X-Dreaming the night away ( sponsored )

Sounds good! I will transfer my log over to AM. Am I the only one that is taking 1 or 2 days off every week to avoid any long-term issues?Because I want to stay on it every day lol.

Im using it everynight and havnt had any issues. What long term issues are you talking about?

Night 19:

Ok guys slept great last night and have today off so i slept probly a good 10 hours, felt great when i woke up, although i knew i had slept for to long.

Dreams:
My god were my dreams crazy, first i was having a normal dream, was helping my brother move into his new place, neighbors came over from across the street ( weird thing is, this happened in real life a week ago), things were going fine, then it went sour..
Before i knew it, this thing looking something like Michael Meyers was chasing me, i was calm yet scared, i had him up against a wall with what looked like a single grater for potatos or carrots, and i was slowly slicing his neck open. He spoke no words. I then jabbed it into his eye and ran for the door thinking i had done him in, well i was wrong. I heard a chainsaw and heard him grunting as he was running towards the locked door, at this moment i figured id stop the dream and woke myself up.

CRRAAZZYY!!!! Havnt had a dream like that in forever!

Well long-term use of sleep products usually decreases their efficiency; so I was going to be careful with dosing daily.

I wish I had dreams like those, they make this log quality:thumbsup:

Yea very true, was just curious.

Night 20,21:

Ok guys took these bad boys about 45 mins prior to sleep. Sleep went great, dont really remember the dreams. slept about 8 hours the other night and 6 last night.

Woke up super groggy this morning for some reason but once i got to work i was good to go.

One thing i want to note is that i havnt noticed any decrease in effects thus far. I still get super relaxed, still get a great sleep, i know i dream most of the time, but in the morning im not the brightest so remembering my dreams is a hard task for me unless i write it down or talk to my gf about it right when i get up.

Night 22:
Slept amazingly well last night, got about 9 hrs of sleep and it was impossible to sleep more, I guess because my body was so rested.

I yet again had a dream but cannot for the life of me remember it.

How many caps have you been taking?

I have been taking 2 caps.

Night 23,24:

I dont remember any dreams from night 23, altho i did sleep really well, got about 6 hours of sleep, woke up early as hell for me and was wide awake. I was really surprised about that but was a happy welcoming considering i am NOT a morning person!

Night 24 i only remember bits of my dream and the main piece was i was driving my old Eclipse through water up to my window, thats all i remember of it. Slept great, was a bit groggy but nothing serious.

Night 25,26:

cant beleive this log is almost over!

Sleep effects have still been great, dreams have sort of dropped off lately but im still super relaxed and still wake up feeling refreshed!

No dreams to report!

How are you able to stop your dreams? Is this a natural ability you have or what?

Yea usualy if i am aware of my dream, idk how to describe it, sometimes i can do it sometimes i cant, most of the time if the dream is bothering me i can though. Its just an ability ive been able to have since ive been aware of "myself".

Night 27: No dreams were had this night, got a total of 5 hours of sleep but woke up refreshed and ready to go!

Night 28: Ok last nights dreams were friggin scary and bothered me so much i ended up waking up my girlfriend and i never do this.
I had a dream i was a Marine off in wartime situation and was putting hot metal into people and for some reason it really bothered me. Dont exactly remember the situation or any details, woke myself up, got a drink went back to bed and had another horrible dream, this one i dont really remember, i tried too but i just couldnt remember.

Woke up feeling like i had no sleep, i think the dreams really exausted me and bothered me.

I will be writing a final review soon!

Tonight will be my last dose guys and then ill write up a nice review detailing all the pros and possible cons.

Night 29:

Didnt really sleep to well last night, was tossing and turning although i was relaxed, if i had dreams i dont remember them, felt rested when i awoke for the most part, but was in and out of sleep all night.

Ok guys here it is.

Final Review:

I had a bunch of nights where i slept amazing. Id say almost 90% of the time i slept really well. Dreams were present most nights outside of towards the end a little bit.

Pros:
-Great sleep
-Vivid dreams
-Woke up rested most of the time

Cons:
There really wasnt to many of these to be honest
-Dreams started to wear off at the end, i feel like a 5 day on 2 day off would work great.

Honestly thats about it, i could say the dreams were so vivid i felt exausted at times, but that was few and far between and to me that isnt a con as that meant i was that deep in sleep. Most of the time i felt refreshed though.

I really enjoyed this run though and my sleep prior had pretty much been horrible, i could sleep all day and not feel rested.

Overall id say this was a very simple yet effective product just like they stated it was and id definately use it again and would like to try the 5 on 2 off. Overall very pleased and id like to thank the IBE crew for the product and giving me the chance to test this awesome product.

quick question on the product... morning grogginess (struggling to get out of bed), did you experience any? Or was it a pop out of bed as soon as alarm went off type deal? and prior to xdreams was morning grogginess a problem at all for you?

Thanks, would really help me out

FWIW, on X-Dreams I only experienced grogginess if I got under 7 hours of sleep, i.e. groggy b/c I needed more sleep!

Nice review, and I definitely agree with the 5on/2off, although convincing yourself to take 2 days off will be hard!

when is nutra planet gonna get more in stock, I have been waiting to try this stuff out

Only grogginess i noted was if i didnt get ample amounts of sleep, or if i didnt sleep well. But some nights i got little sleep and felt refreshed but hardly did i wake up with any real grogginess that was bad.
