1 meal is my preference for lifting. Hate lifting at the end of the day...body seems to be getting used to lifting fasted now...but had a hell of a time the first week doing it...
My golden number for meals before a lift is 3 food meals and a pre-workout. Thats my scheme when im powerlifting and that seems to be the way my body gains strength best. Then Ill have a protein shake then 1-2 meals after that, depending on what time i lift.
So far Im loving this stack...will be a shame when it ends.
