Looking at using TTA for the first time and wondering if it is best dose at 1.5 grams per day? If so, something like 500mg before breakfast, 500mg before lunch, and 500mg before dinner?


Also, how common is water retention? Does this just occur while using TTA and then goes away after using the product?


Is it best to use TTA solo or combine it with Raspberry Ketones?
 
My response is identical to the one I gave you on BB.com lol.

Start at 1g, work your way up to 1.5g. Use with or without RK's, TTA is quite potent on its own.

500mg AM, 500 mg PM. Once you bump up to the 1.5, add another 500mg preworkout.

Water retention is common. It will go away after about a week of ceasing use.

I was the same way while on TTA. I thought it did literally nothing for me. After I stopped using it, within 5-10 days, there was such an epic "woosh" effect that I was stunned at how lean I looked. It was an awesome feeling seeing a drastic improvement in aesthetics each day.

tta is that good to where you will see results alone,however combined w alcar and rk it is superb!
 
Think you need to be closer to about 1.5 gram per day don't you?

How are you dosing RK?

So the "drastic improvement" you refer to was after you stopped TTA?

For what purpose are you using the alcar? 2g preworkout provides great focus

Right now I'm sharing a bottle with my wife so I take 500mg with my androhard am and 500mg with my androhard pm. The Androhard might help with absorption so until I get paid and buy two more bottles this will have to do. I try to get around 5 grams lclt, alcar and plcar a day that way there is no mistaken in getting the full advantage of carnitine. What I do to help get all of that is mix it all with bulk bcaa or Recover Pro in a gallon water bottle and try to finish a gallon a day. I take mostly bulk powers and not pills btw

Do you think 1 gram will still show results? In my head I don't see why not but you are more experienced so I thought I'd ask. Btw I don't care for quick results regarding these supplements I give them two months to see what they can do.
 
I would go up to 2g with sns's formula since it contains an electrolyte blend, but up your dose slowly.

Definitely. I've run TTA twice. First time, I got greedy and did 2g for 1 month (this was smartpowders TTA a long time ago). Cramped so hard, it was horrid. Second time around, I did 1g SNS TTA spread out over 2 months. Much better experience, no cramping, and the fat loss was just as good.

I use TTA @ 3g daily for 12 weeks. even eating junk food you will not put fat on you ;) but IMO works better with the time. for the RK use 3 caps a day the last before bed with 500mg-1g of TTA.

for those interested...I'm in to week 6 of using TTA (first time), stacking it (among a handfull of other things, like AnaBeta) with XFA(ArA) for it's synergy...dosing 1-1.5g preWO (first thing in the morning)...then an additional 500mg (1 cap) with an AT2 early afternoon (going on 2 weeks with this dosing)...planning on running this setup for ~3-4 more weeks...pretty sure I'm holding water in my midsection....VERY much looking forward for that to clear out & seeing what results I wind up with (and will report back in here)...note though, if you dose it before working out, be prepared to SWEAT!

I'm always for the longer duration. TTA obviously works better at 3 caps per day, but I think you can reap equal, longer lasting benefits at 2 caps a day for a longer period of time.

As for RK, anything above 1g/day is overkill and unnecessary IMO. Spread out your RK caps as well.

I would def look into stacking some caffeine rasp ketones and alcar...maybe aome green tea.
 
Some good advice in this thread. I'm using TTA-500 now for my second time and am using it 1.5 g ED. I haven't noticed any cramping with it. I'm also using Green Tea, RK, and ALCAR with it as well. Seems to be working well for me so far.

Didn't you cramp big time at that dose? I did that dose with DS Melting point years ago and almost went into acute renal failure. I was cramping so bad, I couldn't walk, just to take a step, I would be tearing my muscles since they were all cramped. Made it home from work, noticed I had rusty, brown piss. Freaked out, knew I was experiencing rhabdomyolysis. Flooded myself with fluids, luckily things worked out!

no cramps but i stay super hydrated all the time.

I think that is probably the thing people fail at the most. No matter how inconvenient it is, I am usually always carrying water or making trips to get water.

Good deal...I've been playing with a prebed dose of 1 cap the past couple nights, wish I had done this sooner, as I really haven't noticed any increase in 'middle of the night sweats' than I have gotten over the last 6 weeks....

Sounds like a good stack. With the new Inhibit E coming out, SNS will have many different products that will help people attain their cutting and leaning goals. So many options for different stacks.
 
I don't notice much water retention with it, but I eat really low sodium just by habit, and fairly low carb as well.

Good to go my friend!

Remember:

1.Drink lots of water

2.Not use compounds that compromise your liver ;)

3.You can go with 5 days on and 2 days off protocol if you planning 4+ weeks and beyond anyway when I finnish the TTA for some strange reason I feel and see this working for 1.5-2 weeks after discontinue.

4.If you wish go HARDCORE stack TTA with Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) this block fat production in the liver

5.Put some PLCAR on the mix (transporting fat cells for beta oxidation) but if you wish minimize this fat cells maybe is good to use CLA (TONALIN) but this is my hypothesis need experiment more.

6.When SNS comes out with Choline add to the mix too (Choline prevents fat deposition in the liver)

7.and for the FATALITY add Sesamin (not all is good quality) is known to activates the Peroxisome Proliferator-Activator Receptor Alpha (PPAR alpha) liver has the highest concentration of PPAR receptors and sesamin can prevent storage of new fats at their production site.
 
LCLT would be great to take with TTA as well. Still no six pack? Do you deadlift Easy EJL?

taking 2g lclt a day too :) I deadlift, but not a ton, or all that heavy. Usually in the 275lb range for 8-10 a set. Its mostly because I start off 4 hmm almost 5 years ago with such a terrible uneven fat pattern from being near 250lbs and something like 40+% bodyfat. so the abs and love handles are still holding some. Not for much longer though. Calf + shin veins all the time, sometimes inner quad veins pop out too. so i'm pretty lean elsewhere
 
I used to weight 250+ and I have a 6 pack. Can only be attribute to going extremely heavy on my deadlifts. Started out deadlifting 3 years ago. 135 killed me. Now I am at 405X10X3 and my abs are getting sore everytime.

I did leave off deadlifts for a couple months. I had at peak a roughly 360 1rm, but was capable of doing working sets of 6-8 with 315 pretty easily. Slowly climbing back up there though. I've only reintroduced them about 6 weeks ago.

hopefully with the reintroduction of your deadlift and heavier compound lifts your core will strengthen and those abs will pop.

with any luck :) sooner or later they will show regardless as overall bodyfat continues to drop. I've given up on trying to make rapid body comp changes and am just looking for long haul slow changes

Best way to do it really. You will keep your gains in the long run. I like to dabble in PH's every once and awhile though :D
