Well this kind if is a thread promoting a protein powder... Lol

And being the generous man he is, most of his youtube recipes were done as product reviews and as a form of promotion for companies he either rep'd for or sent him product.

Although I am curious if Chef Bob is a master cook as well as a baker
Bingo its a protein thread.

if you want to see my other cooking go to the cheat meal thread, you have seen quite the things i do cook:

i have worked in the food industry for 10 years, i can cook you anything you want.

Why no such low fat? I do have a lot of calories to play around with I suppose. 3200 with 100g + of fat.Just know you're leaving out a portion of your viewers. Keto fanboys. Not me but yeah. .
I also said you limit yourself by cooking with protein powder. I wana see some powder free on your youtube channel haha! Macro friendly of course. Many of us don't even know how to cook the simple things!
Why so low? because its what suits me
i carb cycled for over a year to find what suits my body
what gives me the best energy in the gym
what gives me the best performance
what does not bloat me.

I know my body and that is why i have a trainer and have for 5 years now who keeps an eye on me. Fat does not suit me period. thats why i keep it low year round.

Oh okay. Not here to say what's right or wrong. Just wondered. Alot of carbs for me is great but low fat means no energy. Anything under 70 grams is hell for me personally.

You could use the loaf recipe above and make them on a skillet, could use it to make a pancake etc. i would add a bit of almond milk to thin them out (crepes) because they should be very thin and cook quick.

Select Crepes (ultra low carb): 1scoop select flavor of choice 3 egg whites 3tbsp almond milk (or water if you really want to save a calorie or two ;) ) Grease a pan and heat until a drop of water will sizzle on impact (I like coconut oil best for this) Pour mixture into hot skillet and swirl around to coat evenly. Make sure to not get it too thick cook until batter is set and flip (should only take a couple minutes) Top as desired. Some suggestions: Snickerdoodle - cinnamon, powdered sugar, whipped cream Chocolate - berries, peanut butter, bananas Cookies N Cream - chocolate sauce, berries, powdered sugar

Select Cookie-Dough Dip

Sugar-free, gluten free, low calorie cookie dough? Yes please.

Can be made as PB chocolate as done here, as chocolate brownie batter, or as Snickerdoodle dip all described below.

Calories per 1/2 cup (makes almost 2 cups): 100
3.5g fat, 10g carbs (2g fibre), 6.5g protein

Ingredients:
1 can drained, rinsed chickpeas
3 tbsp light peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate Select
3/4 cup splenda* (see below)
3 tbsp ground gluten free oats
3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond milk, more if needed.
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
1- drain and rinse 1 full can of chickpeas
2- add all ingredients but chocolate chips to a food processor, mix well
3- add chocolate chips and stir to mix

**If your diet allows it I highly recommend trying this with brown sugar in place of Splenda.

Also works great by adding cocoa and oil in place of Peanut Butter, comes out like a fudgey brownie batter.

Want to have Snickerdoodle dip? Omit the PB, use Snickdoodle Select, add oil in place of PB and I would add extra cinnamon.

Holy sh!t that dip looks amazing and you can make it snickerdoodle!
The dip is awesome tbh. I used 1/4 cup of brownie batter version to frost my coconut sweet loaf and wow.

Perfect fir apple/strawberry dipping or to make veggies better lol

And SOLUTION, It seemed strange to me too but after playing with the recipe this is pretty damn good, no chickpea taste it just makes it a perfect thickness and adds a tonne of volume. Which you need, it goes fast at least with my family
