Definitely my favourite I remember precontest when I had to eat tons of fresh fish Talapia was a life saver.

I saw some Tilapia for cheap at my Albertson's, I don't know any good fish recipes other then the Asian marinade of soy sauce and vinegar (don't know it till you've tried it).
I just buy blackened seasoning and dust it over the top with some EVOO spray as I'm pan-searing the tuna. I had my share of Tilapia over the Summer. Never again will I stoop to that level of fish. I'm spoiled now. Snapper, Tuna, Amberjack, Grouper...
Man, quite the lineup.I'm spoiled now. Snapper, Tuna, Amberjack, Grouper...

Whatdya mean tho, stooping to 'that level'?
Tilapia is some good ish dude!
Quite literally. Fed by chickens running across wire taking dumps in the tilapia tanks. Blech!Man, quite the lineup.

sansai has a brown rice option for sushi. surprisingly, they have decent sushi. i recommend the salmon or shrimp roll with a side of chicken. The only fish I eat are sushi, which I haven't had in awhile due to the whole white rice thing. I think I've grown disgusted with Salmon Steaks, I had a phase where I was in love with it, but then I killed it to no end.
I won't lie, battered, deep fried fish fillet's beat out Sushi in flavor in my opinion, but damn, that's the fatty of the fatty meals.

It's in the ingredient listing on the fresh sushi I buy at Publix. It's made fresh right there, so it's not like packaged sushi or anything.serious? im gonna have to be a d1ck and ask for some proof. i love sansai as much as bodybuilding. almost.

Thunder does also!!! :hammer:Soap box continued.
Bottom line, Samuel prefers, excels and responds best to higher intensity, as oppose to higher volume lifts.

I was in a "mood" and felt like doing these. I can pull a lot more weight with front pull downs, but I feel too much back retraction going on, as oppose to a vertical up & down lat resistance, so I prefer behind the neck pull down movements. I have my row days to stimulate retraction and thickness. I've decided to go back to my back split of row days and pull days, so I want to keep my pull downs very concentrated. There's no room in behind the neck pulls for leaning back and turning a vertical resistance into a vertical/row/retraction. I've not abandoned front pulls, I still enjoy those, I usually mix both fronts and rears on pull days, and will mostly likely continue to do so, but today I was excited to be able to do behind the neck BW pull ups with such ease, which I could not do at 215lbs, so I went a bit over-board, but loved it!
Ya, I'm trying to detox for a week or so. No supplements (other than protein powder) or stimulants, starting today. I'll be spending the time doing school work, fixing my diet up, and tweaking my training routine. I'd like to have everything 100% ready to go for my next log.I was wondering when the next log would be up. You know I'll be there.
Good call on the detox. I was training every day for 3 weeks, with 3 fasted cardio sessions/week and it burned me out. Took Wed & Thurs off, and still need more time off. I just got my JP8 & Jacked as well, but taking a bit of time off from stims as well; my finger is still pretty painful although I took the splint off, so its not like I can do any deadlifts or cleans for another few weeks atleastYa, I'm trying to detox for a week or so. 198lbs this morning for the record. Sub 200lbs losses are much more critical and noticeable then anything above.
