.

My energy was really up all day. I took my second cap at 1pm. I wasn't mentally fatigued after my workout, which was great. I was able to go home and get a whole bunch of stuff done around the house: cleaning the van, washing the pile of dishes from the last 3 days- just that miscellaneous stuff. It was nice! :D

Adams

Thank you. :) I am moving to a 5 on, 2 off.

Sunday and Yesterday I took off of X-force. I had enough energy for those days and all the activities that it brought, but not a very high amount. I was pretty sleepy when the evening hit, and I slept hard and well. Sometimes when I take X-force I have a hard time sleeping at night, so I avoid taking any after 5pm.

This week I am going to take a break from weight lifting. I will be Sprinting every day and on Friday I will go back to the weight room. I think my body can use a break to recharge. I'll still be taking my X-force. :D And I'll keep posting about it.

Sprinting every day! Sheesh. Twice a week is enough for me.

Keep up the good work, BW! It's paying off!

Thanks! Yeah, Sprinting sucks! Yesterday I forced myself to do longer sprints because I am not lifting weights this week... I really have a love/hate relationship with them. I love how short sprints tend to be overall, but they are so much harder than steady state cardio! :p

Day 24 of X-force

Today I was very full of energy! I took 3 caps. The first one I took at 9:30am, the second at 12:30pm and the third at 3:30 pm.

I did my Sprints at 2pm and I added an extra Sprint today. :/ I'm glad that they are over!

When 5pm rolled around I felt pretty tired so I took an hour nap. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to take a nap when I need to, that I don't have a tight schedule that keeps me from doing so.

I don't have much of an appetite tonight same as last week, but I'll be sure to get some food down. :)

Day 25 and 26 of X-force

I only took one cap yesterday and today. I wish that I had a good reason, but I don't. :( I just forgot to bring my other doses with me and I was gone I was all day today and yesterday. Tomorrow I shall be on top of it with 2 or three caps. :) Tomorrow I will take my last doses from the first bottle that IBE had given me. Saturday I will start my new bottle.

My energy has been so-so the last couple of days. I've been pretty busy and active, so it is understandable that I am tired. Forgetting my doses of X-force has been a bummer! Especially with how busy I have been... I could really have used that boost of energy.

I did my sprints this morning, but nothing phenomenal has happened the past couple of days. Tomorrow I will be working out, so I will be sure to post what I do and how it goes. I look forward to getting 3 X-force caps in tomorrow- I'll post how that goes as well. ;)

Day 27 of X-force

Yesterday was another busy day- I ended up taking 4 caps. My 1st I took at 9am with a cup of steaming coffee, 2nd at 12pm, 3rd at 3pm and 4th 8:30pm.

I hit the gym at about 10am and did 3 sets, 12 reps of the following:

Leg Press
supersetted w/ Military Press

Dips
supersetted w/ Pull Ups

Calf Raises

Tricep Extensions
supersetted w/ DB Bicep Curls

I was tired afterward, but it felt so good to lift after taking such a long break. I didn't do Sprints afterward because I didn't want to overdo it. I could tell that X-force really helped with my focus and stamina. My whole day was full of energy until around 8pm. I was at a friends house and we had just started a movie, and I decided that I better take another cap or I would fall asleep! I got home at 11pm and fell asleep at 11:20. The X-force I had taken at 8 didn't effect my sleep at all.

Well, I finished the IBE sponsored bottle of X-force yesterday. I want to thank IBE for giving me the opportunity to log their product. I really benefited from it, as well as enjoyed sharing the effects it has given me this past month.

At this point I think X-force is an amazing supplement when it comes to fat loss and energy. Along with a healthy diet and vigorous training, I went from 23% BF to 19%-20% in less than a month while taking it. It gave me energy in the gym that I've never had before, I was setting personal records every week during my weight lifting workouts. It has really helped me to get closer to my goals, I don't think I would have made such progress within a month without X-force. I have another bottle that I look forward to taking and logging this month. :)

Awesome job BW. I am grad you gained (Or should I say lost?) everything you hoped for with the help of XForce.

Great job, BW! Excellent log. That drop in BF over that time frame is very impressive indeed.

Iron Lungz is sending me some samples of X-Force, so I'm excited to try it.

Make sure you join your hubby and everyone else at my new log! Link's in sig.
