Thanks for the new fap material you guys.
I am actually at a recording studio at the moment, typing from my laptop. My band is recording our third full length album and I've been really busy getting this done.
My last workout was Friday morning, and went something like this:
Decline BB Bench - 235x10x6x5 = 21 Stretch with 60's... felt good.
Upright rows - 135x13
Dips - BW+90x12, backoff to BWx20
Hammerstrength reverse grip pulldowns - 3 plates x 10x5x4 = 19
BB Row - 225x10, 135x20 great contractions.
No back pumps as of yet in this cycle... kinda surprised. Feeling good, will weigh in on Monday. Trying to keep the calories up at the studio... doing ok at it. Sorry about the crickets.
Starting week 3 tomorrow. Still 30mg/30mg.
