War report:

Awesome workout today. I know this always happens on the first workout of a cycle, but man was I amped up!!! As TG would say I put on my bear shirt and slayed the weights! Definitely was ready for battle after my ASGT. That stuff just gets me so damn hyped its rediculous. I can't wait for the Androgenic feeling of the Epistane to kick in with the ASGT... it's gonna be fukkin haywire! I am already getting a huge pump, IDK if it is from the ASGT kicking in after having a bottle for a couple weeks, or me just leaning down so the pumps feel stronger... IDK, maybe I just killed it today. Any of the above is an acceptable answer to me. :D

Got down on some Biceps and Legs today.

Straight bar preacher - 80lbsx11x7x5 - 23 reps... going to the 90 next time

Reverse cable curl (single arm) - 55lbs x18 with each arm... will go up next time for sure. Forearms got a huge pump today, veins are starting to pop again like when I cut down... I always forget how pumped I look when my bodyfat is low.

Leg press calf raises - 2 plates x15 DC style will go up next time

Seated leg curl - 150x7x5x2 = 14... will stay here, was pretty tough.

Squat - 275x6, Widow - 185... Haven't done a widow in a while now... i was huffing and puffing at the end of that. Felt strong on the 275. I have been squatting without shoes on lately, and it has helped a lot with my form and control over heavier weights. I saw a guy in the gym that had some addidas olympic weight lifting shoes on, I think I am gonna get some... they are like 150 fukkin dollars, but they have wood soles and look really dope compared to those wack-ass atomix shoes. I guess I am just gonna have to cough up the dough, cause I am gonna get in trouble one of these days for lifting without shoes... i know most of the trainers in there, so they turn a blind eye, but I know I'll be given a hard time if a manager sees me.

So now I'm just drinking my "Super-Shake" or "Timber-Shake" as I am sure he would want it called since he came up with this mix for the most part. It tastes amazing, is really good for putting in some serious calories, and is easy to make. Check it out:

TIMBERSHAKE

10 ice cubes
1 1/2 cup milk (whatever % fat you want)
2 tbsp Natty PB
50g whey protein isolate or hydroslate (chocolate is my preference)
1 banana
1 scoop LG PERFECT CARB (30g mix of dextrose, maltodextrin, and WMS)
5g bulk glutamine


It makes about two large cups full of peanut buttery chocolate bananna protein/fast digesting carb goodness. I love these things, I always make this my post workout shake on cycle.

Anabolics, cannabis sativa, hardcore weight-lifting, good food, and that chick in the little blue shorties......that has to be one of the finest asses that mine eyes have ever beheld!!! I don't like driving while high anyways, seems like a waste of weed to me. I much prefer getting drunk and masturbating while driving on the 118.

Lol, actually I just get drunk in the alley behind 7-11 and then proceed to swerve onto the freeway, at this point I usually start masturbating. The trick is you finish before the cop makes it to your window, its just bad behavior to make them wait like that.:drive:

Another sick DC workout, this time upper body. I am starting to feel a little fuller already, my pump was out of control today. I am really digging ASGT, I hope it doesn't mess with my blood pressure, cause I really want to see how it can add to this cycle.

Chest - Incline DB press - 80x10x6x5=21 Strech with 55's... hell yea.
Seated BB Military - 135x7x4x3 =14
CG Bench press - 185x6x4x2= 12 Tricep stretch with 55's... hell yea.
CG pulldown - 200x7x5x4=16
Tbar row - 175x10, 125x15 - Hanging lat stretch - BW+90!!! stoked.

This cycle is off to a good start. So far no back pumps and I am feeling pretty darn good. Hopefully the madol keeps me feeling good. My shoulders have an incredible pump right now, they feel really full.

Just drank another super shake... stuff is so good.

I also feel more full in the arms/shoulders/traps/upper-chest areas. Upping the doses to 30mg each on Sunday. Libido is still kickin, no back pumps yet, no lethargy yet, no appetite loss yet.

Hammer Curls - 45x15
Standing calve press - 225x25 reps x 2 sets (not including warm ups)
SLDL - 275x8 back off to 225x12
Quad Extention - 230x10x6x5 = 21 reps, back off to 100lbs x10 reps... thought my legs were gonna pop.

Weight is @ 200 even.
