Awesome work Andres! Killing it as usual. Congrats on having some recomp already.
I dont think im giving my body much of an option....its either get stronger or die in the gym! lol...lets just hope my body continues to make that decision!

If not there is always porn.
extra forearm work?

GoHard thought you would get a kick out of this and maybe even throw your hat in.

......holy snap...another epic log...ill read that log in more detail after my test on tuesday

Update:

Feeling GREAT!!! I feel surprisingly rejuvanated.....very little to any soreness. My back is still a little tight but as far as being SORE....i can work out today and be good to go. Im really impressed so far. The biggest thing i needed fromt he SWOLE stack is recovery....and thats exactly what im getting 1 week in.

Weight is a little up today. 189.8.....no big body doesnt look like it's changed. Im really loving the glycobol at night. I think glycobol stacked with HGHpro before bed with RecoverPro would be phenomenal.

This week im dropping calories to 2200. Basically im not taking out any protein but dropping 200 calories of fat. Once i reach 2000 calories I will coast there making sure to graze on veggies and take in a whole lot of protein. The biggest thing changing is my fat intake.

And my cheat day yesterday wasnt that bad. Breakfast was waffles and then 2 meals were on diet(protein shake and then chicken) and then i had chipotle with a small shake.

I will be finding out about that pretty soon, I have a swole/hghpro stack coming and will be using Recoverpro with EAA from True Protein and Glutamine and Taurine.

Quick update before running to clas:

I tried to get my workout out of the way this morning b/c ill be studying all afternoon and night for my exam tomorrow.

This morning i made a rookie mistake (again showing my inexperience but its a learning process). I woke up this morning and popped my normal dose of 1 OEP and 2 AT2....but made the big mistake in also putting in 2 scoops of ASGT....mistake was i should have prepared this the night before and put into consideration the amount of stims i would be taking in.

Workout started really strong:

Bench: 1 minute rests

320x5
320x4
320x1
320x1
320x1

Stronger from last week

Bent Over row:
135x5
225x5
225x5
225x5
225x5
225x5

At this point im pretty much dry heaving after every set

Hack Squat: as little rest as possible

105x8
125x8
145x8
165x8
145x6
125x8

At this point i say as little rest as possible bc between sets im swallowing my own vomit

Standing military: no rest

45x8
30x8
20x8
10x8

Walked to my bathroom and vomited....walked back to the gym and hit standing military again

10x8
20x8
30x8
45x8

Hammer curls:
45x8
30x6
20x5
10x4

At this point i realize my strength is decling way too rapidly...i still am dry heaving and im starting to get dangerously weak. I sit down to see if my symptoms will subside....they dont. I decide to call it a day b/c i most likely overdid it on the stims my stomach can become paralyzed(which has happened in the past) and that is far more unpleasant. SO against my will i decide to call it quits here. I try sipping on RecoverPro but anything that goes down...comes right back up.

I wait till my body calms down(takes about 1 hour) take my recoverpro. Then breakfast.

Bad news is i had to stop early

Good news: I got stronger. I was not sore. I was very aggressive(which is why i held out as long as i could before realizing i was being stupid). I figure if im curling the 10lb dumbells for a very strained 4 reps....something is wrong....very wrong

Ill make sure to make it up on wednesday.

Well way to soldier through... but I have to say if you're physically ill pack it in and chalk it up to experience. You will be drying out and risking dehydration, then injure yourself or pass out. Sometimes smarter is better than tougher..

If I am not mistaken 2 scoops ASGT = 300mg caff plus synephrine, 1 OEP = 100mg caff plus AlphaY,1 AlphaT2 has 7mg AlphaY, and 30mg methyl-synephrine..

ehhh i dont think i soldiered through very well i stopped without hitting triceps, abs, neck or calves.....not happy about that. But as you pointed out...i was vomitting and i was sweating buckets so the minute my strength was rapidly fading...i knew this wasnt a cool sign. I also looked in the mirror and i was very pale....not good as well. Maybe i should have stopped sooner...but at least i stopped before it got any worse

Man that sucks GH. I have done this to myself a few times. Like you I got annoyed with myself and attempted to soldier through. That is where I came up with my 3 puke rule. If I have to puke a 3rd time it is over... If I feel other systems being effected as yours were then i just stop. You did the smart thing. A smart soldier retreats at points in the battle where he is only weakening himself and not progressing. The insane soldier says "awwww screw it!" and runs directly to the fortress gate and gets taken out by the bow men and never battles again. Keep the battle smart to stay in the battle.

Allow me to enlighten you to the steel which structures my soul. Allow me to share a piece of fire that burns throughout my mind. Born to this earth a mass of flesh, useless and weak, I mold my body with the iron that bears down on me. Understanding my weakness is but a driving force that allows me to become stronger. No man is born the best, but some are born with the innate desire for greatness. These are the times that chronicle my journey, these are the days that i will use to build my foundation. Though i cannot physically heave myself into years of solitutude and training, mentally and emotionally i wander a barren wasteland that only I must traverse. In this gaping abyss I train my mind to acquire the strength and acuity needed to subdue all who stand before me.

First courage, then power, then technique.

Todays lift:

Deadlift: 1-1.5 minutes rest

425x5
425x4+ 1/2(didnt lock out)
425x2
425x3 + 1/2(didnt lock out)
425x2

Clean and press: instead of bursting through each set, i decided to pause between reps to increase work on my endurance. This proved to be very difficult being that what normally took 10 seconds took longer. This forced me to continue to exert power despite how tired I was....something i will keep.

140x5
140x5
140x5

During rest i would work on calves

Incline Bench: no rest
140x10
155x8
175x4
195x2
175x2
135x6

At this point i am dead tired, and begin to vomit. I am pushing myself harder then ever increasing the weight and making sure I push my muscular endurance to the max. So instead of quitting...i take a 5 minute break....sharpen my mind and fortify my resolve. I call my dad into the gym and ask him to spot my and do all the racking from this point on. This will decrease my rest periods and allow me to fully focus on my work out.

Leg extension: no rest
50x10
75x10
100x8
125x6
100x4
75 x6
50x8

Over heard tricep extensions: 30 second rest
Instead of pushing weight i lightened the overall load, stayed very light and worked on muscular endurance

85x12
85x10
85x1....no rest dropped down to
40x10.....15 seconds
40x5

Bicep superset no rest for 6 sets

Preacher curl: 20 lb 4-5 reps
Hammer Curl: 20 lbs 4-5 reps

Total was about 50 reps non-stop

neck exercises: 3 sets no rest

Abs were not done today because i literally had no strength left to do abs.

Weight is 186.

Very well said. No battle nor war was won b/c everyone died. The key is to come out victorious and that at times is knowing when to withdraw. Win at all costs in battle. Do not enter a battle without properly training.

But that guy does get a medal of honor :D:usa::usa::usa:
A medal of honor yes, but that is just a piece of metal that cannot replace the life that was loss. A dead man cannot better himself.
Good Analogy... I wouldn't take it that far though...

Yeah, but chances are he betters a lot of other folks by his example.

Makes no sense for our selected lifestyle though, Although I guess we can take inspiration from those guys who squat 210123123 pounds and their intestines fall out o_O

Oh yes it will. I mean i am quite shocked....this week was so hectic somedays im not even meeting caloric requirments. One day even dropped down to 1700 b/c i was literally out the entire day working on lab/class/reports/studying. That day was a nightmare...thank god I didnt have lift that day and decided to skip cardio b/c there was no way that was going to be a good idea on hitting cardio at 12 oclock at night...after eating 1700 calories. I just took 3 scoops of RecoverPro and went to bed.

So friday I didnt lift b/c i walked into the gym, go under the squat rack and went to hit 425. My knee started to hurt and i felt off. And not like... oh im tired off...im talking about my body doesnt feel right off. I said i dont feel like getting injured 2 weeks into my cut so i drank some RecoverPro with my meal and called it a day.

WOKE UP THIS MORNING!!! Said ok its time to make up for yesterday. Here is the workout i did in a FASTED STATE! Also remember this week was hell....only 2 days i met my 2200 calorie requirement. Other days i was barely hitting 2000 and one day dropped to 1700 just out of pure accident.

Woke up popper 1 Alpha T2 and 2 scoops of ASGT:

Took a 10 minute walk
Stretched out
Warmed up

Squats:
425x5
425x5
425x5
425x5
425x3!!!! BELOW PARALLEL!!! I GOT STRONGER WOOOOO!!!

Bench: no rest
Pausing at bottom

135x5
185x5
225x5
225x3
185x4
135x5

One Arm Dumbell Row switching from arm to arm:

This was fun cause i tried to rest as little as possible
100x5
100x5
100x5
100x5
100x5

SuperSet non stop:
Side lateral/rear laterals:

5 sets of 10 reps with 15lbs dumbells

100 total reps, great pump

Triple super set:
Upright row/Skull Crushers/Barbell curls

3 total sets non-stop no rest(just changing weight)

Abs:
Bicycle crunches and V-sit ups

After this I popped 2 glycobol and 2 OEP and drank a gatorade mixed with 2 scoops RecoverPro.

Waited 30 minutes

Meal of Rice, Shrimp, and eggs with TestoPro, Stoked, and Sesamin.

Feeling GREAT!!!

Going to wait a bit. Take 2 AT2 talk a walk, wash my dog, wash my car, and then continue studying.

I think im gonna keep this scheme of working out on the morning of my increased carb days. So ill be lifting Satuday/Monday/Wednesday. Cardio Sunday/Tuesday.

Havent weighed myself in a few days....last time i checked i was at 186. Ill probably shoot up a bit today but not by much since im not pigging out, just increasing carbs and calories by a bit. Maybe ill have a taco....haha

Christ what a day...

So after eating 1 meal at 9 am and then trying t workout when i got back home at 5....needless to say it wasnt happening. I was going to do more damage then good and my main goal of this log is to diet RIGHT and train SMART. One 500 calorie meal that was consumed 8 hours before training does not constitute something to train given my routine.

So since I have a very rigorous week ahead of me I will change up my routine for this week.

Tuesday: 10-15 minutes HIIT cardio
Wednesday: Bench(325)/Squat(455)/Deadlift(455) + shoulders, traps, biceps, triceps abs(light)
Thursday: rest since big final is on friday
Friday: 10-15 minutes cardio following by full body light routine(deload of sorts)

Sunday/Monday I should resume the routine as normal.

I quickly ate some pepperoni and cheddar cheese to give me a boost of energy to study. Also added 2 scoops of whey. Im defrosting some steak to eat in 2-3 hours.

It's all about rolling with the punches. Life just handed me some lemons...i have decided to squeeze those lemons in the eyes of life then kick life in the nutz.

Off to study. I have 2 finals this week, one on wednesday and one on friday.

Yep summer college. No majoring taking organic chemistry for grad school. I graduated from Emory with a Bachelors in Science in Nueroscience and Behavioral Biology. Right now Im pretty much amplifying my resume for med school. Improving GPA, getting experience, get another degree....

Hey sorry for the lack of updates. Woke up at 5 am this morning and had a final and then continued to study till 9pm. Got home hit bench and deadlift.

Bench :
325x5
325x5
315x1

Deadlift:
455x2
455x1

Been a long day and just wanted to do something. Nothing impressive but something. I was going to hit squat...but i looked at the clock at it was past 12....i need to be up in the morning and study all day again.

Friday I should be able to update you all, and give a 3 week review. But the SWOLE stack is definitely preventing me from losing ANY muscle. This went from a cut to a drastic recomp. I dont see my weight changing much but fat is melting off and I am if anything maintaining if not gaining muscle mass. This week is 2000 calories a day.

Hopefully i can get a full body on friday and get back to the grind next week when i start DCP.

I dont see my weight changing much but fat is melting off and I am if anything maintaining if not gaining muscle mass. This week is 2000 calories a day.

Hopefully i can get a full body on friday and get back to the grind next week when i start DCP.
Nice numbers GH.

Yah it's almost confusing when you see hardly any weight come off on the scales and the mirror says something different. All you think is can this be true. Only problem with recomp is it is fairly slow and it gets tough when you want to get very lean and have to resort to more drastic dieting practices.

Sounds familiar. If I recomp right now it is like GH's experience purely a side effect of good training and supplementation because cals are at a deficit.

I blame this entirely on the SWOLE stack. Alpha T-2 and OEP are leaning me out very nicely but I strongly believe the SWOLE stack is transforming my phsyieuq for the better. Calories are at 2000 and ill stay here for a bit. The routine is pushing my physical limits and creating the perfect environment for the stack to shine. Im only 3 weeks in and i have seen very noticeable results. For a natural stack this is going about and beyond my expectations. Just this weekend i was comfortable enough to go to a pool part which i havent done in quite some time.

So I should be back regularly updating everyone on a more regular basis. Thank you for waiting.

Fridays workout was SO much fun. TONS of aggression. Just had some fun in the gym and hit a full body. Ill just hit some of the highlights and not bore you witht he entire routine

Bench:
225x23

Squat:
315x21

Deadlift: Partials(from the knees up)
600x2
600x2
600x1

Triple super set for shoulders: 4 sets
Standing barbell military/Side Lateral/ Rear laterals

Upright row: 4 sets

SuperSet biceps: 5 sets
Hammer curl/Preacher curl

Rested this weekend had a controlled increase in calories to prepare my body for a week of 2000 calories again.

Today Ill go back to my normal routine and i may change it up a bit to speed up the workout out. After the Bench ill hit a pyramid style workout for Bent Over Row.

Next my review of the Swole STack 3 weeks in:

Strength: Excellent thus far. Maintianing if not gaining strength while on caloric deficit.

Recovery: 2 days max. Usually recovery after a day or so. Literally after a weekend of rest my body is back at 100%.

Acne: Yes gots some back acne.

Aggression: Very high. More of a controlled aggression though. I feel as if this is more of my normal level of aggression. I am naturally aggressive and I feel as if the stack is bringing back the REAL me DESPITE the amazing amount of stress. Im loving it every second of this stack.

Muscle Gain: only way i can explain the scale staying within the same range

Over Anabolic Rating: 10/10....now before you get all pissy with me for being sponsored I want you to understand that This past week i should have gotten weaker....lost tremendous amounts of weight (in the past finals week can zap 5lbs off my frame)....and overall should have been bad for my overall strength goals. BUT it was just the opposite. My cut stayed RIGHT ON TRACK!!! Yeah the scale read the same by my abs are starting to show through along with my obliques. My strength has gone NOWHERE and if anything gave me enough motivation and aggression to bust through the week like a CHAMP. Now it is my strong opinion that this stack is right on point with bringing out your natural potential. I feel almost as if TestoPro and SToked are made for young and hungry guys like me. BUT then I realize the older crowd are getting the same benefits as I am. Truly a stack that hits you from all angles.

Best thing about this stack is that you can easily add to it or take away from it. You can just run glycobol and still get gains. Or just run testopro or just run stoked. OR you can combine it all then add HGHPro and maybe some of your faves from other places and the gains will just keep getting better. I feel so blessed right now and dont have the words to portray how lucky I am to be part of such a stellar team that has such high quality supplements that bring outs our natural potentials.
