Do you think that one living in the northern hemisfer in spring/summer time with 12 hours of sunlight should use this supplement?

Can anyone nail down optimal timing for a dose of 1000iu?
I get 1000iu from my muti v and have been supplementing 1000iu daily with my largest meal along with 500mg vit c, 300mg calcium, and 150mg magnesium.
I've read that d3 is best taken at bed time? Any ideas?
I'm not sure about all the hype of Vitamin D. No doctor I've had has ever suggested it or even tested for it, the same goes for TRT. It seems these two things are all the rage lately. Guess my doc isn't trendy enough!
I've definitely seen an increasing trend in doctors recommending Vitamin D (and CoQ10, since we were discussing that as well). TRT is a different story, but most people who get TRT generally need it and are aware of what it means longterm.
