I have not taken it yet and plan to start it on Thursday. Besides that the pills look sexy and much smaller than most fat burners. The ingredient profile looks pretty unique and I can't wait to get the party started.

The name is eye catching, ingredient panel looks really good. Wish I could go more into detail about the ingredients, but i will when more is released. The presentation is top notch. As a pharmacist myself, I'd approve it. ON ingredients alone this will outperform everything on the market or anything planning to come to market. Nothing touches what is being used/how they are being used. Just awesome. You have really outdone yourself Jacob!

I will tell the story about OEP name and how we ended up with current name but it was circus!

Just to touch on that, We do have two pharmacists that consult on formulations so it's not just a marketing ploy...

We've seen some pretty sexy transformation in 30 days when diet and exercise on point.....OEP

I am really looking forward to hearing the story behind about 3 of the ingredients that I know nothing about and what their main purpose in the OEP mix is. As for the look of the bottle, I have to say it would look just fine on a pharmacy shelf and I like the pills after taking a closer look, very sexy. Now, time to get this plan together and get started with the shredding.
 
wish my bottle was here already! but normally ups takes four days from everywhere lol! can't wait to report in! :D

The 3 ingredients are sexy o so sexy!

Actually the Bacopa is also sexy since it is standarized to bacosides A just not listed on the label...The Bacopa is not one of the sexier ingredients but the extract is very sexy and potent...That is not one of the 3 oufinny is speaking about so can we say 4 now?

FDA labeling is different and sometimes you can list the standarization and sometimes you cannot ( you can do what you like but we are staying within regulations).

I decided I could not wait until Thursday. I actually put away the recreate that I have been taking and have taken 2 - O-E-Ps today. I took one this morning first thing. I did the normal morning routine of getting the kids and myself ready. Then had my morning shake and heated up some left over scrambled eggs. I noticed that I wasn't even hungry, but went ahead and ate them (only around 1 egg worth).

On the drive to work I noticed that I was sweating a little. I even had the AC on in the car. I took the second one around 15 min pre-workout. Man I had a pretty good boost going with my workout and again I was sweating more than normal. After my workout and shower, my hands were a little jittery, but I am super alert. Again for lunch I was not really hungry, but ate a majority of my chicken breast salad.

The Good: Excellent appitite suppression, increased body temp, improved energy and alertness.

The Bad: I was a little jittery post workout, but I went 5hrs without food. I don't feel the same after eating.

I am not as tired as normal at this time so I wonder if I will sleep as good tonight.
 
Hopefully this is covered in whatever we get with the OEP but since I don't have mine yet and I'm too impatient, I will ask anyways :D

What do you think the latest in the day this should be taken, how many hrs before bed in your opinion.

Can you take it with food or should you take it on an empty stomach.

I am guessing no earlier than 8 hours prior to, reason I say this is when I have taken 5g of GPLC, I could not fall asleep at least 8 hours prior to dosing,
 
I was driving from the gym this morning and seen a UPS truck and got a woody thinking my box is in there too bad ups don't get to my neighborhood till after 3pm... still got my fingers crossed

I took one last night at about 4:45 PM and was very deep asleep by no later than 11 PM. I am pretty sensitive to stims that late but a few melatonin had me knocked out in no time. Not sure if the PF had any effect on that either but it usually does not make me go to sleep unless I am tired already. Going home now to take another before some resistance training to see how it compares to cardio yesterday.

Resistance Training w/ OEP - Took my PF w/ DominATP today and some Refresh since the OEP has plenty of stims; sweat started coming about 20 minutes after dosing. Serious focus in the gym today but quite different than anything I have experienced before. Definitely was sweating more, felt steady energy throughout the 1 hr HST workout and feel like I have plenty more in the tank though my muscles are shot at the moment. Post wo meal was going to have to be substantial after missing meal 2 earlier today so threw down a PSlin and had some organic backed beans and chicken; me so full now. Was able to get it down just fine though by the end of the chicken breast I was definitely done. We shall see how the last feeding goes.

Right now I am at a cross roads because I don't want to start dieting knowing that I will be traveling on the Thanksgiving holiday all week; but so want to get OEP going. The plan right now is to start right when I get back from Thanksgiving break and give it a solid 4 week run right after up until Christmas and run it with Ghenerate and IGH1. This will mean I am off of PF in the next few days to give the system a break, been on bulk now for about 8 weeks and want to give Ghenerate a semi clean slate to start from.

Ok, back to your regularly scheduled programs. Time to go buy groceries!
 
according to jacob expect sometime in december....right in time for christmas

Im expecting mine to get here tomorrow or friday. Makes sense since im pretty down south.

Ill run O-E-P then hit up recreate....then when O-E-P is released, Ill run it again! muahahaha and then finish up with recreate.

Got home today & saw a box in the kitchen!!!!

Opened it up & saw the samples, the letter, the book, and YES - The O-E-friggin'-P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally, the day is here when I can truly start this cut!! The pills are sexy, reminds me of the day of when I had acid reflux :lol: The bottle, unlike most other USP bottles & what it says on the top caught my wifes attention! Great job Jacob!!

The ingredient profile has me somewhat confused - like you said, I'll be visiting pubmed to see what I'm putting in my system. Can't wait to get my first dose in me tomorrow morning!!

Tomorrow night, I'll be starting a mini log w/ a pic that I took on Saturday watching Michigan lose to Purdue.. I'll try to get some measurements & post what kind of workout & diet I'll be following while on these little purple pills!!

I am doing recreate+AP+jack3d once I finish the recreate I will throw in the O-E-P then replace the AP with P-slin then back again what do you think jacob?
