I hate shitty spotters...had one not to long ago when I was doing military presses behind the neck....idiots.

The best book I have come across for shoulders----7 minute rotator cuff solution by Health for Life written by Jerry Robinson. Its out of print now and some copies have been known to sell for upwards of $200(thats how good the info is) If you search, you can find them at a good price, used.

Heal up and dont mess with that shoulder otherwise your looking at a few months. Avoid any high risk exercises such as upright rows, db pullovers, etc. External rotation movements are now your best friend. Go light.
 
Hit legs yesterday pretty good, did 3x10 225 245 285 which is the heaviest I've gone in years. Been real busy with workin construction now and bartending school for the week.. Ill update tommoro after chest!

its doin good.. the swelling is down still bruised but theres no more pain only a little discomfort..

It doesnt help that I havent even gotten more than like 6 hours of sleep the past 4 nights because I have been working and taking the bartending school all this week, kinda sucks but oh well well move on..

I have been having to cram like 2 meals into one, still getting the calories in but probaly in only like 4 meals because of my tight ass schedule. Hopefully these last few days of the cycle will be good to go.


DAY 23- WEIGHT- 226 ( UP 16 POUNDS TOTAL)

Ill be doing chest today, taking it a little lighter because of my shoulder but still none the less gonna tear it up.

My strength has continued to rise and the numbers keep going up every week.

The overall feeling and even the lethargy are pretty much un-noticeable now.

Libido is still crazy high which is something that has definatly kept me happy. I have been leaning out around my lovehandles, but I do believe I may have put on some water/ glycogen weight..mainly because my stomach is still a little bloated.

Vascularity has definatly definatly increased from the start of this cycle. All around the back of my wrists and my forearms are always exploding and my shoulders and upper arms vascularity are definatly increasing.


My arms have so far increased .75 inches from the start of the cycle, almost a full inch !

I have 5 days left..but most likely Im gonna have to cut it a day or 2 short because this weekend I will not be able to workout (bartending friday till 4 am and then I have work saturday at noon), and then working all sat night..so I will most likely start PCT on Fri.


This has been a phenominal experience so far and I cant wait to see what the next few days have in store for me!

It's good that your shoulder is easing, Shane.

As for your 5 days; keep running the full 5 days, even if you can't get to the gym in the weekend, and then start your PCT on Monday as planned.

Yesterdays Workout- CHEST- WEIGHT 225 (-1) I seem to be sticking onto the 15 pounds quit nicely.

Maybe it was the 5 hours of sleep, or whatever it was I just wasnt feeling it yesterday. My joints were killing me yesterday and Im not sure what it was from, maybe the lack of 2 gallons of water I was usualy drinking everyday.

I kept it light because of my shoulder and it started to give me a little **** halfway through the workout..

Incline DB press- 65x12 75x10 85x8 90x2 <--ew

Flat BB Press- 135x12 155x10 175x8 185x6 ( I didnt even bother going any heavier)

Cable flys- 3x12 supersetted with 10 pushups *feet on bench* each set

Dips - bw 3x10

Kind a pretty crappy workout, like I said I have been doing alot lately and maybe it was that, but I just was not on par. This was only the second time during the entire cycle that I felt like this, and before it was because of lack of sleep/ food..so I may attribute this to that and me being weary of my shoulder.

Either doing arms tonight if I get a chance or tommoro morning, I hate this week!

Been going from 6 am to 11PM non stop for hte past 6 days..im suprised I havent curled over and died yet
 
Hey guys sorry for the lack of updates... Bartending school is out, and im back to my regular schedule.

I didnt e ven get to the gym at all thursday-sunday, because I was taking tests and going on interviews all weekend. Kinda sucked, but there was nothing I could do about it.

My weight is still sitting at 225 even tho I have been eating like a fat kid ( still getting my protein in there tho).

My PCT started on Saturday, been taking 1 2nd Gear and DTHC since my drive and IGF-2 hasnt gotten in yet. AN hooked me up with a bottle of Neovar so that will also be incorporated into it...today I am making the food for the week because I havent even had more than like 20 minutes free time its been really shitty..

hope everything is going well with you guys I will give my final review of TO sometime later today when I get a chance!
 
You ran a great log so far and have made awesome gains. I understand the issue about life getting in the way of working out. If I could get life to slow down a little I might actually be able to look better.

I am very interested to see how your PCT goes since it seems you are going strictly OTC. I will continue to follow along.

As am i.... Ive been wondering about The One to run as one of my first PHs as well, so this will give a good outlook for me, as well as the others that are interested. Its reviews while On, have been nothing less then wonderful for the most part!
 
I just ran TO and I def think it a great starter PH. Least amount of sides I've ever experienced.

MY FINAL REVEW- (DAY 6 OF PCT)


Well my first PH experience slowly dwindled to an end. I had to deal with alot of **** comming towards the end of the cycle, being my shoulder, working close to 70 hours a week and going to school was killing me. My diet was pretty awesome for a solid 3 weeks and then the last week it was pretty much non existant. I am down to 223 now ( total of 13 pounds gained), but I was also 223 4 days before I started PCT, so I havent lost anything yet. My diet has been alright the last few days, but its because I havent gotten a chance to prepare my meals, and I have been taking in les calories than wile on TO ( probaly around 3-500 less). Tonight I finally have a chance so I am going to make up my meals for the week. I am trying to start a CKD diet, gathering information now so if anyone is knowledgeable on that subject shoot me a PM cuz im trying to forumlate it..

Back to TO- It was the most beneficial I feel like I have ever run. My body definatly had an awesome recomp, lost fat in my chest and midsection and packed on some quality muscle. LIBIDO WAS SKY HIGH!!. Since I ceased my cycle, libido is about baseline now. The only thing that I have noticed was for the first 3 days after my cycle, I was pretty lethargic, almost depressed but im sure it had nothing to do with TO because I have alot of stuff going on ( girl problems and school and work lol). I feel like I need more of a boost in the gym, so I cant wait for my RPM , Drive, and IGF-2 to finally get here because I feel like that will give me a hand. My first workout while off was lgit terrible, I had issues pushing like 70 pound DB's on incline bench, felt like my joints were really sore and dry.

My strength definatly increased over the cycle, seeing as my squats and deadlifts were pretty much non existant for like 3 months and I just started doing them.

I experienced litterally NO SIDES. Maybe a few pimples, maybe my nuts might of shrunk .5MM, but thats about it. The boys are hanging fine right now, maybe even a little lower haha. I still got my libido but I havent gotten to use it yet :( ..but im pretty sure theres basically no shutdown going on.

Vascularity increased and is still on the rise, I can finally see that bi vein slowly popping his head out :)


I think thats about it. I recommend the ONE to annyone who knows how to train and eat and are looking to cut some BF, gain some serious mass, and to feeeeel like an Alpha Male haha. I will definatly be running it again in the future, probaly on a recomp to see how that works. If anyone has any questions about TO feel free to post them here or shoot me a PM.

I am starting to incorporate LIIT and HIIT training into my routines. I want to start a HST workout so im reading up on that because I have never tried it. I am also starting BJJ, Muay thai and MMA soon and I am excited for that, because I have never been involved in Martial Arts.

I will be updating this log now that I have more time with exercises, MMA training and stuff..so if anyone has any suggestions on my CKD plan, HST plan, or exercises that could strenghen abilities for MMA leme know :)

PS: I feel like my workouts are better now and I am going to get some cissus and increase fish oil so my joints come back.

Lol...what the hell did you use for measuring to figure that out? A nut-ometer?

I have also noticed that my joints feel dry and very sore as well.

I use accu-measure calipers to measure my nuts :)

Are you taking up martial arts, then? Or just using them as a different sort of training.

And about the nut shrinkage, I didnt really notice it but when I really took a gander I feel like they may have shrunk a tiny bit, and they came back to full force now :)

I have been looking at schools and stuff, and I was planning on doing BJJ/Muay Thai/ MMA/ Boxing,, like 1-2 days each per week. So I guess I would just be doing cardio/ and core training..not really sure because I have never done this but this is what I had planned on doin

Great log man, I'm a pro mma fighter not competing right now , its definatly going to test your work capacity the first couple of months when im training for a fight i lift twice a week only because ive been doing martial arts all my life so skills training isnt a top propority so i take the time to lift cause i enjoy it but for you just getting into it it should be top for a good while, usually i do like 3x5 or 5x5 depending on how i feel typical workout squat some kinda press and an olypmic lift variant clean jerk snatch etc.

In my experiance you shouldnt lose much muscle as long as you eat well, i know hello captain obvious but youd be suprised how many guys fail to realize this.

oh an i know this goes against years of old boxing trainers theories an what not but dont waste your time or energy running miles and miles its usless in the cage sprint!! and yes getting punched in the face hurts it will never stop hurting so suck it up lol Good luck man.

I see. Yeah, they would be great cardio. It's a different type of training altogether; and if you were planning on doing it for competition you would need to decied which was more important: that or your weights, since although you would do SOME weights, the focus would be different, and you wouldn't do them as often.

Sprining up and down the street is good, LOL. I do that, when there's no one else about and it's pitch black, in the middle of the road. I mix my sprints and 'recovery' (i.e. jogging easy between) up with different work:rest ratios i.e. 20 sec sprint/10 sec easy, 30 sec sprint/10 sec easy, etc.), and do it for ~20 minutes; usually with the first 4 minutes and last 4-5 minutes as 'warm-up' and 'cool-down' periods. Start with shorter sprints, and as your speed endurabce and fitness improves, make them longer.

I was thinking of doing like 10 yd dashes, sprinting the 10 yds, jogging back, sprinting the 20, joggin back, and so on and so on.

I did a class last night and I liked it alot..But I know right now I do not have the endurance I had when I played rugby and football..so I need to work on that, ALOT!. I would really like to get into it and compete eventually, but I DEFINATLY need to work on that whole endurance and cuttin some BF factor.

Endurance is easy enough to work on. Get your cardiovascular fitness up. As well as muscular endurance. As I said, it's completely different to just lifting for mass or anything like that. You need not only strength, but endurance and power and speed and agility. Losing bodyfat will come with the training; you don't need to deliberately set out to diet for it, since you need to have enough energy to get through.
 
Been a couple days since I posted just been real busy and TIREDD from jui jitsu..

I decided to just take up one for now, get my endurance and strength up, then slowly start incorporating boxing and muy thai. Im really liking the BJJ, its just pretty difficult starting out with no knowledge of anything.. Funny thing is ive lost 2 pounds, so I am up to 14 pounds on the cycle, but I look leaner and bigger. I am definatly leaning out from all this cardio im doing, but im still keeping calories pretty high and the pro and carbs up. Recovery kinda uskcs right now I am wicked sore and I have class again tonight..

Gonna start incorporating BCAAS, creatine, and i need to look into some kinda mma supplemntation.

My PCT is going kinda well, but I do feel like my libido has dropped since the cycle..im still on the DTHC so this kinda wierded me out, then again it might be because im so busy and exausted and stressed .. Ill keep you guys updated..

PS. the Neovar is awesome! I cant really say I notice it yet but I feel like it is gonna help me with recovery and leaning out while keeping the carbs moderatly high!

i have pics from the end of the cycle that i just cant upload because I dont entirely know how to without the cable..but i had planed on doing pre pct/ after PCT photos since I never got any during the cycle

yea im not an entirely huge fan of this..i have been taking DTHC and I havent noticed any increase in the libido, it basically feels like I forgot I even had a di*k..
