War report:
Awesome workout today. I know this always happens on the first workout of a cycle, but man was I amped up!!! As TG would say I put on my bear shirt and slayed the weights! Definitely was ready for battle after my ASGT. That stuff just gets me so damn hyped its rediculous. I can't wait for the Androgenic feeling of the Epistane to kick in with the ASGT... it's gonna be fukkin haywire! I am already getting a huge pump, IDK if it is from the ASGT kicking in after having a bottle for a couple weeks, or me just leaning down so the pumps feel stronger... IDK, maybe I just killed it today. Any of the above is an acceptable answer to me.
Got down on some Biceps and Legs today.
Straight bar preacher - 80lbsx11x7x5 - 23 reps... going to the 90 next time
Reverse cable curl (single arm) - 55lbs x18 with each arm... will go up next time for sure. Forearms got a huge pump today, veins are starting to pop again like when I cut down... I always forget how pumped I look when my bodyfat is low.
Leg press calf raises - 2 plates x15 DC style will go up next time
Seated leg curl - 150x7x5x2 = 14... will stay here, was pretty tough.
Squat - 275x6, Widow - 185... Haven't done a widow in a while now... i was huffing and puffing at the end of that. Felt strong on the 275. I have been squatting without shoes on lately, and it has helped a lot with my form and control over heavier weights. I saw a guy in the gym that had some addidas olympic weight lifting shoes on, I think I am gonna get some... they are like 150 fukkin dollars, but they have wood soles and look really dope compared to those wack-ass atomix shoes. I guess I am just gonna have to cough up the dough, cause I am gonna get in trouble one of these days for lifting without shoes... i know most of the trainers in there, so they turn a blind eye, but I know I'll be given a hard time if a manager sees me.
So now I'm just drinking my "Super-Shake" or "Timber-Shake" as I am sure he would want it called since he came up with this mix for the most part. It tastes amazing, is really good for putting in some serious calories, and is easy to make. Check it out:
TIMBERSHAKE
10 ice cubes
1 1/2 cup milk (whatever % fat you want)
2 tbsp Natty PB
50g whey protein isolate or hydroslate (chocolate is my preference)
1 banana
1 scoop LG PERFECT CARB (30g mix of dextrose, maltodextrin, and WMS)
5g bulk glutamine
It makes about two large cups full of peanut buttery chocolate bananna protein/fast digesting carb goodness. I love these things, I always make this my post workout shake on cycle.
