its doin good.. the swelling is down still bruised but theres no more pain only a little discomfort..

I have 5 days left..but most likely Im gonna have to cut it a day or 2 short because this weekend I will not be able to workout (bartending friday till 4 am and then I have work saturday at noon), and then working all sat night..so I will most likely start PCT on Fri.
It's good that your shoulder is easing, Shane.
As for your 5 days; keep running the full 5 days, even if you can't get to the gym in the weekend, and then start your PCT on Monday as planned.

Damn man - considering some of the rough times you've hit during the log... you're results are still astounding. TheOne seems to be carving out its name pretty quickly.

My arms have so far increased .75 inches from the start of the cycle, almost a full inch !
I am very interested to see how your PCT goes since it seems you are going strictly OTC. I will continue to follow along.
My PCT started on Saturday, been taking 1 2nd Gear and DTHC since my drive and IGF-2 hasnt gotten in yet. AN hooked me up with a bottle of Neovar so that will also be incorporated into it...

Well my first PH experience slowly dwindled to an end...My diet was pretty awesome for a solid 3 weeks and then the last week it was pretty much non existant. I am down to 223 now ( total of 13 pounds gained), but I was also 223 4 days before I started PCT, so I havent lost anything yet. My diet has been alright the last few days, but its because I havent gotten a chance to prepare my meals, and I have been taking in les calories than wile on TO ( probaly around 3-500 less)...
Back to TO- It was the most beneficial I feel like I have ever run. My body definatly had an awesome recomp, lost fat in my chest and midsection and packed on some quality muscle. LIBIDO WAS SKY HIGH!!. Since I ceased my cycle, libido is about baseline now. The only thing that I have noticed was for the first 3 days after my cycle, I was pretty lethargic, almost depressed but im sure it had nothing to do with TO because I have alot of stuff going on ( girl problems and school and work lol). I feel like I need more of a boost in the gym, so I cant wait for my RPM , Drive, and IGF-2 to finally get here because I feel like that will give me a hand. My first workout while off was lgit terrible, I had issues pushing like 70 pound DB's on incline bench, felt like my joints were really sore and dry.
My strength definatly increased over the cycle, seeing as my squats and deadlifts were pretty much non existant for like 3 months and I just started doing them.
I experienced litterally NO SIDES. Maybe a few pimples, maybe my nuts might of shrunk .5MM, but thats about it. The boys are hanging fine right now, maybe even a little lower haha. I still got my libido but I havent gotten to use it yet ..but im pretty sure theres basically no shutdown going on.
Vascularity increased and is still on the rise, I can finally see that bi vein slowly popping his head out
I think thats about it. I recommend the ONE to annyone who knows how to train and eat and are looking to cut some BF, gain some serious mass, and to feeeeel like an Alpha Male haha. I will definatly be running it again in the future, probaly on a recomp to see how that works...

Yesterday I did back and I DL'd 350x3 and I was super duper pumped..granted I threw up right after I was really happy about that haha.
And about the nut shrinkage, I didnt really notice it but when I really took a gander I feel like they may have shrunk a tiny bit, and they came back to full force now
Rosie im trying to pick them up as a sport, I really want to get involved in them because I took karate when I was really young but got sick and had to stop it, but I loved it.
I have been looking at schools and stuff, and I was planning on doing BJJ/Muay Thai/ MMA/ Boxing,, like 1-2 days each per week. So I guess I would just be doing cardio/ and core training..not really sure because I have never done this but this is what I had planned on doin

Great log man, I'm a pro mma fighter not competing right now , its definatly going to test your work capacity the first couple of months when im training for a fight i lift twice a week only because ive been doing martial arts all my life so skills training isnt a top propority so i take the time to lift cause i enjoy it but for you just getting into it it should be top for a good while, usually i do like 3x5 or 5x5 depending on how i feel typical workout squat some kinda press and an olypmic lift variant clean jerk snatch etc.
In my experiance you shouldnt lose much muscle as long as you eat well, i know hello captain obvious but youd be suprised how many guys fail to realize this.
oh an i know this goes against years of old boxing trainers theories an what not but dont waste your time or energy running miles and miles its usless in the cage sprint!! and yes getting punched in the face hurts it will never stop hurting so suck it up lol Good luck man.

yea i was going to do just straight sprints, i hate running anyways so i feel like sprinting up and down my street or at the track would be alot better.

I see. Yeah, they would be great cardio. It's a different type of training altogether; and if you were planning on doing it for competition you would need to decied which was more important: that or your weights, since although you would do SOME weights, the focus would be different, and you wouldn't do them as often.
Sprining up and down the street is good, LOL. I do that, when there's no one else about and it's pitch black, in the middle of the road. I mix my sprints and 'recovery' (i.e. jogging easy between) up with different work:rest ratios i.e. 20 sec sprint/10 sec easy, 30 sec sprint/10 sec easy, etc.), and do it for ~20 minutes; usually with the first 4 minutes and last 4-5 minutes as 'warm-up' and 'cool-down' periods. Start with shorter sprints, and as your speed endurabce and fitness improves, make them longer.
I did a class last night and I liked it alot..But I know right now I do not have the endurance I had when I played rugby and football..so I need to work on that, ALOT!. I would really like to get into it and compete eventually, but I DEFINATLY need to work on that whole endurance and cuttin some BF factor.
Been a couple days since I posted just been real busy and TIREDD from jui jitsu...
Gonna start incorporating BCAAS, creatine, and i need to look into some kinda mma supplemntation.
PS. the Neovar is awesome! I cant really say I notice it yet but I feel like it is gonna help me with recovery and leaning out while keeping the carbs moderatly high!
LOL. That happens when you start something new and definitely if you've never done it before and not used to it. It will come though, and get easier.
You might want to use Drive then (if not already). That would be an awesome product to use re endurance, speed endurance, strength, etc.
