I take too much ...

Let's see ...

I hit the gym at 0500 M-F. Before I hit it - I take Gaspari Plasmajet and M.R.I. Blackpowder. They both boost NO2 but the Blackpowder has some stimulant in it - so a cup of coffee and that is what wakes me up for the workout. I used to use "Ultimate Orange" ... and that **** would make me puke but it was awesome. Outlawed now in the nanny state due to ephedra. :(

I take HCGenerate - about six caps a day.

Lean XTream - three caps a day

Xenadrine - four caps a day (actually I forgot I stack the first two caps with my morning workout wake-me-ups - yeah I'm a serious hot wire when I get to the gym boy!)

I take low ... like 50mg DHEA supplementation and about 100mg of Zinc.

After workout I drink an ISOPURE whey shake. Then throughout the day I might have two or three GOLD STANDARD Casien shakes. I don't drink whey all day - only after workout cuz I hear it has quick bioavailability and you don't need that unless it's after a workout. I don't know if that's true so anyone can inject some real advice here.

But by far - the best supplement I have taken is ANGUS STEAK - cooked on a grill, medium rare. Since I started eating steak at least once a day - my **** has gone CRRRRAZY! Seriously, I don't even look like a civilized male anymore but more like some crazy wild-eyed Visigoth that pulls up trees for fun. Great **** man!

I've been using the six star brand elite cause its the same as muscletech and way cheaper. I also have jack3d and modern bcaa's. And Mega men vitamins

Typically I take ADAM Multivitamin (cheap and great profile), Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Arginine, Melatonin, Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Liv52 (liver support), Garlic, Protein powder (Whey, Casein, Egg Albumen), Glutamine powder 3-5 grams per night to stimulate GH, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, and occasionally USPLabs Jack3d (pre-workout N.O.).

My logs lists all the products I use.

Usual daily supplements (in alphabetical order):
Alpha-T2: 2 caps first thing and 2 caps ~8 hours post-Dose 1.
Assault: 1 scoop 30 min pre-training.
BC+EAA - 3-4 x 10.5-21 grams daily.
BLACK CATS: 3 caps first thing and 2 caps 6-8 hours post-Dose 1.
Creatine - usually NeoVar Recomped or CreaPure (although no need to use this separately anymore now that I have made Assault a staple).
EndoAmp Max: 1.1 gram first thing and 1.1 gram post-training (or another cortisol controller).
Erase: 2 caps first thing, 2 caps 6-8 hours post-Dose 1, and 1 cap pre-bed.
IGF-2: 2 caps first thing, 2 caps ~40 min pre-resistance training, and 2 caps pre-bed.
Lipotrophin-PM: 2 caps first thing and 2 caps pre-bed.
MuscleGels: 1-2 packets daily.
Organic VitaBerry: 5 grams post-Meal 1 and 5 grams post-Meal 3.
Shred Matrix: 3 caps 30-45 min pre-Meal 1 and 3 caps either 30-45 min pre-Meal later in the day or pre-bed.
Vitamin C: 1 gram first thing, 1 gram immediately post-training, and 1 gram pre-bed.

Not being used right now are my C-Bol and LG Rezolution. C-bol will be used when CM2 is gone and I will start Rezolution after I get to my bulking goal 200-210.

I use Vitamin C to help with my immune system more than cortisol control (I just happen to dose around times that are good for cortisol management) - I have found that 1 gram a day is not enough, and I need to have 3-4 grams daily for it to make a difference.

later in the evening when my sweet tooth from hell is calling..i juice two lemons and a green apple..bye bye sweet tooth..
next month will be using erase, hghpro, and superpump
