What would you do?

Last April driving home after work at the bar at 230am I had some jerk on my ass with his brights on for about 5 miles and got off the same exit as I. As I slowed to turn he flew around me and I gave him a quick double flash of my brights , he slows down beside staring like he wants to fight so I give him the finger. The kid pulls a gun from under the seat, coks it and starts pointing it at me. I speed up and turn then tried to get back on the road to follow and get plates but he took off.

So for the last few months I've been eyeballing this kid at my gym that looked exactly like him trying to figure out if it is or not. So last night him an I were the only ones there and I finally see what car he walks out to and sure as sht I was right, it's him. Hes the kind of punk you see and just wanna hit, walks around the gym like a little wannabe bad ass with a chip on his shoulder.

I know what i wanna do but it could cause me more legal trouble then its worth. What would you do?
 
Just ignore him and do your thing...it's not even worth wasting our time on this kind of dumb and idiot pplz...don't even eye ball him...just do your thing bro...
 
Plant some coke in his car and call the cops; hopefully they'll find the gun, too.
 
Its the hardest thing to do, but its the best thing, let it go. Maybe he'll ask u for a spot one day
 
Yea I know that's the best thing to do. Just a part of me that wants to let him know it was me jus on case he hasn't figured it out already..... If only I was carrying that night :-/

Rember you have it good with a good family. That idiot aint worth ur time but yes I would want to destroy him as well. But in your shoes right now I would say leave it you have to much to loose

That's the reason I haven't beat the crap outa him in the parking lot. 2 years ago not the same story. Maybe I'll just use him for motivation to hit extra weight when I see the lil punk. That's a way to turn a negative into a positive ;-)

its best to just leave it be. I don't believe in karma, but eventually he'll do something stupid to someone who is as much an @ss as he is, and then one or both will end up dead or in jail. No need for you to be a part of that. Its not karma, more like natural selection ;)

Thats the best thing to do. But rember the dude had a gun so dont get to comfortable around him. I had same sort of thing but dude never pulled a gun. I had a argument with some bloke before over him cutting me up. And he goes to my gym he said sorry so I left it. Its a small world
 
See if his car is unlocked. Go in, take the gun, commit a murder (wearing gloves), then put the gun back. :D

Problems: I solve 'em.

too expensive lol. honestly since you have some anger n sh!t.. id probly walk up to him and not physically do anything but just say something around the lines of "hey, that was me you pulled the gun on that 1 night what the fk is your problem?" then go from there..

Lets not forget the boys got a gun. And he might be silly enough to use it. If he goes up to him and starts asking what his problem is. He might end up using it.

I could see that causing a big problem, but I pack heat like the 4th of July in the middle of December if ya catch my drift.
 
prime example of why i carry. If you had reported it to the cops you would have been able to call them and say you found the kid and his car, im guessing they would have the right to search his car but im no legal expert. but then again you might have to deal with retaliation if they cant do anything or dont find a weapon. hard call.

The drug thing is hilarious and it wouldn't cost much. If you have a gun and illegal narcotics you get double screwed. That's some evil sht , a couple years back I'd be all bout it. Saying something to this kid would for sure start instant ass kicking cus this kid just walks around with a chip on his shoulder look. Lil wigger piece of ****. Even if he didn't pull that crap I'd wanna punch him in the face just for living!
 
Just relax. Someday he will pull a gun on someone who has a CC and that person will show him just how tough he really is.

But the reality of it is, maybe something will scare him and set him straight in life. Maybe he will get a kid and it will wake him up, then he goes back to college in order to take ensure he can raise the kid. Gets a biomedical degree, and cures a disease.

Things like this have happened, so I try not to write anyone off anymore. People who I know who have made these 180's in their lives usually spend quite sometime brooding over the past and how they acted. Which for many can be punishment enough.

He's downriver Detroit trash, I see youre taking the high road on that thought but this little punk needs a few boots to the face before that happens. Wouldnt catch me feeling bad if someone were to blow his ****ing teeth through the back off his head. Now that's a cure for his disease ;-)
 
Next time you see his punk ass and his car, call the police and say he pulled it on you or you saw him pull it on someone. I can promise you they will show and want to search his car. Do it anonymously.

If the gym doesn't have cameras on the parking lot, the first thing i would do is get some friends to break into car a take the gun. Clip his balls so to speak.

Stuff like what happened to you boils my blood.

I already had thought about that but I'm not a fan of calling the police to intervene in personal matters although it would mess his day up I doubt it would result in much. Although i happen to leave the gym same time he does I'm no doubt gonna see where he lives ;-) just cus I'm uh curious
 
If you did call the cops on him, just be sure to say that he did it while driving. That's the key. Permit or not, you can NOT do that.

No even with a permit you do not have the right to brandish a weapon. You are only to draw and show it in an event where you are in fear for you're life.

Depends where you live now. The new "Stand your ground" law Florida induced is quite the opposite. Your allowed far more leniency when you can draw a weapon and use it.

Its like how the Castle Law gives you more leniency but not as much. I know at least Ohio has "Duty to flee" law which is being discussed right now as total BS. We are also passing laws that you are NOT required to notify a cop you have a CC and a pistol on you. And we are making so they can be carried into bars, as well as any non-federal building.

Things are slowly changing for the better for gun carriers.

But the Stand your Ground law essentially gives a carrier the ability to use a weapon to diffuse a situation, not just as a last ditch effort.

This is my understanding anyways. And its how it should be.

Just remember, when you pull the gun make sure you put a controlled pair to the chest(Both sides, perforating both lungs) or that you hit the head. Both of those will almost guarantee a fatality before an EMT can do any work(Cop explained this to me lol), which is far better in court to justify as you were scared for your life if you had to kill when you drew. And never fire again when they hit the ground either. And never use the terminology "Double Tap". Doesn't go over well from what I heard lol. This aint COD, and it shows a lack of understanding of the situation. Saying controlled pair gives the cop you knew what you were doing, and had evaluated the situation(even if its just an illusion your giving) lol.

I also have been informed on several occasions that the amount of "Investigation" that goes into a shooting varies wildly on the individuals backgrounds. Upper class person shoots a guy with a couple felonies on the record, the investigation is fairly quick and lackluster, just part of a process they want over as well.
 
Lol, so I see this kid at the gym today and I decided to just make him uncomfortable for my own sick amusement. When I pass by I walk real close and I'll stare in his direction if he's in my line of site while I'm lifting. It's funny cus I got him to the point I can tell he's trying not to look or make eye contact no matter what. He's I'm guessing 5'7" ish and 165ish , can't be to fun being stared at by a dude that's 5'10" and pushin 235lbs at about 14% bf covered in ink with bat Shît crazy in his eyes while your on the elliptical machine. I was gonna follow him home cus he looked to be leaving as I was but I went to take a piss a he gave me the slip. Oh well, see ya again mañana and maybe I'll ask you for a spot on something I clearly don't need one for, just to see your skin crawl! Muhahaha

Its the right one, I'm sure, and I know he has a gun but if he pulls it out again ill have all the reason I need to take care of it permanently and legally ;-)

The world is full of *******s. There was no need to flash your lights. As a mature grown man I overlook and resist the temptation to respond to *******s every day. Mature adults let *******s come and go or be another *******. Not a tough decision.

Yeah i know what your sayin and I normally overlook crap like that and don't flash my lights or bother with diks but it caught me on a bad night and a gun was pulled on me by a punk ass kid that I now see regularly at my gym. So, Its funny to joke about and torment the little àsshole alil.
