I dunno... did you partake in the DJ bombsquad AMS 1AD/4AD log? I liked it when it switched gears from pro-hormones to vegan judaism. You have to admit that it must have made an eyebrow or two raise at AMS when DJ started posting PETA propaganda all over his log.

Once PETA sent me information about their organization and instead of throwing it away i just put it all in a folder. Now whenever small children come over i feel obligated to inform their parents that i have a PETA-file in my house.

Yea I am alive. And I feel fantastic. I am not sure if it is the madol or what, but last time I ran epistane I had really bad lethargy from the get go. I feel like a million bucks right now.

Strength kicked in a bit at the gym yesterday. Weights moved up considerably. I am leaning out REALLY fast too. No water at all from the madol yet. Might be the epi or might be the GHenerate. Maybe both.

Yesterday's workout
DB Bench - 90'sx12x7x5 = 24 Up in weight and reps. ;) Stretch with 60's... oh yea.
HS Military - 225x7x4x3 = 14
Skull Crusher - 35x13x7x5=25
Wide grip Pulldown - 200x8x6x4=18
CG cable row - 200x8x5x4= 17

Altogether I felt really full, really lean, and pretty darn strong at the gym today. I have kept my carbs lower on this cycle than any other cycles before... should check my weight tomorrow, we'll see where it is at. I hope this cycle stays so awesome!
 
I have had no feelings or even thoughts of the gynoz either. I was worried about the Phera with my issues with some hormones concerning gyno, but I think the Epi is really compbating this... at least so far. I felt the burn from Mdrol by 6 or 7 days. Maybe I can finish this mdrol with some Epi... :twisted: Either that or I'll have to try pulsing it.
 
This is why phera is my fav designer! I loved the way I felt on it: libido was high, mood was great, and the androgen rush felt amazing!

Agreed. Phera was the legal awesome sauce!! Just too damn bad the Feds figured that out and now it's not so legal. :rant2::banghead:

Wednesday workout. 201 lbs. 1 lbs gain, it seems like I have dropped 2-3% BF though... the recomp of this cycle so far has been redonkulous... didn't expect results like this at all, but I'll take em. My midsection is changing by the day it seems. Muscles are very full, strength is probably at an all time high.

Biceps/Forearms/Legs Everything went up in weight.

Standing BB Curl - 95x15 (wtf?! Lightweight baby!) x6 x5= 26 reps.
Reverse grip cable curl (single arm) - 60lbs x19 reps ... Bicep stretch hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I was shaking at the end of it.
Seated calf raise - 2 plates x 16... my calves just won't grow... IDK wtf to do to them.
Sumo Leg press - 720x10 Felt strong. Really deep reps.
Hammerstrength Hack Squat - 3 platesx10, 2 plates widowmaker. Wanted to puke after this... not used to working out in the morning.

I got this all done in about 40 minutes, I just now (3 hours later) have just stopped feeling nauseous. Killer workout. 1700 calories down already today. ugh... lol.

I just flipped back to page 5 and figured out that this is Day 11 of your cycle. I didn't want to be one of those annoying people that ask questions that can be easily answered by looking back a few pages!! LOL

But your shit is kicking in quickly. I'm guessing mostly from the Epi as the Phera will take
about 2 to 2 and 1/2 weeks to really start kicking....from my personal experiences with it.

So hold on tight homeslice........this ride is about to accelerate!!!!!:drive::

Shaddow on the other hand, has gone AWOL again. He takes long extended vacations from AM. I'm sure he'll be back some day.

Timber hasn't been in your thread for about about 1-2 weeks...and that was his only post in a while.
